there was 5 of us we ordered and waited 50 mins and food had still not arrived so we complained then 25 mins later it arrived almost all the order was wrong so we complained again and the girl who was serveing us was very very rude!!!!


in the end we just walked out all with empty bellies


it was apoling!!!

My girlfriend and I went out for a meal, just the two of us as a last chance to have a date before our daughter is born and everything was going nicely, we could accept the 40 minute delay on the starters due to them being busy, we could even forgive the further 40 minute delay on the main course for the same reasons, we could again forgive the under cooked chicken first time round but the second is just unacceptable especially after telling the watress my girlfriend was pregnant but a second under cooked meal is just unacceptable.  We then was offered a chance to speak with the manager who was extremely rude and informed us that it was leg meat, now I understand that these places run on a budget but after being told that a customer is pregnant and they can not eat undercooked meat they would volunteer this infomation first time around and offer an alternative.


Even after all this I could forgive and finally after the manager just taking the meal away and not apologising, it was left to us to complain at the bar and request a discount, which I must admit both main courses were removed from the bill which I can say is fair.  But given the fact that throughout this entire ordeal we kept calm, polite and very easy going the manager was just rude and arrogant and I feel this is just not how customers should be treated.


All I want is an apology for the managers attitude and the knowledge that she will be retrained in customer care.


Sorry for the spelling mistakes but this is not one of my strong points a bit like Ripley's table table's customer care.

My husband went to pick up two salads for dinner. He had to wait 15 minutes after ordering. They brought out 1 salad - not two. He had to go in and get the other one. Not only was the service bad - but the salads weren't worth $4.80 - maybe 2.50 tops. The salads were pitiful - salad and a few tomatoes plus a few strands of cheese. They were so bad that my husband did not want to me to have to eat such a pitiful excuse for a salad that he went to Wendy's to get another salad for me. If this is company policy to give really bad service and inferior product then we won't be going to Burger King again. That are a lot of fast food places in Alamogordo and we are not stuck with Burger King. In other words, you have lost us as a customer.

Though I try the "new" grilled chicken, so I bought a 10 piece bucket.  The chicken was so small that it only filled not quite 1/2 the bucket - pieces were sooooooo small - and only received one breast (I love white meat), so I got ripped off for dinner.  Whatever piece you ate, it was so dry.  I will never order it again.  How can I get my money back?

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHINESE, AMERICAN & JAPANESE SUSHI BUFFET. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD, AND WHEN I TOLD THE WAITRESS SHE JUST SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO.  ON ANOTHER DATE BEFORE THAT INCIDENT, I ARRIVED DURING THE LUNCH HOURS 11AM-3:45PM I ARRIVED AT 3PM SO I SHOULD HAVE PAID THE LUNCH PRICE. AFTER A CERTAIN TIME THEY SERVE FRIED SHRIMP WHICH COMES OUT AT DINNER. SO THERE WAS NOTHING OVER THE BUFFET TELLING ME I COULD NOT EAT THEM, BUT WHEN I GOT MY BILL THEY HAD WHITE OUT ON MY BILL AND CHANGED THE PRICE TO THE DINNER PRICE. AND MY LAST VISIT TO THE PLACE THE HOSTESS TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY BEFORE I ATE, AND I WAS WONDERING OK I'VE NEVER PAID FIRST AT A ALL YOU CAN EAT CHINESE BUFFET SHE SAID IT WAS THERE NEW RULES.  SO I GAVE MY CREDIT CARD AND WENT TO MY TABLE WITH MY GUEST AND AONTHER WAITRESS BROUGHT OUR DRINKS. BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME DONT TOUCH THE DRINKS JUST WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO COME IN AND SEE IF THEY HAVE TO PAY FIRST. SO LIKE I SUSPECTED IT WAS NOT TRUE TO PAY FIRST, THE NEXT PEOPLE CAME IN AND WAS ESCORTED TO THERE SEATS, BY THE SAME LADY WHO TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY FIRST. I WENT BACK IN RAGE AND DEMANDED MY FULL REFUND AND ONE WAITRESS TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY 3 DOLLARS CASH FIRST BEFORE THEY REFUND ME. I SAID FOR WHAT, AND SHE SAID FOR MAKING THE DRINKS, I  TOLD THAT LADY IF YOU DONT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD I CALLING THE COPS, I DID NOT EVEN TOUCH THE SODAS OR YOUR FOOD. AFTER THOSE 2 HORRIBLE VISITS TO THIS PLACE I GUARANTEE I WONT MAKE  A THIRD.

