I ordered a penis extender from andro penis and never received it. and then when i tried to contact the company there was no response. i couldnt get hold of anyone on the phone and i never got a single reply by email. Then when i finally got hold of it they said they couldnt find my tracking number so i would have to order again untill i fought and fought for them to do something and all they did was offer me a little discountt..how can they run their company like this?!

Andro penis is such a scam.I've been using the Andropenis penis extender for almost a month now and was actually starting to see results till about a couple nights ago while i was u sing the device i started feeling these sharp pains on the inside of my shaft. I immediately took it off and found these red lesions all around my head! and not only that once the redness started going i noticed little lines that looked like stretchmarks all around my mushroom. | I have recently been ill off work which meant i was lacking money for rent! At desperate measures i found a companion website with high pay! Easy money i thought...! I signed up and they told me i had a guaranteed booking the next day! i was over the moon until they said i had to pay a £250 registration fee! Well as i had a booking i just assumed i could easily make that back the next day. So i paid it and waited to hear from them. The next day (day of booking) i didnt hear anything and was ringing all day waiting for a response. Nothing. Then 15 minutes before i was due to work i had a call saying the client had cancelled but he will re-arrange. i havent heard anything since and everytime i ring i am told i will get a call back. still nothing!! now i am down £250 on my rent and already in debt trying to pay for things.

| I paid £3225 for a course that was supposed to be online learning experience. Courseware does not work properly and is dated.
Poorly written material and support.
I have written numerous letters to try and resolve the problems that I have had, but Skillstrain fail to acknoledge any problems with there courses.
I was mis sold this course, sales rep used books with false endorsements to make the course look very appealing.
I have written to the IT companies whose logos appear on the course book, and they have confirmed that they do not endorse Skillstrain or their courses.
Skillstrain are refusing to give a refund.

| Made the transaction everything was fine but even after 10 working days they never delivered my products. so i emailed them saying can i please cancle my order and get a money back. They canceled the order but its been a month now but never got the money back,tey say the money was refunded on 6th of may. i called up on the number from there website but no 1 answer the phone.

I saw the advert on my aol or facebook page for a FREE trial teeth whitening kit. It was sent to me a couple of weeks ago and I have just received my credit card statement, where I have not only been charged postage (which was agreed and mantioned when I ordered it) but 10 days later, I was charged £61.80 (apparently Panama Dollars) for the everwhite kit.
Is this a free product or am I being totally conned?

| Being short of cash and out of a job I came accross a girl who claimed to be making money by being a companion. She gave me the company phone number and told me they were called ADULT RECRUITMENT AGENCY. When I called them up their ( 02070960059) voice MSG said they were called masquerade.
A lady called Hollie called me telling me shed be my agent. Was sweet n charming and promised me the world. Even before she had my pics she claimed people were interested in the profile shed began building up and convinced me to pay 299 into;

This was the most foolish decision I ever made in a moment of weakness. I lost £249 because I didn't do enough research but I'd be real stupid to let them have another penny. I never even got to see the so called profile they'd created.
All I can say is theyl get what's comming to them!

a week before the 11/12/09 i found an escort service it had a website and everything looked legit,so i told them i`d like to be an escort for them but i couldnt realy afford the fee,so the woman said to me thats not a problem just pay £150 for (insurance) apparently u cant work without it!!so i payed cash into their HSBC bank account they said address it to the name of mr.A.Sutcliffe.
they actually got me a date with a client straight away they gave me all the details,name,place and time. but then a couple of hours before the date someone called louise sent me a text saying "its been cancelled we dont know why we`ll get back to you about this" i never heard from them since,i even tried to call them it woulnt accept my number,it was like they`re avoiding me.im very deeply upset about all this,all i want is my £150 back which they stole from me,this was for me and my kids,im realy disgusted by all this. please help me get my money back. thank you.

| The owners/employees of EverWhite are commiting FRAUD!
I ordered the EverWhite Teeth Whitening kit based on the advertisement of a free trial. The promo leads you to believe that you can order for $3.87, and if satisfied you can then place an order and pay for the product. Much to my surprise, I was charged $3.87 and then $87.47 seven days later. When I called to inquire as to the status of my order that I still had NOT received 14 days after ordering, I was offered a tracking number and advised I will still have to pay. When I inquired about the $87.47 charge that I felt certain was simply a mistake I was told about the "membership" I had purchased. The representative told me that since I did not cancel my "membership" within the 10-day trial period, there was nothing she could do. I had NO knowledge of a "membership" or a 10-day trial. I explained that I have NEVER and would NEVER knowingly purchase a product in this manner. I was then advised I could cancel my membership (that I did NOT knowingly or willingly purchase) via email. I inquired about the procedures for obtaining a credit for the bogus charge of $87.47 and was advised this was nonrefundable.
In a subsequent phone call I asked to speak to a supervisor who chose to argue with me and finally told me that if I returned the unopened package I would receive a credit on my account for 50% of the cost. I explained I still have NOT received the product 20 days after ordering leaving me with no product and a bogus charge on my credit card.
I shop online regularly and have NEVER experienced anything like this scam. This company does not know the meaning of customer service. This company is nothing but a SCAM stealing from innocent people! Do not order Ever White! This is FRAUD!

