i ordered 1200 cigarettes from this company, they dispatched them and thay got seized by customs. i called customs and they said they were unable to release the package because it hadn't been labelled properly therefore it would be destroyed. i asked if i could pay duty but the reason it was seized was as the comapny didn't state what was in the package. i emailed cig-sale.com and they said they could not refnd with out the package being returned, i have on many occasions tried to explain that i didn't have the package to return as i hadn't recieved it due to them not labelling it properly for excise but they have said that if i order another 5 cartons hey will give me a free carton. i obviously declined and stated i want my money back as they have not upheld there part of the contract and despatched the goods correctly. i am so angry as i seem to be emailing and emailing and the company seem to be so stupid that they cant quite understand that this is there fault. when i spoke to customs thsy said this happens quite a lot from this company when they are sending cigarettes into the uk...can you please help. kindest regards dale george

I ORDERED ONLINE 600 CIGARETTES ON MENTIONED SITE ON 03.10.2011 AND TODAY 14.11.2011 I STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER .
ON THEIR WEB SITE THEY DAIS THAT A ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED IN 20 DAY.
I MAIL THEM 2 TIMES AND THE SAID TO ME THAT MY ORDER WASN T EVEN POSTED BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY COMANDS, ORDERS THAT THEY CAN T FACE IT.
I KNOW THAT I LOSE MY MANY BUT I WANT THIS TO BE READ BY ANYONE WHO WANTS CHEA CIGARETTES!

I ordered some tabacco from cigs-sale.com after speaking to them about paying the right duty and if it some above the law they assured me it was all ok. i placed the order and then noticed that a gaming company had taken payment and not cigssale i contacted my credit card company and informed them that i wanted the payment stopped because it was the wrong company and product. the credit card company said i had to wait 30 days, so i waited for my goods to arrive and they never did i contacted cigsale 12 times wanting delivery numbers and expected time of delivery at no point did they offer any usefull info just kept saying please be patient, i kept saying that after a 7 weeks i think i have more than patient so i raised a dispute with my credit card company which they have paid on. so while i have got my money back i just want other people to be aware

Ordered rolling tobacco, on the 8th August i received an e-mail saying that the order had been shipped, i am still waiting i tried to get on the site to ask where my order was but am having difficulty getting on the site.I am very disapointed.

I was traveling to Bulgaria from terminal 5 at Heathrow. Whilst looking around the Dury Free I decided to purchase some toiletries. I approached the Creme De La Mere stand and the girl who was supposed to be there was "on a break" according to the lady at the next stand.  I returned 15 mins later knowing my plane was taking off only 30 minutes later. The assistant was pleasant and suggested 3 products - which I did purchase! These were taken by the assistant to a till for me. While I was at the till, I chatted to the same assistnant and another assistant did the transaction on the till. As I was getting late for the plane I just entered my pin without double-checking anything, I ran like mad to the plane. When I arrived at my destination, I unpacked and then looked at the receipt for the products. SHOCK! I had been charged twice for the eye cream. I immediatley telephoned customer sevice - they were closed so I left a message. The next day I received a phone call from customer service and they said it wasn't a problem, they would sort it when I returned to England. BUT when I sent my receipt I received a letter from Frances Jenkins - more or less stating that I was stupid and tough! there was no hope. She stated in her letter that '' would be very difficult to rectify this at a later stage'', but i called customer service same day. I called customer service back, but basicaly they told me that i have no hope.
