my mother was involved in a car accident on the 17 of august 2008 on her way to visit me ,the day after i had our family dog put to sleep she never arrived and has been in a comatosed state since the date,battling for the first 3 days on life support,my world has not been the same since,megan(my daughter of just 2yrs of age) and i have now moved from our home in north wales to stay in my mothers home in south wales so we can be nearer to her while she continues to recover,visiting my mum is detramental to her recovery. I have been trying,in vain it seems,to claim for help with my moving and living expenses since this has happened,my father died wen i was 7,my mum is the only person in the world who ever helped me,i've been so lost and disheartened,the community care grant that is in place to help unfortunate turns like this have not helped me to date despite my efforts my case just isn't desperate enough for them to help,although my little sister has received help since it happened? this is my last hope at getting any help at all,the situation i find myself in with my younge daughter,having to c her nana in that state with tubes and no movement at all apart from her eyes is devastating enough who knows wot my little girl thinks,it's her who has suffered the most through this time as i have had no money to do anything-eating has been hard for myself at times,not to mention the cost at the hospital for parking 35 pounds a week is a bit much for a single mother receiving inncome support let alone getting there-i am completely deflated amd dont know wot i can do any more my life is in tatters and there doesn't seem to be any help out there for me at all,this is my last plee to some one some where for a little help or advice

I purchased the ab circle pro on the 16th may 2011 and as yet have not received the item or any correspondence from the supplier. I have e-mailed on several occasions with no reply. I received a confirmation of my order and an expected delivery date which did not materialise. The confimation of the transaction from RBS worldpay names paradise Living as the recipient of my money. On the 18th May I received an e-mail informing me that due to a high demand of stock they had si\old out but were expecting a delivery within 5 days. My order was promised by the end of the following week by 48hr delivery from a DHL courier. I am still waiting.

I was notified by these people that I had won £750-000. On that assumption I borrowed money from my family and friends, they told me it was a scam but, I wouldn't beleive them. So a friend and I went to the betting office before I sent off the money.  They phoned the real Irish lottery and they said they don't do sweepstakes on the internet. I've had no appology, no phone call and complete lack of interest from the customer service dept.

Bought a laptop and docking station from Hewlett Packard on 24 February 2009.  I am now on my second laptop and third docking station.  Cannot print using USB cables from the docking station and now this morning had a fatal error stating "bios corrupt".  Have spent literally hours and hours on the phone to their call centre in India.  They are saying that they have to send the laptop away for repair which will take between 10 to 14 days.  However I use this laptop for business and cannot afford to be without a laptop for that long.  HP not interested in my problem.  Cannot speak to a manager - apparently I have to write a letter - how long will that take to resolve?  Absolutely disgusted with HP - have just spent £1000 and this is the way they treat their customers.  I dread to think how much my phone bill is going to be with all the calls I have made.  The last guy I spoke to at the call centre wants me to make a further payment to HP customer care so that I can have someone come out to look at the problem.  So I've just paid £1000 and now they want me to spend more money to get their defective goods repaired?????

on may 2nd my laptop model kw065ua started smoking and got very hot.i called hp teck and was told that computer was still under warranty for 288 days.they sent a box for me to send it to them.they recieved it on may 6th.on may 8th they emailed me to call.i was then told that computer was out of warranty because something had been spilled on it.i know this is not true i am the only one to use computer.when i told them this i was told they would replace it for $762.57.and when i told them i would not pay this was told computer would be returned by may14th.i bought this computer the last of oct 2008 at walmart. the order no they gave me is vjk00201

This relates to my HP DV6000 Pavillon laptop, serial no: CNF644576F, model DV6152EU_3C06 Atlantis 1.1, model no: RP958EA#ABU.


 


My current problem with this laptop is that it fails to switch on. On pressing the power button there is a short delay before a loud and long beep followed by 2 short beeps. There is no visual display on the screen and no start up at all. I understand from speaking to an HP technician yesterday  that this is very likely to be a graphics card error/system board problem. I have also spoken to an independent technician as well as reviewing HPs website and all point towards this being the problem.


 


The laptop has been sent off to HP 3 times to be repaired. Two of the repairs were system board replacements and a BIOS Upgrade. I understand that a system board replacement is a big deal and I if you include the original system board and if it were repaired again this time that would mean x4 system boards in just over 2 years of ownership. That is ridiculous by any ones standards.