I visited the hare and hounds in menston, west yorkshire yesterday with a friend and our children and ordered our meals. As the meals came, we complained about the meal and the quantity and quality but the waitress rudely replied she could not do anything and would not repalce it. After the meal as we were getting ready to leave the restaurant, we overheard the waitress discussing us with another waitress very unprofessionally. I asked for her name to report her to the manager, Andy but when he approached he was extremley rude and unhelpful himself.

the portions was really stingy too and was barely warm due to the time we had to wait for cutlery. my daughter had a gammon steak. i have seen thicker bacon rashers was really poor value

myself, my mum and my son called in for a meal, when we recieved our meals i realised i had forgotten to ask for my sons meal without coleslaw. i appologised for the inconvenience and asked for it to be removed (my son is 5yrs old an like other children his age he wont touch the plate until it is removed) the young woman who was serving us stormed off with the plate before i could finish my sentence, she returned (also minus the peas) and pushed it accross the table to my son forcing my 5 year old to hold the hot plate in the air bemused and then she stormed off again before we had a chance to say a word! we obviously asked for the manager at this point and we were sent the assistant manager who said 'he had a different version from the waitress and would hav a word with her' no appology! when we asked what would happen next he said he would speak to the manager if we wish, we asked when and he replied the manager is in the kitchen so sometime that afternoon!!! i asked to speak to the manager myself right away! the manager came out -looking a lot like the chef, he appologised and once again said he would 'have a word with the waitress'. as we were leaving we asked for the waitress for her name where we had more abuse from her- she had been standing at the bar the whole time gossiping to her friends pointing over to us!! nobody interviened to stop her at any point. this is totally unacceptable behaviour which i am sure you will agree

IT WAS MY MOTHERS 60TH BIRTHDAY SO THE FAMILY WAS TAKING HER FOR DINNER AT SIZZLING PUB IN CRAMLINGTON NORTHUMBERLAND. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 6.15 WE WERE TOLD FOOD WAS NO LONGER BEING SERVED DUE TO A MEMBER OF STAFF HAVING A PARTY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! WE THEN ARRIVED AT ANOTHER SIZZLING PUB (THE HUNTING LODGE) IN WHITLEY BAY AT 6.50 AND ORDERED OUR FOOD AT 7.00. AT 8.20 WE HAD NOT RECEIVED OUR MEALS NOR DID WE RECEIVE ANY APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY. I WENT TO SPEAK TOA MEMBER OF STAFF AND WAS TOLD OUR MEALS WOULD BE SERVED SHORTLY BUT CONCIDERING WE HAD CHILDREN IN OUR COMPANY WE HAD TO BE OFF THE PREMISES AT 9.00. Recently my partner, brother and i visited Shake it milkshake shop.  4 Hours later my brother was sick.  In the middle of the night my partner was sick and in the morning i was.  This was all followed by constant toilet trips with upset stomachs.


My brother is staying with me and my partner at the moment and we all ate seperate foods that day.  The only thing we all ate the same was from the shake it shop.


I contacted the company who got back to me just to say there sorry to hear i'm ill but they clean there presmises regularly and that it must have been something else we ate that day?? all 3 of us?? even though i stated we ate nothing else the same all day.


I thought this was a very poor response from an otherwise up and coming company, i expected better, i feel like i have just been swept under the carpet.

