HI LEASE CAN YOU HEP I ORDERED A BED ON 3RD MARCH THIS YEAR,AND THE BED HASNT ARRIVED ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BY PHONE AND THEY DONT ANSWER MY QUESIONS THROUGH EMAIL IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL?THEY EMAILED ME ON THE 18TH TO SAY THEY HAD MY BED AND WERE JUST WAITING ON DIPATCHERS IN FEW DAYS,1WEEK LATER I EMAILED TO ASK WHERE THE BED WAS AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THE BED?THEN I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING THESE EXACT WRDS THE BED IS IN THE GARAGE?BUT NOW THEY SAY TODAY THE 30TH MARCH THAT THE DONT KNOW WHEN MY BED WILL BE HERE PLEASE HELP,MY WIFE IS DISABLED AND SLEEPIG ON A MATTRESS ASTHIS IS THE SECOND BED WE HAVENT RECIEVED THE OTHER BED I HAD BOUGHT THROUGH EBAY ON JANUARY AND I GOT  FULL REFUND AND BOUGHT THIS BED FROM A COMPANY THINKING IT WOULD BE BETTER WITH A COMPANY ,PLEASE HELP:(

My girlfriend bought a bed from them in January. They told her it would be delivered within 2 weeks 'guaranteed'. After 10 days when asked where it was they said it would be one more week. This went on for another 3 weeks. they refused to refund saying we had to wait until it came. We had to sleep on the floor for over two weeks when we moved into our new house. When it eventually came late February you could feel a spring in your back. Unbelievable. 


No appology was offered, no discount, no loan bed. NOTHING. The shop was very grotty, staff are rude, save yourself the hassle!

i have had  nothing but backpain since waking up on a brand new mattress that deflated overnight due to the mattress having little pin holes on the seams of the matterss    purchased other mattress and  the same thing happened obviously there is a prob with the  way the bed is made i am willing to get a lawyer for the  incident i also have an appointment for a MRI on the11 of april  due to the pain

On December the 28th of 2008 I ordered curtains from the Bedbath store. They were billed to my credit card and paid for. The amount for this order was $77.95. They did not work in my room. I called and got to talk to a person by the name of Susan. She gave me instructions on how to send them back to the comopany. I also gave Susan another order to replace the ones that I was sending back. this order was put on my credit card and paid for in the amount of $119.92 I have never received my curtains and the company has never re-embursted either of my credit cards that I have paid them which is a total of $197.87. I have tried to call this company and no one will answer the phone and when you leave a message they do not call you back. This is a lot of money to me. I either want my curtains or I want my cards re-embursted.

I live in a wee village an hours drive the other side of Aberdeen but am at the moment staying in Glasgow whilst my aunty is in hospital, she has had a fall and I am now going to be her carer and needed a bed quickly for her release from hospital so I purchased a bed from Comfy living from their web sight, I received a text message a coule of days later saying it was going to be delivered on wednesday 13th April, so I travelled all the way from Glasgow to Aberdeen to be in for when it was delivered, I waited in all day Wednesday and it never arrived, I phoned them on the Thursday and they said they had made a mistake and it would now not be delivered till the friday 15th, I explaind to them that I had travelled a long distance and that it had cost me around £60 in petrol, the girl on the other side of the phone said she would ask her boss if I could get some compensation for my time and money spent on petrol, I went back to Glasgow, and on Friday the bed was delivered. Just by chance my daughter was in when it came and was supprised to see how badly the packaging was damaged, she noted that it was badly damaged when she signed for it. When my husband unwrapped it that night it was ripped in two places. I phoned comfy living and the girl said she would see if she could get a discount for me, every time i phoned i was told I would be phoned back, but it was me who had to get in touch with them, I eventually got an email from them saying they would give me a discount of 20%, fine I thought but what about the petrol money I wasted, I phoned them back today and I was told their boss wouldent be compensating me for my wasted time and petrol money, and that it wasnt their fault as they use a contract delivery company, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he/she was out, but the girl had just spoken to the manager to ask about the compensation, I said I would like to return the bed and was told that I would not be able to get my refund untill I had returned the bed which would be 5 days later, which would be after my aunt gets out of hospital, so this company has now put me in a position where I will have to except a damaged bed because I cannot afford another bed untill I receive my refund which will be too late, not only that, it cost me a two day wasted journey and £60 in petrol, and all I was told was,"Im sorry theres nothing we can do about it" so I have just coughed up £60 more than the selling price for a damaged bed

We ordered a matress and the site states no money will be taken until all security checks are passed. Later that day we recieved an email saying security checks failed (paying with debit card) we checked our bank and money was taken, told refund issued same day. 6 days later still no refund recieved and we are told refund was only issued 1 day ago. Staff very unhelpfull and even insinuate we lie about what the web site states even though offered them proof. Still waiting on call back from them. Part of group called world stores.

I ordered a bed online from this company, which promised 24 hour delivery, on the 14th Sep. On the 15th they attempted to deliver only half of the bed which was damaged. I refused to accept the shipment and attempted to contact the company. Both the delivery dept and customer service were on voicemail and nobody ever returned my call.
On the 17th they attempted to deliver the bed which was in two packages. One of the packages was the damaged one that they tried to deliver on the 15th. I again refused to accept it. I again left messages with the delivery dept and customer care. Neither call was returned.I emailed the company and received a reply from Kelly Haywood. She promised delivery of a complete and undamaged bed on the 18th.
On the 18th they attempted to deliver a package containing only the side rails for the bed. I called the company and managed to speak to a very disinterested lady. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told that they are all in a meeting. I requested that somebody in authority call me back. Nobody has got back to me.
I have cancelled the order and requested a refund of my money, but with this company's track record I have my doubts about getting my money back.
