Reading news on the internet. There was a story about a local woman who order a free sample of everwhite and only paid shipping. I ordered the product for my daughter to try. This to place on May 8, 2010. On May 20,2010 my bank account was debt for $87.47 for the Ever White kit. I called the number(1-888-869-2674) that was since my email for my conformation on the free sample. I was told I could cancel but could not get a refund because it was past the 10 day trail peroid. That I was signed up for a monthly shippment. I was not aware of a monthly shippment. This is a scam

| signed contract with the agent containing the free hip offered. recieved phone call from agent asking to reduce house price, did this and explained we wouldnt be able to reduce further. we were mailed and phoned at regular intervals asking us to reduce and each time explained we couldnt, final call from agent informed us they had decided to end the contract. we recieved a letter to confirm this with an invoice for the hip costing £351.32p and if it wasnt paid within fourteen days there would be a further £120.00p added. i contacted their complaints department in leighton buzzard and was told to email a ian buchanan, which i did, i recieved a letter saying it had been passed on to the area manager and to pay the invoice whilst it was being investigated. i paid the invoice.first i was told i had 'obstructed' the sale by not reducing the price. yesterday i recieved an email from jamie forman saying he had investigated the complaint and looked at notes made by the agents staff which stated i had no intention of paying for the hip. i emailed back basically saying why would i say i had no intention of paying for something which the contract said was free, i also said i firmly believed that these notes must have been added after i had made my complaint.

I am a student with a lot of debt and obligations, so I signed up to this agency because I was desperate for cash I was told that I had to pay 251 pounds in order for them to release my number to my first booking and for them to get my page set up. I struggled to get the money together but in the end I did it because I was promised £500 min per date. I then received a phone call from them stating that my date was cancelled because I kept missing his phone calls. Then they put me on the high priority list just like the others- it's now been nearly a month and I have yet to received any news on the matter...

This company said that I had been mis-sold my mortgage and that they could get my money back, a Paul Jones was assigned to my case I even had a customer number - I paid a large sum of money which I didn't want to do but they insisted to pay legal fees and that I would get my money back. A courier guy came to the house to pass on some papers to me - I did think it odd at the time that it was only a photocopy... I even telephoned on one occasion only to be told that Paul Jones was out at lunch, even though it was late in the afternoon. Now no web page it is being refurbished and the telephone number is no longer available. I cannot afford to let them get away with this money I am desperating in need of help to get this sorted.

| I ordered a Samsung 32" LCD tv from the website of www.ave1.com , be delivered, and two days later it showed up on my credit card statement as harvard technology.
I've recieved nothing, not a confirmation mail or shipping tracking nu,ber etc. I've called many times and the number is no longer in service. if anyone can help me by providing another contact number for either company that be very helpful.
I've contacted the shipping company they say they use and there is no record of any pending delivery.
Adviser all to avoid this company or any technology company registered at CR0 4RF. I'll be advsiing credit card company shortly.

| This company claims to add value to your Google Adwords campaign by supposedly managing it so that you receive better results. What they actually do is charge you 3 - 4 times what running a campaign for yourself would cost.
Their input is nothing more than creating an Adwords campaign (which you could do yourself in about 15 minutes)then charging you a set fee of around £120.00 per month. And when you receive only a tenth of the clicks on the ads than what they initially led you to believe you would get,they then pocket the other nine tenths of your money.
It is a sham company who sell a `service' that does not exists and when you ask them what specific benefit you will get from using their service they waffle and become defensive and bascically struggle to justify what they supposedly contribute to the campaign.
Avoid them like the plague they convince you to pay them extravagent amounts of money for nothing.
And whatever you do don`t set up a direct debit over the phone or give them your credit/debit card number as they will deduct subsequent payments without either your knowledge, or consent. As they did with me. They robbed me of approximatley £400.00

My partner foolishly gave these thieving bastards her credit card details for a "free" trial. she tried to cancel after 7 days and could not access their website, or get hold of them on the phone. Email was bounced back! checked her bank statement to find that they'd stolen £63 (taken out in USdollars)on the 17th followed by another £122 (this taken out in AUSSIE dollars on the 20th !! WTF?
She immediately got in touch with her bank (Santander) and they are changing her card, we are awaiting the outcome to see if she'll get her money back.

| my names ben, i saw this advert for a product of teeth whiterning. the was an deal for a trial of the product which you only had to pay for the shipping. the cost was £3.20, which i thought was nothing! that came out of my account on the 3rd of may. i received my trial product a few days later! then on the 12th of may i had £60.39 taken from my account from the same company that sent me the product. i am now fighting to get in contact with them to get my money back, if anyone could help i would be so greatfull!!

