i place a order with milk and more online, i never recieved anything, i called them and they told me that they had delivered it to me.they were supposed to deliver on a mon, wed and friday. every time they did not turn up i phoned milk and more to let them know. they then agreed that the delivery driver had delivered to the wrong address as he could not find us.endles phone calls later and we still had not recieved any thing. then out of the blue a bottle of milk turn up , yes finally!! then the next delivery nothing! then on the friday a packet of bacon, ok i thought at least something has turned up! then shock horror i opened a email with a bill for over £38.00. i phoned again and explained that i had not recieved much just a bottle of milk and a pack of bacon. they would cancle this bill they said. i asked them to cancle my whole account as i was so fed up with having to call them constantly. the following monday the milk man turned up with armfuls of stuff. i politly told him that i had cancled. he swore at me and had a bad temper then walked off. once again i phoned milk and more to check to see why this had been deliverd and complain about the rude delivery driver, they told me that it had all been cancled. they then took payment of £2.10 from my bank account with out telling me. i thought thats fair enough bottle of milk and a pack of bacon. then i had a email saying that my may bill was due! but i had cancled!!!! i phoned up to explain the whole situation for what must be the 30th time. i was told that they would stop the transaction. i checked my bank statment this morning, guess what. they had taken the money, i phoned them again but have not got anywhere again. i just want my money back, and compensation for the wasted time, hassle and endless phone calls,

I bought some stuff from craig list the seller was Lindsey Frankel this is her email lindsey-frankel@hotmail.com so she said to me to use parcel to go so we can do our business and i trust her so i don't know how it work but parcel2go send me an email saying that i have to send the payment to them so they will send me the divide i was buying from lindsey, they instructed to use Western Union so i did after that they send me an email saying the my divide will be at my door at certainly time, date and time but it did'n happened, so i email them to see what was happening but they just don't answer me. By the way the agent from parcel2go who was supposedly be in charge is Hilbert Zachary so that's all and i hope if any body read this please don't let you fooled by this people.

I have completed 5 runs for these people since 12/8/10 and only been paid for one job done on 11/30/10. Everytime I call these people I get a run around and lied to and cannot get a straight answer to when I will get paid. What tipped me off was when I called after sending in my runs for 3 weeks for payment as instructed. I was told that my check would be there later that week. 3 weeks later I get a check for $111.00 for the job done on 11/30/10. I am still owed $501.00 for 5 other runs.

Cargo-Delivery (http://www.cargo-delivery.uk.tt/) is supposedly a delivery service where a buyer and a seller can make a "safe" transaction via the Internet, and the seller doesn't get paid until the buyer accepts the shipment or product.  I was making a transaction to rent an apartment located in Madrid, Spain from the owner who is currently living in Cambridge, UK.  We were to make the transaction of payment for the first year's rent through Cargo-Delivery by sending the money via MoneyGram.  Cargo-Delivery would hold the money until the apartment keys and contract were sent, received, and inspected, and eventually accepted.  The money would then be released to the seller based on full acceptance.  The keys and contract were to have been shipped on 23 October 2009 and would arrive early the following week in Madrid, Spain to a friend of mine with whom I would be sharing the apartment.  However, as time went by, it was obvious that there was no shipment, and contact could not be made with the company nor with the seller.  Attempts to recover the money, 2800 Euros equivalent to 2512 GBP have been unsuccessful.  Obviously, steer clear of this delivery company.  Don't ever give them your money to make any type of transaction.

On 21 April 2010, I booked an online delivery service with Parcel2go to carried 2 items form Northampton to Brussels.
It was:
• 1 box of 10kg
• 1 suitcase weight 34kg
These two items were booked and collected and were meant to be delivered together to the same destination. The box was delivered and my suitcase containing my personnel belonging worth more than £2000 has never been delivered.
I was told by Parcel2go that because I declare only £200 at the time of the booking and did not take the insurance cover, they will only reimburse £50.
This is not acceptable and I would like you to help me recover either my suitcase or the value of the lost.
Please note that the £50 pound they are offering does not cover the cost of the empty suitcase nor the fee for the booking.

Please help me sort out this problem.

Parcel2go are rip off artist's at the least.

1) Order 4 parcels to be picked up and delvierd. Filled out all there forms correctly.
2) All parcels were picked up by TNT , all marked up properly with weights as they were 30kgs each containing ultra Pure H20. I even spoke to driver and asked if they were oky he said it was all fine.
3) Only 3 parcels were delivered.
4) complained and sent in evidence of packing and signatures ect ect.
5) They refused claim so i managed to find a WORKING telephone number (they change them regular so that its hard to find on purpose).
6) recorded telephone conversation and was told " we had dropped you parcel and thrown it in the bin" .... please fill out a claim. When i said i did they then told me there was nothing they can do. I asked for a refund of £55.00 for the cost of delivery and £45.00 for the binned items. They said speak to claims department and gave me a email address.
7) Managed to speak to some one on face book parcel2go site and they said that liquids were a banned item and that they had leaked so they binned them. Since i have sent lots of parcels with liquids in using them this was a first. All so the fact that the telephone op said they had dropped them. So they were lying.
8) They have now closed off my account so i cannot access the info and they refuse to speak to me. So i have put in a paypal claim against them and im off down to the small claims court today with all my evidence and it now going to cost them alot more than it should off.

DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO you have been warned. I have all so typed up a letter to watch dog and sent it in because i suspect im not the only one who has complained against them and it will be nice to see them slated on TV so many more people will not use them and they lose out on money.

The website name is http://www.canada-parcel2go.com ...Do not trust these people or they will take your hard earned money. The so-called "parcel2go" agent goes by charla asher, and this is who will be collecting the money. Again don't fall in their trap, as they will promise to send you what you want but they are just lying.

