Hello everyone,


I have the same story as you all. My husband and I bought a site from tenrentni. However my story is a bit different. I had an ebay shop as a second income as my husband has cancer and I came across this internet business. £995.00 I spoke to Dean on more than 3 ocassions advising him of the situation that my husband was going through chemo-therapy and he was unable to work so this would be a great second income. He full heartedly agreed and said he would be with us every step of the way.  It took a bit for the site to become live then it was not at all what we had expected all my friends and family were llike this is not professional?!?! Was ashamed at that point no money was being made ofter 3 months of advertising trying to get a hold of anyone was difficult and if I got upset and contacted Nerys that was the only time anyone contacted me.  It was then brought to our attention that the website created for us was substandard now this wasby Joanne the one who is meant to be teaching and training.  So she had the website changed and promised an income we advertised and advertised and I even paid someone to advertise for us NOTHING!  we were promised a site, domain name and hosting and we paid for it now nothing no site cannot use the domain name and I am told that there are issues. I contacted Paypal straight away and was advised to get anyone who have purchased a site via paypal to open a claim. Now please understand that the claim will be closed at first but Paypal needs to follow the proceedure as we only have 45-90 days from the time we buy anything to file claim. Once this is done contact paypal via email or telephone tell them what has happened when they have enough complaints which i was assured it would not take many to open an investigation not only will paypal be investigating so will ebay.   I am totally shocked that they thought they can get away with this. We have to stick together and get all our money back. Not only has he taken advantage of you guys but just shows how low he will go and take advantage of ill people too! Makes me sick to my stomach.  I now only have contact through Peter as all the computer equipment and mobile phones have been taken away by trading standards. This was told to us by one of Dean's friends who mobile number is on the ebay site to sell these websites.  She is the one who told us about what is happening. This company needs to be stopped so he cannot take advantage of anyone else.  Please follow suit and file a claim via paypal.  I have also contacted my bank and was advised to contact the police.

On 7 March 2010 I purchased on line from an internet site called playnippon.com a LG mobile phone for £184.99.
I received acknowlegment they received my order and they gave me bank details that I need to use to pay so I sent the money.
Since then I have sent 4 messages to them but they do not reply and no mobile phone has arrived.
It is now three weeks later so even if it was being sent from a foreign country it would not take this long.
They are in England and I am in England and so it is impossible to take this long.
On the site it says they reply to all messages sent to them in 24 hours but I have had no reply to the message I sent on 10 March and I sent 3 messages later.
It may be possible that this company do not exist and they are just taking money based on a good looking internet site and so I am going to inform every single possible internet complaint board and will inform the police and trading standards.
I hope others do not send money to playnippon.com.
I am glad your site sends the information to the BBC Watchdog program.

The above company had an advertisement made on the radio asking for private hire drivers to join their organisation and they will be given work to pick up and drop off clients, as my husband is a part time taxi driver he expressed interest as the additional work would help his income - we contacted the better fares manager who took my husbands details along with a 'membership fee' of £199.00 and my husband was promised work to start in the next few days - the money cleared my bank account on 23.06.2009. We are now on the 04th August and my husband has not been given a SINGLE job - i have made numerous calls to retrieve my money and had no success (we were promised that if he was not satisified with the amount of work he was getting he could apply for an immediate refund)


i feel that the company are trading under false pretences and i am sure there are other people out there who have faced a similar situation with them -please help me retreive our hard earned cash back !!

Bought on line access to internet football via netfootie.com.   The system has worked but only on the odd occasion. I have emailed them 3 times to ask for some help but no reply was the answer.


I suppose for only £7.95 per year what would you expect ? But if 50,000 punters like me sent in just under £8 ...thats getting towards half a million pounds. It really isn't worth the hassle of trying to get back my money. 


So my advise to any one thinking about trying netfootie.com for football via the internet     DON'T.