On 30th of March i placed an order for wood flooring and some accessories making a total of £1276.56 with the above company. On 6th of April i amended my order and was told that the refund of £406.99 will be made to me. This did not happened, i placed a call to them two weeks later and was told that they are still processing my refunds. On 10th of May i emailed them, threatened legal action should the amount not be refunded within seven days. On 14th of May instead of them refunding the money i received an email from them that they have cancelled my full order and that a full refund of £1276.56 will be made to me. Despite me calling the www.cleansesupp.com UK number 0870 820 0066 to cancel the cleansesupp.com payment, I noticed that I was still charged £94.92, despite me cancelling within 2 days of the 14 day free trial period, so as you can see, I cancelled well within the 14 days free trial window. I initially ordered on 03/03/10 for the free trial. I cancelled on 05/03/10 after smelling a rat. I was charged on 22Mar10 with this on my bank statement: CARD PAYMENT TO CLN* CLEANSESUPP.COM+,139.11 USD, RATE 0.66/£ ON 19-03-2010 (INTERNATIONAL 94.92 I was then promised that a refund had been made on 3rd April 2010, and that it would take 30 days or 20 working days from that date of the 3rd April 2010 for it to show up on my bank account. Guess what? I'm still waiting, and despite numerous polite requests for a refund, which will come in handy seeing as I just 'out-of-the blue' lost my job being made redundant, I have a 4 year old baby girl to feed, and have still not received a refund from www.cleansesupp.com. | Its one of those situations where two companies cannot communicate. I live in student accommodation in UK called Cosmopolitan Student Halls in Preston, aka Moor Lane Halls. This is the first company of the problem, as they are responsible for delivering the mail they receive to me. As i had past experiences with them in terms of lost parcels, i have my doubts when i get a response like "you have no new mail".
On with the story then:
I am studying for my degree. To do so i need some psychiatric drugs, stimulants, to treat my neurological condition.
These people took a parcel from my family back in Cyprus containing these medication and arranged for them to be sent to my current address. They have been paid for the "express" services, saying the parcel would arrive in 2 days time.
Up until now, two weeks past and well into my exam period, no drugs to be found. Contacting them produced no results as they claim for the drugs to be here already. As my neurological condition does not involve delusions of any kind and as far as my observational skills allow me to deduce, nothing has arrived here.
To make things worse, authorities always have great suspicion towards lost stimulant drugs, as they tend to end up in the black market. | |||||||||

I fell for the sales patter of Smartabc at one of their open days, And paid the £500 deposit. I and others where told at this time , when asked about the failure`s, we were told only 2 had failed, but these were not failures, as 1 went through ill health and the other was a lapse in judgment By Nick , because it was sold to a young lad, who was either a relation or close friends boy, who was not responsible enough , due to his age, when in reality there were 15 failed Franchisees and many more struggling , if I was given the real facts at the time then I would not have parted with the £500. Also I was persuaded to take on another area, not the one I first wanted, as this would be a far better postcode for me and would generate a better income, this area turned out to be in a failed Franchisees area, who was in dispute with Smart at the same time, I was given the impression at the time I was the first person to work the area, I should have been told the facts at the time. The repair time is also a fairy tale, it still says on the sales patter, that " most repairs can be done in one hour or less " this I now know to rubbish, the trainers at the Smart Base site would not be able to repair a car in that time, unless it was a case of polishing out a shallow scratch. The claims they make of being able to make £1000 - £2000 a week are not realistic , and as many people have found out to their cost, to get enough work to cover your running costs, you will be lucky. I do not know of one single person to date that has been able to pay their selves a reasonable wage. My understanding at the present time , there is a 70% Failure rate. Be WARNED steer clear of this Franchise.

I also fell for the Smart ABC franchise sales pitch. I was told that SABC had developed their own Smart Repair system that was superior to anyone else’s system in every way and I would get “perfect results time after time in under an hour”. I was taken in by the fact the directors of Smart ABC claimed to have the most experienced team in the industry. My typical repair time was far in excess of the promises so I never did more than 2 jobs a day. The system so fragile that errors could and did occur regularly during the process, sometimes leaving a customers car looking worse than when I started. My franchise ceased trading after continually making an operating loss – before even considering the lost franchise fee.