 


I understand that dv6000 laptops are problematic hence HP were forced to extend the warranty to relieve customer complaints. Even when I spoke to an HP technician yesterday regarding replacement of the system board he said that the same design of system board would replace the broken one and that he did not understand why HP were still fitting them as they are condemned from the moment they are fitted.


 


I am baffled to think that in my short ownership of this laptop that HP would continue to replace the system board knowing that there is a known fault.

I went to Dunkin Donuts for 4 large coffee's and 4 bagels and Veggie cr. cheese.  I was told they only had 2 of the bagels I wanted and no cream cheese that I wanted.  My bill was 16.00 so I paid and and they passed me 4 bagles and only plain cream cheese because thats all they had and then they passed me coffee in a cardboard box cause they had no carriers at all, needless to say the coffee went all over as it had no support.  Will not go there again, I was very disapointed and pissed.

My late father in law passed away and I’m trying to sort his affairs out so we can arrange his funeral.
I am disgusted in the so called customer services, tried to contact them on the 0870 numbers pressing different options, thinking that you’re through just to be cut off and told to phone again. I tried this for well over an hour with no luck just being charged at 0870 rates. After checking on a site Saynoto0870.com the following day I managed to get hold of someone to inform them of my late father in laws death and cancelled his membership after 30 years of service asked if there was any chance of a refund to which the reply was it was to far past his renewal date for a refund, my reply was that he died at the wrong time of the year. All he would offer was to transfer the remaining cover to his wife who is a non driver aged 81

I have just noticed the AA have taken £201 from my bank account yesterday for payment for 1 years breakdown cover. This was cancelled 1 year ago and also 6 weeks ago. Myself and my husband called to ask for the money to be put back onto my account only to be told it is under investigation. No explanation given as to why the money was taken without my consent. I have asked to speak to a manager only to be told he is investigating the enquiry and will call back. I asked for a time responce for the call back only to be told they would not discuss this any further. I am now £201 out of pocket for a service I did not request. They will only say if the money is going back into my account it can take up to 21 days....... Not good enugh. They were good enough to take it within 1 day why should it take so long to get put right ?

Their system went down with the floods in Qld, but this was before the floods happened. I can't accesss my account & i have no money to live on.

Bad service, bad systems, and rude staff of which I spoke today at a branch in Upp. Mt Gravatt.

Went to the above petrol station today, the guy said you have to pay for the petrol before filling up, which i thought was fair enough, then realised the other customers were filling up then paying. I said to the cashier why are you not asking the other customers to pay first he said I dont have to give you a reason- this really annoyed me. Then he said that leave my debit card with him and then fill up I said to him dont think so my friend with all the card cloning going on - he didnt seem to get what i was saying to him. I asked did he understand why I am not going to leave my card with him and he said other people do, which I found hilarious. I asked him to see his manager or phone him he would not. I found the cashier rude, suspicious (ref to fraud) and damn right aggressive and discriminatory at his customer skills. I paid for the petrol at the pump. This guy should be sacked for his awful customer service

I walk into this bank and meet this man who is medium in height,-PROBABLY FIVE FOOT TEN INCHES TALL- by the name of ROBERT PABLO who is of FILIPINO HERITAGE and has buzzcut hair and wears glases. All I asked him is that I wanted to open a chequing account and hes just SLAMS HIS OFFICE DOOR IN FRONT OF ME WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. THIS MAN IS VERY RUDE!! I thought he was going to serve me because I've seen him serve this young blonde lady before me and kindly showed her (by placing his hands on her side) where the brochures or something were. But when I come and try to ask he quickly slides his door in front of me and I just stand over there embarassed and he then says "I AM OFF DUTY, GOODBYE LADY! GO GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO SERVE YOU. BYE!"


I FEEL OUTRAGED AND EMBARASSED ABOUT THIS! I WILL NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CIBC BECAUSE OF THIS!

Bought two guess bags. Emailed customer services from guess website to tell them that one bag has a dust protector bag missing and the other bag is faulty. They got me to email photos of the bags and to scan them the receipt.

I did what they requested but then heard nothing back. Sent them another email and they requested me to call them which I declined due to costs and made a complaint. Guess emailed back to say they would take this seriously and would investigate it as I am complaining about their customer service. That was the last email I received.

I emailed them again for a postal address to send complaint to but was ignored on 2 ocassions and my husband emailed them too but was ignored as well.

I am totally dissatisfied with guess and won't be buying any of their products again!