I was made redundant in 2004 and I was searching on the internet for new opportunity and looked up WSI. I was not keen as it required me to pay £30K upfront. I received a call from WSI representative but turned it down. Then I received another call from another WSI representative who was trying to convince me that this was a very profitable business. I tried to ignore most of their calls, but I kept on receiving calls from WSI ever so often and they finally managed to persuade me to buy the franchise and led me to believe that I will recover that money very quickly. I did not have the money and had to take out a loan as they led me to believe that I'll be able to repay that very quickly. As I was very vulnerable at that time, they took advantage of my situation and pressurized me into buying the franchise. In addition I had to pay for a trip to Toronto for the training and for accommodation. I came back, expecting to get my business rolling. But this did not happen and when I went back to WSI, there was not much help. They kept on telling me to do the cold-calling and get customers. This was not possible as their internet services were much more expensive and hence it was difficult to sell any of these services at a small profit in UK. I explained that to WSI, but they were not very sympathetic and did not try hard enough to help me. After about 18 months, there was no sign of any money coming back to my business and I did not even have a single customer. When I approached WSI for help, all they could say was there was not a lot they can do. They suggested that I can de-commission my business so I won't have to pay them any monthly payment. Alternatively they suggested that I can sell my franchise to someone else. I did not feel happy doing that as I felt I have been cheated and misled and I could not do the same to someone else. I still think people buy franchise so they can get help in difficult times but that did not happen for me. I think they are fully aware of the problems but in spite of that they keep on selling their franchise to innocent people so they can rip people of the initial investment.


When I asked for references before I started, they only gave me 2 contacts of the people who were successful and later I learnt that they were successful because they were using other means to get their revenue rather than sell WSI internet services.


I feel I have been badly misled and have been somehow bullied into buying this franchise. I was naive and they took advantage of my situation when I was at a very vulnerable point in my life. I really feel I have wasted about £40K of my personal money which would have provided a good education for my children. I am still hopeful that WSI will do the honorable thing that any respectable company would do and that is to compensate me for all the stress and aggravation caused and they should also refund the initial fee paid.


I would also like other people to know about my experience so they can be very careful when approached by WSI. Since then, I have come across many more WSI franchisees who feel the same way and feel they have also been misled. I have no idea how they can claim to be No. 1 franchise. Every time I think about WSI, it depresses me and makes me feel like I have been robbed in broad daylight and sadly they keep on robbing innocent people. I really wish Watchdog can take this on board and help innocent people like me.
I look forward to hearing from Watchdog so they can scrutinize this issue further.

I moved in to a shared falt last Aug08 and was supposed to take over the telephone/internet account from the tenant who moved out. Since last Aug08 I have been trying to get Pipex to change the account holder to myself. 7months later they still have not have changed it, yet they are happy to take my money every month.


I have sent the relevant change of account holder form 4 times.


Every month I have been calling their customer service department to get it changed. Their customer service department refuse to call me back to sort this out so I have to pay for something which is not my fault. So far over £20 in call charges. They say there is no supervisor/manager to put me through to to sort this out. Every month they say they will look into it and still nothing has been done.


The internet service they provide frequently has problems leaving me with no internet connection but their technical support says I am not the account holder so won't fix it.


Every month their credit department send me threatening letters to my address because the previous tenant's bank has refused the direct debit.


I have to call customer service department every month to pay the bill so we won't be cut off. I pay for this call. Pipex has been taking my money for the past 7 months but won't make me the account holder.


My housemate needs to keep the same landline no. for work reasons and Pipex won't give me the MAC code (I am not the account holder) so we can't ven change internet servcie providers.

This company changed from Toucan To Pipex. They keep asking me for money for accounts that are non exsistent ie I had no telephone with them and a broadband that did not work, down all the time, spammed and lousy speeds. I wish to claim £900 in lost sales and £50 (4x £50) in out of pocket expenses.


