this company gave me a FREE trail, under no obligation. they have now stolen money from my bank-59.99 gbp. if i could call the police i would. this is theift. thank you very much, just before christmas. i want my money back.

I ordered the free trial of acai berry detox, and have since then been charged on the 3rd of nov $131.88 and 29th of nov $27.38. Thats alot of money for me, and its ridiculous, and I want to take legal action against them, how do I get my money back!?!?!

yes my credit card was charged for the amount of 79.89. and i never order anything i was shock because they took this from my card i am a single mother and every little bit helps so i would love to have my money back please i realy need it. i think that this was wrong for them to do .

I visited a web site DazzleSmileUltra.com to try one of their products   DazzleSmile Ultra Trial . I was purchased the product online and was receipted for $ 11.90.  My credit card statement is now show that I paid $87.62 - I demand full refund !

After seeing the add for the free trial teeth whitening products on MSN. I signed up to the two companies and agreed to pay the shipping fee of £4.95.

I then saw that the first payment of £4.95 went out of my account from a company called Immaculate White.co. Then two more payments went out of my account from Cyprus.. One for £30.24 from a company called Accessclean and £7.97 from a company called healthsmile. I recieved my free trials a couple of weeks later but then on 30th Nov 2009 I noticed that £148.27 had been debited from my account from the company Immaculate White. I contacted my bank and they said they have been inidated with calls from client and that by signing up for the free trial we are automatically agreeing to purchase monthly products. I have cancelled my card now to stop further payments going out but my bank has said this my not stop them from taking future payments. My bank is now trying to contact this company to try ad get my money back which will take 30 days for them to respond. I am a single Mum and all I wanted was a cheap way to get whiter teeth for Christmas. Now I am nearly £190 out of pocket as I was only meant to have spent less than £10 and I am gutted and wonder how these people can sleep at night!! My  bank advised that I try to contact this company direct to get my money back but the numbers are not recognised and I have been unable to contact them, I just hope that they do not take any other money out of my account. Surely there has to be something I can do toget my money back?

I will never order anything off the internet again, I have learnt my lesson well!

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL with this company only having to pay for the initial postage and packing,  (order number 1117881)I didnt see the terms and conditions.  When I did read the terms and conditions I tried to contact them via phone on 1-888-6949257 and 020-3371-9369 to cancel any further orders (as apparently ordering was automatic after a trial period of 14 days). The number was an answering machine that didnt put you through to the relevant department and just cut you off afterwards, the same with the website, though I did send an email to them put received no reply. Since then £89.77 has gone out of my bank account without my permission. I have informed my bank about this and they have stopped my debit card, but cant guarantee that this wont happen again. As I still havent `cancelled` this order, I am worried about this carrying on

I gave my Mastercard details for a Trial Sample of teeth whitening which amounted to £2.95. This was through AlabasterWhite.com on the 4 November 2009.

I've since received my Statement from Mastercard and find that on the 20 November 2009 the company has debited my account with £148.27. I did not authorise this. I can't get anybody on the phone to speak to and their answer message says that they don't give refunds.

I originally ordered the trial on 22/10/09 but did not receive the goods until 5/11/09. I emailed them to ask why they had taken money out from my account when i had only just received the product so therefore had not had the free trial yet.  I asked them to put the money back into my account immediately all $180.64.  They replied by saying that they would not be refunding the money but that i could buy the whitening gel at a special price of $19.95 a month.  I thought at the time i may as well just leave it because i didn't think there was any way of getting my money refunded and just put it down to a learning experience.  That was until today when a further $106.59 was taken from my account on 22/11/09.  I contacted my bank to check that it was the same company that took the original amount, and it is.  I have emailed them and given them 48 hours in which to refund the money back into my account.

I was told to sign up for a free trial for slimming tablets. I signed up for them and on 4 seperate occasions a company has took money out of my account - all together costing 119.73

when i go onto the websites there is no number to contact so i have been seriously ripped off

I never dealt with Dermasolutions, I asked for a free sample, paying only postage from "cleanmind", my card was debited for 4.06euro on 28/10/2009 and I never received a thing. What is the 82.37euro for, MBNA say I dont have the right to cancel, are they in on the scam for commission. They have a contact number apparently but will not divulge it to me, they put me throught but the person said they could not hear me and hung up.  How much more do I have to pay before I get justice.  It makes me want to get rid of the computer.

I would appreciate any help.

This Company is CRAP.  Crappy Jewelry and FRAUDULANT.  I signed up for the 9.00 Jewelry offer got the junkie jewelry I ordered for 9.00.  I was then charged 68.00 which I NEVER recieved merchandise for because I saw it being charged to my account.  I immediatly called and cancelled my account...was told to look for the credit in 10 days.  Went on with life assuming they were an honest company.  Almost 6 mo later STILL no refund and yesterday was just charged 89.00.  Have called 3 different numbers for this company DOZENS of times today and have left 2 messages.  NO RESPONSE.  Used my debit card so the only thing I can do is to cancel my card and get a new one.  They get my money for nothing and I get the headaches...

I ordered Acai Berry products from Vitalityclean as a free trial paying only for p&p.  Just a week later they took from my account 2 payments of £77.08, supposedlyfor goods ordered from Global Wellbeing & Beauty Sculpt who could only have got my details from Vitalityclean.  I had not ordered and certainly never received anything from these companies.

My bank told me that the claim was made in $US and is unable to refund the money as the p&p was paid on my Visa debit card. 

I googled Vitalityclean and found a lot more people that had been ripped off as well.  Among them was a tel.no. (0203 139 9027) which is a UK number, possibly Bristol?  By ringing and complaining I think I have stopped them taking any more money, I hope.

I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose money like this, it is well over a weeks pension.

I signed up for this body cleanse trial. I called within the trial period to cancel. They told me I wouldn't be charged.  A month later, I had a charge from mydietid.com and one for an international fee.  I want my money back!