I tried the 14 day trial with full refund if I was not satisfied with the product. On March 30, 2010 I spoke with Angela from Customer Service and she gave me a reference # and assured me I would see the refund for both items on my May 2010 statement. She also told me not to return the bottles with the remaining product and to just throw them out. I was surprised that when I received my May Visa statement the refunds were not posted so I spoke with my credit card company and they couldn't help me. They tried to call the phone number they had on file for them but I already told them I tried that also and the number was disconnected. I definitely learned my lesson not to purchase any trial products through the internet again. Please do not get sucked in like I did with the free trial...nothing is for free.

| I went in using a gift voucher that I had prepaid 25 pounds for. When I made my booking over the phone, I was asked to give 25 pounds for a deposit and was assured (I asked twice) it would be refunded. It was needed just to make sure I kept my appt. Thats what I was told anyway. I got my hair cut, make up done and then went for my photoshoot. First of all, the photographer was unproffesional and wouldnt back down even after I told him I was married. Second, I waited an hour and half to view my pictures. I met with Patrick. He showed me my pictures and started retouching them just to show me all the tricks he could do in Photoshop to make me look better. It was a few clicks here and there. He then went on to tell me about all the packages and tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. After I firmly said I only want the one free A4 picture, he got rude and hasty with me. Then he said I wasn't getting my deposit back because 10 went towards retouching (which I didnt ask him to do) 10 went towards turning my photo to black and white, and 5 went for postage fees. This is nowhere mentioned anywhere. Not even on the voucher. It is a scam when this company tells you "complimentary A4". Patrick then said "Guess we wont be seeing you" as I walked out the door and then threatened me when I went back to complain. If I dont get my deposit back, I would not hesitate to file some sort of lawsuit against this company for harrasment and false advertising.

| I ordered a pair of ugg boots from ugg mart which are meant to be a UK size 5, they are at least a size 7!! I emailed the company asking how i return them and get a smaller size and when they eventually relplied they advised me to sell them on myself as the cost of returning them would be very expensive. I tried selling them on ebay and they emailed to say they had been removed from their site by the ugg company because of trademark infringement and because they think they might be fake. I have since tried their website and it is blocked!!!

| i wanted extra cash and when talking to Never be Lonely had my own agent called Alex who was a lovely woman, assured me of meeting 4/5 clients per month and i would have to pay £295 for insurance..i said i cant afford this straight off and that she will arrange something for easy payment..after a couple of days speaking to her and with a client in progress for 4hrs which would be £600 she said they will drop the insurance down to £200 so having being paid enough from present job i said can i have ur details so i can pay into ur account she gave me details of a MR C.Sutcliff and the account details which i did pay and afterward there giving me details of the first client...spoke to a woman called Tina who said she deals with clients asking for companions - so this guy called steve was one of her best..aged 32 6ft 1 and wanting to meet for drinks and meal and make friends, got a text saturday 3 n half hours before saying he has cancelled and they will call me to let me know on more info....no phonecalls since then...i have just sent them and email today 02/06/2010 stating that mr C Sutcliff is in breach and this is under the goods and services act 1982 and he has failed to provide services promised and i want my £200 by the end of fri 4th june or in will go further even if it happends to be watchdog.
im not ashamed of doing a job like this but its an insult to other sites cause who can we trust!
also not all of us are made of money to let this go.

| I had a phone call from Capital returns Ltd, I was approached back in 2008 by this company sayin that they could claim me high interest rates on my finance with Bank of Scotland (I had £7k loan off them and have paid a total back of £12k apparantly interest kept changing????). Providing I paid Capital returns a fee of £495, this would then cover administrastion charges etc. They took the money off me and put me in touch with their solicitor who after time said they could not claim me anything because at the stage I was at paying my finance I was under the £5k claiming limit. I then asked for a full refund of my money which I was told in the sales appointment I would get back if they had no success. After so long i struggled to get in touch with this company as the phone is permentantly engaged i also have written letters trying to get back my £495 that i had to pay for them to take my case on.
I managed get in touch with them a few months ago saying that because they have moved offices they are having technical difficulties things have been backlogged and I will get my money by the end of the month, however still not heard anything since.
I have tried over 5 different numbers and each one is engaged or no longer in use they have now been shut down through ministry of justice.
I have managed to get hold of the directors number and address but there is only so much I can do so thought it was best to go through here to get my money back.

I ordered a sample from Ever white which was delivered but 2 weeks later a amount was taken out of my account without my approval. I have contacted my Bank who have credited the money back while they investigate but I don't hold out much hope as I have read other complaints about this Company.