 


We are both in poor health and disabled. But have been bombarded with robotic telephone calls and letters threatening to bring in debt collectors etc. If they continue as pensioners we shall have no option but to call in birminham police to stop this stalking. Broad band users beware of this ISP. They will try too hound you into submission but dont give in report them to the ISPA, police, watchdog, your mp. Give back what they give you and charge them for your time. In our case (similar to bank charges for a letter) we demand £50 per reply as per our out-of-pocket-expenses dealing with such charlatans practising "sharp practices" example keeping people tied up to their premium lines. Dont ring em' just report them. If you need more proof just put Pipex Credit Control Pipex or automated phone calls from pipex into your search engine and watch those complaints stack up. Avoid this crooked outfit like the plague! Is nobody taking notice of this outfits antics. We are, and will outline more details to interested bodies at the end of June 2009.Pipex have been informed of this if you have had similar problems do the same. They need closing down for the publics sake.

Well I saw that adverts about single mam which using two free trials teeth whitening products EasyWhite and CleanWhite only you have to do is pay p & h fee of just £3.95 but top of this she was giving you discount voucher which at the end you pay only £0.95 which is great for someone who doesn't earn a lot. Few days later I check my on-line banking account and I couldn't believe it when I saw charges of £78.38 for each product that's over £150 which it's a lot for single mother like me but that nothing I was smart enough that I bookmark the receipt page. They said that on statement payment will be shown as "celebrityteethcs.com" and "musclemtcs.com" which didn't on my statement shown pro-body and nuskin company based in Singapore...right.
Because of there way of doing things my account is debit now and I have to pay overcharges which doesn't help me financially.

In March 2008 I purchased a website business off ebay from Tenretni Ltd for £1500, It clearly stated on the ad description you could make £10000 per month with this site.


After several months and a fortune spent on google, during which time I had been persuaded to spend another £1850 on other so called better sites I had not made a penny profit.


I was then persuaded by Dean Taylor and Joanne Marston, 2 of the Directors to go into a business partnership with them selling some new sites that were supposed to be brilliant.  They told me I would make a minimum of £1000 per week to start with.


That was in July 2008 and I have not made a penny. Despite promises of a refund by another Director Peter Staples along the way this never materialised.

In November 2008 I bought a Lucrative website business and training package from Tenretni Ltd.  They claimed that they only ever sold one of each type of business and yet one week after I bought the site through Ebay I was contacted by someone who had purchased the site over the phone having seen it on Ebay.  Despite this I was persuaded to continue with the website.


 


In recent correspondence with the company I have highlighted a number of faults with the website and have repeatedly asked for someone to contact me to resolve the issues.  That contact has never happened.  I will summarise the faults with the service that I have received from Tenretni



  • The coding on the site appears to be faulty. 

  • In the original advertisement for the service that they provide they spoke of how they provide a full telephone support service from day one on every marketing package that is sold.  On many occasions over the last three months I have been unable to get through to the company with the phone ringing out for several minutes at a time.  On several occasions I have left messages for people and not received a reply.

  • Over the same period I have numerous emails to various personnel within the company ignored with me receiving no reply.

  • The website that I bought had, according to the sales page, been developed and extensively tested and then re-tested under the supervision of their expert Research & Development Team utilising the vast programming skills from top flight programmers around the globe.  Despite this fact the site has taken over three months to get to it's present unfinished state.

  • Throughout December I was in email and phone correspondence with the company to get Deep Links set up on the site.  When these were eventually done at the end of December they did not work and it eventually took until the 18th January to rectify this situation.

  • I have repeatedly requested by phone and email that a header was installed on the site to give it a finished look.  A header appeared at the end of January in which the company name was spelt incorrectly and the company website address was not only mis-spelt but also gave a co.uk domain name instead of the .com domain which the site has.  This has not been rectified.to date.

  • In their advertisement they spoke about the site being fully search engine optimised.  This is not the case and has never been discussed with me.

  • In the original advertisement they spoke of me having the benefit of 17 years experience when it comes to training.  The training I have received to date has been limited to Google ads training and training on article writing and submission.  I have since learnt that the person who was training me had been working within Internet marketing for approximately 7 months.  He spent the first two months of his Internet Marketing life trying to get to grips with Google Ads but then gave up because he considered it a waste of time.  The company has failed to give me the level of training that was promised in their advertisement.  The Internet Marketing Guru Dean Taylor has beed conspicuous by his absence over the entire three month period that I have been dealing with Tenretni.