My wife and I visted the Hatfield near Doncaster for a meal.  We had to ask three times for my wife's red wine to be topped up to the line on the glass.  There was dried on food on the cutlery.  It took thirty minutes for the food to arrive and when it did, the chips were hot but everything else was stone cold.  I wrote to complain, adding that there was never "Pedigree Beer" on tap despite it being their own brew.  I received a £5 voucher but no explanations.  I sent the voucher back asking for an explanation, sending the letter to a more senior person.  Letter came back without any voucher saying that they were going to do nothing.  I wrote to the CEO with copy letters.  Reply came back saying that they were not going to do anying and that was the end of the matter.  And I thought pubs and brewery's were struggling.  With an attitude like that I am not suprised.

Our party of 8 inc. a 2 year old and a 70 year old, went to The Windmill on Sunday evening to eat, our food took over an hour to come even after we complained at the bar it took a further 20 minites even though they said another 5. When the food did come the portions where small for the price, alot of it was undercooked, most things where cold, even the peas wer'nt cooked properly. We also asked for condiments which never arrived even after we had finished, we recived no apology and complained again on the way out, but only got money back for 3 of the meals. We also spoke to the manager who was obviously dealing with alot of complaints already and seemed uninterested.

Yesterday, May 6, 2009, Myself and 2 co-workers,went to kfc to get our free 2 pc.grilled meal that we had a coupon for.The one that Oprah announce on her show. The time was 12:05 pm. Two people were in front of us and about 5 in back of us. All of a sudden the girl behind the counter announces "We are no longer honoring the free 2 pc. grilled coupon!" My co-worker asked if they were out of it.(We could see a whole tray of it). And the manager said. No... We said..soooo. You will SELL us a dinner, but not honor your coupon? (the coupon said."while supplies last") The manager stated Yes. I asked what time they opened.she said 10"30 am. Now. it has only been a little over one and a half hours after opening!!! It is the principal of this matter, not the dollar amount.. Oh by the way, the 5 behind us, left... We should have, however, we only get 1/2 hour for lunch. Thanks for listening. Chris Lenski

The meal I was serviced was no where close to the meal advertised on TV or their meno.  I have a photo of the meal I was servce and snatched the video from their website.  Look for a YouTube video soon (glad I bought a good cell hone with 8GB of memory).


15.00 steak & lobster.  LOL morelike $15.00 hunk of some type of meat (some mammal) and a lobster tail that was close to to 8 oz.  I think the "steak" still had jockey karks on it.


Avoid this place if you can.  If you are in the mood for lobster, DON'T go here.

In 2004, I was introduced to the Limedale Pub Company by an agency based in Yorkshire.  It was run by one Shirley Parry, who I never actually met, and her lieutenant, one Dave Whitlow.


We decided to manage a pub for them in Warwickshire and I was instructed to travel to another of their pubs near Wolverhampton to hand over my (supposedly returnable) bond of £3000 to another chap who also went by the name of 'Dave'.  The money was to be handed over in cash - I suppose I should have smelt a rat straight away, as cheque or bankers draft would not do.


Upon moving to the Warwickshire pub, we began to realise we had been 'had'.  We were expected to purchase all stock and see to all invoices.  A locksmith was called by Limedale to change the locks as the previous couple had departed with the keys (trying to hold Limedale to ransom for the return of their bond - it didn't work unfortuneately).


Needless to say, the locksmiths invoices to Limedale returned no payment, so he took it ipon himself to travel to Nottingham, to their registered offices in the Lacemarket.  Suffice to say, he found only a mailing address but he did manage to find a link to Chester and after harrassing Limedale, eventually got his (small) payment.


Limedale disappeared abruptly in December '04 and we were lucky enough to be rescued by the pub owners subsidiary company.


It amazes me that 'Googling' Shirley Parry or Dave Whitlow does not bring up a cacophany of negativity regarding these low-life crooks.  I know that there are a host of fellow victims out there.
