"Emily Woodland" posted on Craigslist she was selling an iphone 4s for 350 USD. She stated that we should used the website http://www.bc-myparceldelivery.com/en_language.internet.transactions/third.party.html as a third party for our transaction. After I had wired the money using Western Union to CARLA ASHER, I got an invoice from the "company" saying that my phone would be sent to be by a certain day. When the day came I never received anything, then I realized I had been scammed. I emailed the company email and the email was not in used anymore, then i went online to find that i had been scammed of 384 US dollars. I reported her to the IC3 hopefully the information I gave helped.

I purchased a battery for a mobile phone.  It arrived but would not fit the phone. I telephoned company (01675 443381) and they agreed to send me a replacement as long as I sent phone back. The new battery arrived 2 days later.  Same problem, didn't fit phone. I took battery to mobile phone shop. They told me it was not a bad copy. I emailed company same day to tell them I had returned battery. I received email telling me they would only give me my money back once they had received battery. They are telling me they have never received battery. And proceeded to provide me with some churlish and defensive emails. 


ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, ITS ABOUT THE ABILITY OF THIS COMPANY TO SCAM CUSTOMERS SO EASILY AND WITH FAKE GOODS.

I bought this battery and it was not as the one showing on the website,I contactd them but they refused to replace it so as I bought it through Paypal I put in a claim and they said if I sent it back they would give me a full refund. There instructions wasn't very plain they said after I sent the item back that I would need a tracking number which I did not get,I have the post office receipt but that was not good enough for them. As it stands at the moment he said that he sent a replacement so I still have a battery which I don't,I have asked for proof of postage which he has not done. I am not a liar if he sent me another as he says it must have got lost in the post so he needs to make a claim to claim compensation. He has received the battery that I paid for so I am out of pocket.


Phoned this morning 3rd March because he has completely ignored my request for proof of posting,this guy is OUT OF THIS WORLD WHAT A LOOSER.


He said because I have put a claim in on this site he will not supply customer service until the claim is removed and then put the phone down(he hasn't got a customer service) that is why I am on this site trying to get him to play fair.


This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and I buy a lot on the internet,I have copied all the bad comments on this forum and due to the abuse he has thrown at other people I recorded his phone call to me which was BLACKMAIL.


I hope he enjoys his slot on WATCHDOG

A person named Richard, trading as UKphonesales.com sold a phone which was badly scratched and misdescribed when received.  He refused to do anything at all until the phone was returned.  This was duly done with a request for full refund of all monies.  He has since consistently and persistently avoided all efforts to secure the refund plus costs. 


As a result of his trading methods and the sheer volume of complaints from other buyers he was struck off of Ebay.


I successfully sued him in Birmingham County Court although he has somehow always convinced visiting Bailiffs he has no assets (the County Court Service is useless and a waste of more money).  He was also successfully prosecuted by Solihull Trading Standards for various offences connected to my transaction with his business.  However, Googling the business reveals he is still stealing money from unsuspecting customers, still operating from an anonymous Post Box address to frustrate attempts to locate him.

If you have been duped by this company, find something really heavy, box it up and send it to their Freepost address. They might realise then what it feels like!

I was looking for replacement batteries for my Nokia phone and came across this company UKPHONESALES offering the specific battery BP-sM for £5.99 + £3.49 p&p.The picture on the site was for an original battery and nowhere did it say that it was a compatible battery which is what I was sent. On emailing this guy Richard he relied that the product description did not say that it was an original (nor did it say that it would be a compatible) and the picture on the site was for illustration only.
He is clearly misselling and cheating people. The new battery he sent me is no better than my 18 month old original battery!

Here is a summary:

I tried to order phone charger online
My payment didnt go through
Website owner "suing" me to send payment
He hasnt obviously shipped item or anything cos never got payment
He now is claiming that he shipped it even without payment (unlikely!) so I have to pay. He has no proof of shipping or proof of delivery (OBVIOUSLY!)

It went in the post first class and you need to send the payment that bounced or as stated we will pass your details to a debt collection agency.

Excellent, I'm glad this has been resolved.
Not sure what the meaningless threat about blocking with a credit agency is meant to be about, but if threatening something impossible makes you feel better I'm happy to go along with that! Unless you genuinely believe that that is possible? In which case on you go!

Here are the facts.... I ordered, then cancelled the order. Nothing was shipped (and you have no proof of delivery)

You have the goods and I have the proof that the payment was declined by your Bank will issue county court proceedings tomorrow and you will need to attend Birmingham county court and plead your case there.

It would have been a lot easier and cheaper for you just to pay the £5

Yes but as I KEEP telling you, I don't have the goods.
I haven't paid, therefore I havent received anything and I have cancelled this order.
Also I think that as soon as you look into the small claims court proceedings you will find that I do not have to travel to Birmingham.... :) Please do your homework before opening your mouth. The proceedings take place in the location of the defendant. NOT the location of the prosecutor

Look you live in a Scottish slum and cant afford to pay £5 I live in the only huge house in 200 acres of fields in SOLIHULL Birmingham's stockbroker belt. which one of us is scum and which one of us is right, you decide luv but when I look out my window at fields of corn and horses I know I'm right.

Ah I take it from that outburst that you finally did your homework regarding the court process. Look I don't want to buy your phone charger. Is this how you try and get custom? I haven't paid and you haven't shipped. Neither of us have lost anything so why are you wasting your time? You know fine well you wouldn't have shipped without payment unless you were a total idiot. I'm sure you're stupid but come on not that stupid! You also have no tracking number so hmmmm what will the court decide? If you can't work it out I pity you more than ever.

You are mistaken court papers will be in the post. I'm sure your employers will not be happy that you have used there address and are now having court papers served there.

Perhaps I should call the personnel dept ? In fact I think I will just to confirm which department you work in and that they are aware of what is going on in there building.

The agent who was receiving the money was supposedly in the UK but the thing is she asks for dollars and Parcel Force does not accept dollars ONLY pounds. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Parcel force is a real company but their identity is being stolen by this thief!!!!

Type on google complaint chatandvision, and we find directly a page in community of skype describing the same problems as I have, they do not respect their terms. Now I'm a big customer of Skype and I'm going to report to them all this shame story...

If you have a mobile phone for recycling make sure you are aware of this company. I sent my blackberry off to them in very good condition everything was working. I had the quote of 53.00 and once they received my phone they sent me an email saying my phone was not in working order and could only offer me 29.00. So I rang them up after several attempts of getting through and they told me my camera button didn't work to which I replied that was not true as it was fine when I sent it and could they send me my phone back as I would go else where. I waited over a week and still not had received it so I rang them again and they told me they were very sorry but still had the phone with them and had not sent it. And offered me 50.00 for it. which I took gladly. I think they will state your phone isn't working so they only send you a less amount. just be careful.
