I ordered 60 palatable Rimadyl tablets for my dog on the 4/2 - they took my money on the same day.   They say they shipped them on the 5/2 did not receive them so I rang them on the 19/2 they said they would refund my money as it is gauanteed that if you don't receive you're goods within 14 days.   Phoned again on the 25/2 and they said it was the first they had heard of refunding my money THEY ARE LIARS just playing about and keeping my money and said it would take another 3-5 working days.  It didn't take them that long to take money from my account.   STAY AWAY FROM THIS PETCAREMART OR GET RIPPED OFF.


i HAVE ORDERED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO DELIVER INCLUDING THE DAY I ORDERED THEM

I ordered some medicine for my old dog, as I have done before through this company, and in the time that the product was allegedly delivered he had to be put to sleep.  I wrote and asked if I could return as they specify 100% guarantee on returns "no questions" asked and money back guarantee and they responded that I could send them back.  In the meantime the products have not arrived and despite three emails and two phone calls I have heard nothing since.

This company picked my dog up for doggy day care every day. One day she stopped turning up with no explanation, I figured out for myself she wasnt actually coming into my property.

I left several messages and was eventually contacted a week later to say she had been taken ill and her partner had contacted all of her clients bar me because 'my dog comes in everyday so the number wasnt down in the book.'

I then asked when I could expect business to be resumed. I was ignored. I then requested my key back. I was ignored.

I have since spent the last 2 weeks demnding my key be returned and either being ignored or now being told it was in the post and would arrive on Thursday. It didnt, I was told it was arrive the day after and then the day after and so on. It has still not arrived.

This business cannot be trusted, has acted completely unprofessionally and I am currently trying to trace who insures this company so I can put a claim in for having to have my locks changed.

Thankfully I paid per week so I have not lost any money in paying for a service I was not receiving but obviously I did not want this woman to still remain in possession of a key to my property. I have a receipt for the key giving her permission to hold it as long as she was providing a service. I expected this key back immediately after requesting it.

I couldnt go and get it myself as I do not know where she lives and she is seemingly no longe operating from her rented place of work.

DO NOT USE. Really isn't worth the hassle.

Sent many emails to them and only reply from them asked what dogbed they had actually sent to me. Phone is voice mail only. Unacceptable practice. Wish I had never used them and hope this might deter others from doing so! Am left with an unwanted dogbed and no response to regain my money for their error!

Big Cat Rescue has lied to the unsuspecting citizens that have donated to them. They have tried to divert this attention by discrediting there competition which would be anyone that owns or houses exotic animals. They preach not to buy animals and were one of the largest breeders of exotic cats with ads posted in animals trader magazine and videos and books for sale on how to pick out the best exotic cat for a pet. Seems a bit hypocritical to tell the world not to do something than go ahead and do it yourself. They also claimed that the cats on the property for which they collect donations for are abandoned, abused, unwanted, and neglected. These are nothing more than fictional sob stories made up to swindle you out of your hard earned money. And you would be supporting the very place that causes these animals to suffer. Because they buy and breed most of the cats that they have claimed as rescues. Most of these cats came from loving homes bottle feed and raised in doors. But according to Big Cat Rescue website they were under weight and abused. These lies need to stop. And if you truly love animals you would not support such a place. Carole Baskins aka Carole Lewis has done nothing more than turn her private pet collection and breeding program into a sanctuary to collect tax benefits and get the public to pay for her pets feeding and care. This may sound like here say. How would one prove this well that's easy she says it in her own words you will see her phone numbers on the for sale ads posted in the animals trader and a new broadcast reporting on it as well copy and past this url into your web browser and take a look.

Dear Sir/Madam


On the 12/2/09 I placed an order for a dog bed and paid by card on line to the following company (Buyonlinepetshop).  They gave me confirmation for my order and thanked me saying delivery would be approximately despatched in one weeks time.  Before then I received another email to say that they were sorry but their supplier of this dog bed was out of stock I then replied and asked how long it would take before I would be able to receive it.  They then replied saying they were unsure at that time when delivery would be.  I then told them I was not at all happy with the service as they had already taken my money from my bank account (£143.49).  They then replied to me saying they would give me a refund and it would be paid back into my account within 30 days.  Todate I have not received a refund. 


