I BOOKED THIS COMPANY TO COLLECT MY CLOTHES AND ALL MY BELONGINGS TO USE ON HOLIDAY IN ZIMBABWE , I ASKED THEIR METHOD OF PAYMENT AND THEY SAI CREDIT CARD I ASK OVER THE PHONE AND THEY SAID YES. THEY CHARGED ME £100 TO COLLECT GOODS FROM MY HOUSE 21 SUITCASES. I WAS DUE TO TRAVEL NEXT DAY TO ZIMBABWE ,,I GOT A CALL FORM THIS COMPANY GIVING ME THE TOTAL KGS AND THE COST AS I WAS CHECKING IN AT THE AIRPORT THEN I TOLD THE GUY THAT NO PROBLEM I WILL RING AND PAY WHEN I AM IN ZIMBABWE SO THAT MY CLOTHES WILL BE FORWARDED BY THEM. I RANG THEM WHEN I ARRIVED IN ZIMBABWE


TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND THE GUY SAID NO YOU CANT PAY WITH CARD OVER AND I SPEND THE HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY CLOTHES NOW THE COMPLAIN IS THAT  1. THEY CHARGED ME £230 ON THE INVOICE FOR PICKNG THE GOODS, AND MISLEADING ME WITH THEIR METHOD OF PAYMENT. NOW THEY SAID THEY ARE CHARGING ME STORAGE AT £115 PER WEEK  AND THEY CALLED ME TODAY SAYING THEY WILL DISPOSE ALL MY GOODS ..I WOULD LIKE TO ASSIGN A COMPANY I ALWAYS USE TO COLLECT BUT I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR I HAD A HORRIBLE HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY CLOTHES

I sent my container number MOFU0415563 through TRANSEURO in october. They initially charged £5950.90 their invoice dated 9/12/08 ref 26801 refers.After paying them ££4915.90 they send a dodgy invoice quoting the same container number same initial charges plus 2 UNEXPLAINED additionals. One was OTHER CHARGES £1300 from nowhere. The other was LATE CLEARANCE CHARGE AND SURCHARGES AT HARARE DEPORT £709.21 Which is aledged to be equivalent to US$1000 @1.141 although the mathematics do not tally Invoice 26802 refers.


The surchsrge they raised are perfectly iligal because in february the said container was still in transit. It arrived in Harare on 29/04/09. To strengthen their case they then sent their represantative (Leo Dhliwayo) to harare to stop us from getting our googs. When I contacted them by email they failed to explain the charges and went further to threaten more action emai dated 11/05/09 from Director  KAP NADRA refers


Their represantative (leo Dhliwayo) was reported In marimba docket 75/05/'09 and faces a fraud charge involving £2035.00


Meanwhile we are now incuring storage charges while they hold us to ransom This practice must stop. We will pay if thei charges are legal. As of now leo Dliwayo their rep has recieved and acknoledged reciept of £5950.90 which was the agreed sum in the first place.

 used a company called Internation Parcels (IPS) to arrange delivery of a parcel to Brazil, they actually use DHL.   The was a few problems with the delivery and when I complained to IPS they told me I had to talk straight to DHL, which I did and after a few months DHL agreed to refund my carriage charges.   However they required IPS to raise the complaint and give the details ( which althugh this could build in a further delay, I understood this would have to happen )   after many phone calls over a few months by myself to IPS and DHL to check if DHL had the required details, I was informed at start of April by DHL that the refund had been given to IPS.   Despite sending e-mails and leaving calls with IPS it took about two weeks for IPS to confirm they had the money and would let me know when they will send money.   I am now at the point that despite, once again after many calls and e-mails to IPS I cannot get them to give me a reply, and on a call to IPS on Friday 24th April, spoke to one of the staff who once I gave my name, said the manager wasn't at his desk but would get him to call me back.   I haven't received this call and believe this is never going to come to an end.   Can't understand how IPS can withhold my money and won't to raise an official complaint.   I do have all the e-mail correspondence since the start of this issue, going back to November 2008.

 I originally ordered a product from a company named Group M Marketing but was charged a different amount than originally told so I refused the package from UPS. However the driver never knocked on my door and just left the package. I immediately called UPS and told them I wanted to have them pick up the package due to my refusal, they agreed and scheduled a pick for Tuesday (since Mon. was Labor Day). On Tuesday no one showed up so I called again on Wednesday and asked UPS what happened and they told me that the driver showed up at the complex but did not have the apt number. They told me that they would reschedule for Thursday and this time I asked to speak with a Supervisor by the name of Daniel who said he would take care of it and I told him that the delivery time frame would not work after 12 noon until about 6pm and he said that he was going to get the driver to come back out that night (Thursday) and make me the last stop on his route so I just told Daniel that I would leave the package between my screen and front door, but again no one showed and Daniel also promised a return phone call which I also never received. I tried numerous attempts to have this package return because the company is going to charge me $400 dollars if it is not returned by a certain time frame. I was also told that I should not leave the package in plain sight because of the fact that I live in a condo complex and there is no onsite property management office. I will have to pay for return shipping to the company to save myself $400 dollars but I just don't have the money. I am a single father of two girls living paycheck to paycheck.

I sold a couple things on Ebay. I decided to ship through Postnet because they are located close to me. On 1/20/2012 I shipped a one pound package via Ups ground. Both Ebay and the UPS shipping calculator said the shipping would be $11.00. Postnet charged me $17.70.

On 01/30/2012 I shipped a two pound package via USPS Parcel Post. Ebay and the USPS shipping caculator said the shipping would be $6.16. Postnet charged me $12.39.

When I questioned the price difference, Clerk 12 said the Ebay shipping calculations are never right. I can see paying a fee for the service, but the second time was DOUBLE THE AMOUNT!

I will not be doing business with thieves anymore.

i saw this website on google for cheap ugg boots. so i decided to order a pair. it cost me £67.99 and was going to take 10-15 days delivery free of charge. 2 weeks went by and i never recieved my order. i emailed them and they said it was lost in the post, but its on its way. i waited another 2 weeks and still had no order. so i emailed them telling the i want my money back. they emailed back saying my order on its way and they give me 10% of my money back,but i never wanted them any more so i emailed back saying no i just want my money back. they emailed me saying they can give me 50% and no more but i wasnt happy. they put it up to 60% but i was still not happy. i emailed back but never got a reply. i emailed back 3 times never got a reply. i just feel robbed

I will keep this story very short. I signed up with interlink and cancelled after 6 weeks, interlink has a bad habit of losing, signing on behalf of customer, ignoring complaints. I raised a few lost items, and i have been passed round in circles, items kept getting lost and i have had customers leave me bad reviews calling us false, fraud, late, incompetent because on Interlink Express (Cardiff)

I had enough then i cancelled their service, i had an email from the person who signed us on Sheleen Morgan, confirming they will collect their printers from myself as our contract is now terminated, and since then they have invoiced me for shipping i didn't send, and when i raise this dispute they ignore.

I want other interlink customers to go though their invoices, if i am being billed for service i have not used imagine who else they are knocking, You may contact me and take my solicitors information as i will like to ignore you too as you have been doing that to me past 3 weeks.

Also instead of rebating me my compensation I'm owed just donate it in my name to any local charity, main reason for this blog is so the invoicing will stop, every week i will write a new blog, complaintsboard.com, scambook.com etc until this is resolved, this is not a threat or extortion, this is an exposer into the way clients are being scammed, (ex clients)

I will bet my life i will get a response this week after they read this ;)