  • No further training has been forthcoming from Tenretni.  I was offered one appointment but then went three weeks without contact before asking for a refund.

  • At the time of writing this, my site has been off the web for four days because Tenterni are changing a server.  I run another business with a hosted website and database and my service provider has managed to change servers without me suffering any downtime.


 


I have repeatedly raised these issues with Tenretni over the last month and have asked for a refund.  They feel that they have supplied a good enough service to not to be obliged to refund my fees.  I disagree as under the Sale of Goods Act they have failed to fulfil their contractual obligations


 


I have tried repeatedly to engage people at Tenretni in conversation to try to find an amicable solution to our dispute, originally asking for reassurance that the problems would be sorted out and after being repeatedly ignored I finally asked for a refund which has also been ignored.


The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As the company is in breach of contract I am rejecting the website and training package and request that they refund the sum paid to themof £1995

My story is much the same as the others here but with two main differences - I became bankrupt and I have lost my house due soley to the likes of Joanne Marston and Tenretni.


Buying my first website in April 2008 Dean Taylor promised me i would certainly make lots of money with this "top of the range website". After 4 months I had written 204 articles and 104 blogs with zero sales. (An interesting note here is that while Joanne Marston and Dean Taylor advised me to continually write blogs, Chris Young advised me to only write 3 or 4 because they are only mini websites!! Contradiction or what) Dean told me not to worry about zero sales because though it was doing nothing now it certainly would explode with sales in the very near  future after it was out of the Google Sandbox. i had visited Tenretni 6 or 7 times. They were "lovely" people who certainly just could not be scammers. Scammers don't ask you  to their house for a coffee do they, and tell you your child is gorgeous and talk to your wife and become your friend ??!!?!?!?!? They just could not be scammers.


In May, my full time job as a Courier was made part time by a take over. This was no problem to me because I had a superb website business which was about to make me an excellent income so no need to look for another job.


In August Dean asked my to join the team as a partner and that it would "make me rich". I still have the emails.  This is a bloke i trusted enormously remember. Joanne, who i also trusted 100% took over this with me and told me there was no risk and that "I promise you will make lots of money with this" . I still have the text on my phone.  i repeatedly asked her about the risk factor to which she always replied "i would never put your family at risk John". She also told me i would be earning around £5000 per month to start but more than likely much more than this.


in november a website sold and i was so excited - though i later noticed that an identical website had sold on Tenretni's eBay account on the very same day. Was that something just to sweeten my up??? I even recommended Tenretni to a close friend of mine who bought a website!!!!


In December I started training for Tenretni being told i could start with 20 customers - i only had 10. Not one single customer i spoke with was happy with Tenretni.


In early January 2009, i had serious doubts and so contacted a past trainer who confirmed my worst fears.


i emailed Dean to tell him i was no longer training for Tenretni and that i wanted a refund. he ignored my email and passed it to Joanne who in turn emailed me. We spoke for 15 mins on the phone when i told her she had lied to me and had scammed me. she went on to inform me that i had been given, by Tenretni for sales, (notice, "given" not "earned") £1900 and that this amounted to 4 monthly payments on my mortgage. I quickly informed her that this was not what she promised ("don't worrry about the mortgage John, we'll pay that for you if the business is a little slow in the beginning") and furthermore it was nowhere near £5000 per month earnings.


Joanne Marston told me she would never put my family at risk and this is precisely what she and Tenretni have done. In february, 2009 I was forced to declare myself bankrupt and lost my house in the process. I have a wife and 8 month old baby and we now live in a rented house which is so small we had to throw out some of our furniture.


Tenretni are Liars who do not hide behind emails when they scam you. No, worse than that - they befriend you on their own property knowing all along that you are not going to make a single bean from your efforts.


I use the word Liars, not as an insult but as a pronoun for this is exactly what they are.


They need to be stopped and made to pay for what they have done and are continuing to do.


There is a lot i have left out but i think we all get the picture by now.