I did the same as the post I copied below. However, the persons name was Lindsey Cushing and the person receiving the money was Tatiana Buren. It was for an IPAD. Also, I did contact the actual parcel2go company and found that they do exist and are a legitimate business but they are not related to SHIP-parcel2go or global-parcel2go.com THESE SITES ARE SCAMS!!! It's supposed to be delivered today but Fedex has no record of it.

I asked, are you telling me that my bags have been stolen? they said, nOOOO....is just that the courier cant find them!!! ha! its the same, I said!!!......they didnt show me the disposition to make an extra effort to help me, no emails, no telephone numbers, nothing. On facebook they decided to cancel my account so I am not able to post my claims any longer......DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO...

I need some help, what i can do now? small claims court?

I bought an oven from a supplier who imports these from Italy. I waited 10 weeks for the oven to arrive. I then contracted parcel2go to courier this item from the supplier in England to me in France. They used Fedex as their contractor. The oven cost £332, and I paid extra insurance to cover this, so all in all it was about £400.

The item was delivered quickly enough - DAMAGED. The driver informed me of this before I saw it for myself. I mistakenly refused delivery, as I thought it would go against me in a claim if I accepted it.

I then got onto their "more than hopeless" chat HELP line to tell them that my package was damaged and I wanted to make a claim. They informed me that I should have accepted it, so that I could take photographs of the damage. They then stated that they would arrange for it to be redelivered in 2 days.

Well, what they say and what they do is a totally different matter. I went on that chat line for 2 solid weeks, and every time, someone different said they would get onto the courier to redeliver. All I got was automated replies, and had to relate my story every time I went on there because no one knew what was happening. I sent in my claim to Toni Kay - Claims Advisor, who repeatedly ignored my emails. I waited in every day for that package, even though I have a business to run, and still no delivery.

After coming to the end of my tether, and frustration, I finally accepted delivery of the damaged package, and as requested, sent photographs of the damage by email to Toni Kay, and again this was not acknowledged.

On the chat line again to ask what was happening, and as per usual, no one seemed to know about all my emails, they said they would speak to a supervisor about my problem and that they would get back to me in 24 hours - what do you think? they did not.

The last time I got onto the chat help line and demanded to speak to Toni Kay, and she finally agreed to speak to me on there. It has taken 2 months for them to tell me that they are not prepared to pay me anything. They are only prepared to give me a £100 voucher to be spent with them (as if I would ever use them again). They say that because my item contained glass, I am not covered. What I say is. They ask on line what the item is. All ovens have glass doors, so they knew this. They even took more money for extra insurance, even though they say I was not covered. If I was never going to be covered for the glass why did they take this? They also knew 2 months before about the contents due to my correspondence so why did they not refuse then?

They are quick to take, but don't like paying out, even though I am sure they have massive insurance cover.

So, I have lost £400, more when you think that I have had to pay out for another oven. There are a lot of other people who have not been compensated for their damage or loss by these people, you only have to go onto the parcel2go forums to see all this. It is disgraceful, and I think the public have a right to know about their dodgy dealings. They do everything on line, so do not have to face their clients, makes it so much easier for them to do.

I have printed out all the chat line conversations and emails to assist me in a claim against them.

I hope they get their just desserts - I am so bloody angry.

Coming back from holiday, no milk has been delivered. Making a complaint has been a dismal failure. The last time we went on holiday we had the same problem. My husband is,at this moment in time trying to make a complaint to the operator who is in Manilla, Phillipines. What hope in hell have we got? All he has asked for is to speak with a manager as the girl is saying we have cancelled our milk until the 26th but all cancellations are in my account so we know that is a lie. An hour has passed and we have got nowhere. I strongly advise people to veto this company as they are useless.

expert logistics sent two men to install my new washing machine ,they came in was fiddling for a while like they don't know what to do but am not an expert but i have had washing machines fitted before usually not a long process .they fitted it in and left ,i decide to test my new washer put the clothes in and went up to my bedroom to relax after like 40 minutes i came down stairs i scream my head off the kitchen hall way my storage was flooded seriously ,i quickly told my son to bring the video recorder and we started recording it ,i called expert they are trying to say is not there fault ,we took the washer out and realised that the men accidentally turned on the hot water tap as we dont use it its always being switched off for years they turned it on as they were fiddling to fit the machine and left it on .i send them the full recording of the flooding only to get a reply from them stating they cant compensate me for all my kitchen ,floor ,hall way carpets nd my personal items that was damaged in the flood ..the recording shows fully the water gushing out of the pipe they left on .i am now looking to sue expert logistics for my damages .it took me 3 hours plus to clean all the water which has left me with a very bad back since then..this is not fair i want help to sue them .which company can help me to claim back my money pls on a no win no fee basis only .

We desperately needed a computer to be transported from London to Spain. As this was needed for working on clients' briefs it was vital. We ordered a box from Voovit on the 6th of October paying a £20 deposit. The empty box required to initiate the process was according to Voovit to be delivered within 2 to 3 days. We waited for over a week and no box appeared. We called and were told the "the box will be arriving soon". However it never did.
We finally gave up waiting on the 19th of October and made alternative arrangements.
When we attempted to cancel the order and reclaim the deposit we were told "The depot attempted delivery of the boxes 8th, 11th and 12th.
I am sorry deposits are non-returnable."
We never received any notice of failed delivery attempts.
When I complained about their service and said I was going to register my dissatisfaction with their service on the Internet I was further threatened with "Please note we employ companies to monitor any comments made with regards to our service and will not hesitate to take matters further should you post anything that is untrue or prejudicial to our business."
The above is a true account of my experience with Voovit.