In the meantime while I was waiting for my refund I then ordered the same bed from another company this was duly paid for and have since received the bed. 


Having tried numerous times to telephone 'buyonlinepetshop' with no response and having checked my bank account every day I still have not been refunded the money as promised and have now discovered that their website is now not available.  Is there anything you can do to help me in this frustrating situation firstly name and shame them and secondly help to claim my money back?

I purchased a rabbit run from this company on 12th August 2009. I received it on 18th August 2009. Unfortunately my rabbit died on 19th August. I had not opened the run at all and was aware that the website stated the item could be returned if contact was made within 7 days of receipt. I emailed them 3 times within the 7 days only to receive emails back stating technical faults with their host. I telephoned and the phone was not answered, the number is now unobtainable. I sent a letter Recorded Delivery on 3 September 2009 still no response. They are not complying with Distance Selling Regulations.


Further letter sent on 16th September 2009, via Recorded Delivery quoting Distance Selling regulations 2000.

I have written and emailed about this many times but the owner Marc Cheesman he will not acknowledge letters or emails. I have contacted my credit card company and they have sent a letter but this does not seem to have done any good. I have contacted trading standards and they have sent a letter again this seems to have done nothing to help get my money back. I have found various other people on line who have also lost money to Mr Marc Cheesman. It seems I can't get my money back or the goods.

Remi de Cou took all the money from the clients for herself & unlawfully witheld my wages, despite making a claim with the small claims court I couldn't be compensated because she failed to fill out the paperwork.


More importantly she is responsible for charging clients money to petsit & then fails to turn up on the dates the client is away putting their pets at risk & generally being uncaring & unprofessional.

Also they did not return our keys, costing a further £200 to change to locks. Now will not return emails or phonecalls. The company is a complete scam (as many other people have pointed out on the web - we now realise). The owner, Remi de Cou, has previously been reported to animal welfare for similar behaviour. Do not use them!

Back in January 2008 I was looking forward to purchasing my very first hamster and looked into 'Fish n Fings' at the nearest pet supplies in Armthorpe, Doncaster.  Here, the owner showed me the last in a litter - a cute black and white hamster which apparently was an 8 week old female - 'Charlotte!'  Within days, it showed obvious signs of hiccuping or some respiratory problem.  I decided to keep her as being the owner I felt responsible for her care.  Initially I took her for a consultation at our local Veterinary Hospital who gave her some antibiotics and eye drops.  A week later, more antibiotics and eye drops - another expensive bill.  Charlotte was getting so weak day by day and having to be syringe fed.  I didn't want to see her suffer so I took her to the local 'Vets4Pets' and had her put to sleep peacefully; she had been building a nest at the bottom of her cage for her last days and compacted some food in her cheeks that same day.  At least I had the heart to take her on and take her to that 'Hammie Rainbow Bridge' where she can spend her last days.  She has been buried in our garden and will have decomposed by now.  For new hamster owners the grief of losing your first pet is sad but I've moved forward now and my 2nd hamster from a reputable pet shop is thriving well at 15 months +.  Shame on those pet shop owners who are just in it for the money - absolute greed and animal cruelty!

I bought a dog bed online through pawprintsshop.com on 16th February 2009.  I have the receipt but have still not received the goods.  I paid $18.00 for international shipping as I live in the UK.  In March when I emailed them (as of course they do not have a contact phone number!) they told me there'd been a death in the business and they were behind with sending out products to customers but if I was happy not to take a refund, they would send it out the following week.  It is now mid-May and I have still not received the product.  I sent an email at the end of April asking for a refund and no one has got back to me.  I'm not sure how it all works on the web but I feel very angry that I have paid for a product that I just haven't received and it looks like I will never receive.  In essence they have stolen $128.50 from my credit card in February and I'm now not sure what to do.

I ordered fresh livestock for my 2,000 gallon aquarium on the 16th of this month (May 09').  Today is the 22'nd and I have yet to hear or see any delivery/tracking info on my purchase.  Being that it is fresh, live fish,the order was supposed to be shipped overnight.  I checked my Credit Card and I have indeed been charged for the purchase.   Upon trying to contact the company via their contact info on their website (e-mail, and ph. number) I got no answer and their answering machine will not take any messages.  I want to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR to everyone, NOT to use this company, due to FRAUD!
