Hi I have been made redundant recently and since the job market is quite tough one day while searching for jobs I stumbled upon Butterflyz. net. I sent them an email giving them my details and asking them to get in touch. I sent a message through their website asking if I could have more information on non sexual aspect of the business. I got a callback from Naomi who left me a message on my answerphone on 21.07.2010.Later on I got a call from Charlie who told me they run a very high profile agency with really wealthy clients. How they treat their members with utmost respect and dignity and arrange for a chauffer for a companion to be picked up to b taken to and back from a date. She did a profile with me and then gave me the charges. I told her this was all new to me I would need to have a think as the fees she quoted to register were quite high and I was not convinced . It just sounded to good to be true. Later she chased me by e-mail and then phone calls saying the initial interest I had registered with attaching pictures of myself with and without makeup she had shown to a client called James. He was a property developer form america and if I registered I would make my money back on a social date. I was in dire need for some cash so I parted with my hard earned money £350 on club 21 membership in response to the following email from Charlie. She advised me on the phones after constant interrogation on my part that the bookings are guaranteed as a part of their service and if I go with the higher membership tier I will get atleast 3 bookings from one client in a slot on top of normal one off bookings. I decided to take the leap of faith as she sounded very convincing and coercing. Dear ******, Please use the detail’s below when making your payment. Sincerely Charlie I have blocked put my name to protect my privacy but I have a log for all my communication via email and telephone with butterlfyz. They chase you till they get money out of you and then don't want to acknowledge or know you. The date was cancelled as James got sick (magically) and since I have been ringing and chasing and sending emails but nothing has happened. Everything they have said to me on the phone about getting a profile , the membership and the so call dates/social enagagements have been a lie. Charlie is a con and so is Frankie and aomi and the woman who pretends to be a receptionist. They make you tick the terms and conditions when you send a general enquiry and then sue it against you. Basically the situations stands at they took my money on 30.07.2010. To date I have not had any response back to my emails or my calls.They are not a legit company as everytime I call and ask for the name of the director or their postal address the recetionist gives a vague reply about how she can't give it out. If you play nice they go down to bookings office and promise to give you a call back which never happnes. Same story with IT if you want your pictures change dor your name changed callback is promised but nothing happens and and emails just go plainly ignored. Once they have your money that is it. Their job is done. I had a little showdown on the phone with Charlie who advised me they are legit and all these four complaints up here are by people who have been taken off the butterflyz website due to different reasons. In her opinion they are not doing anything wrong as I clicked the terms and conditions when I sent the general enquiry. I am paying them to advertise me, which they are doing. Ironically I pay them to advertise me and as I agreed I don't have the option of putting or requesting pictures to be put up that I want and also the option of not using my real name. I pay for the highest tier of this alleged con memebership but I cannot get them to change or put 5 pictures up when I pay for it.Why would I part with £350 for nothing is what I am trying to workout....Last time I check Charlie guaranteed me bookings. This is how they reel you in. Make you tick the terms for sending a general enquiry then making you all these false promises on the phone and a hoax booking and once they have taken your money, that is it game over. When I pressed Charlie for a resolution this she said she could not guarantee me a date or engagement as to when I would make my money back. I could be advertised for a whole year and get nothing...??? This part for not explained to me prior to paying the fee because if it had I would have ran the other way at the fastest speed.... All this a con. Please do not fall for it. Their job is not finding you clients but taking your money. I am still awaiting a response to my numerous calls and emails sent and Charlie cut me off the phone today because she does not have a leg to stand on. I have attached their terms and conditions which do not give you membership tiers. I pay for myself to be advertised however I do not have access or a unique user id for club 21 membership. They are cons. Will take your money and run as everytime I check they are waiting for these filthy rich clients to pay their memebership fees, which they never do and the bizarre times bookings take incoming calls and how they can never locate the person you need to speak to. I have been calling email every other day but I am treated like crap. I could really use some help here please....... I have all the emails supporting my cause as well as logs and times of calls made. Please stay away... THEY ARE CONS.....Thier business is to tkae your money and run, not to find you work....

They take advantage that people are embarrassed to report them but I am going to take them down!
