I Was looking to earn a bit of extra cash and saw an ad in the paper for companions. I telephoned and got suckerd into parting with 350.00 to set up my profile and put me on their website to all their members. They also told me i was going to be one of their VIP escorts and would earn better rate of pay per hour. And coincidentally they had someone that wanted to book me for the weekend. Once I had paid the deposit, I never heard from them again. After many telephones call I was told the client had to cancel but they are tryin to get me another booking????? Thats the last i have heard from them.

Mudie Bond supply vans to SMART ABC ltd franchisees. Their salesman gave extremely glowing reports about the earning capability of the franchise. The saleman also said that there would be no problem handing back the vehicle without financial penalties should the venture fail but that he had never known any franchisee fail in that particular industry. However it has come to light that the same salesman worked for a VW agent supplying vans to another franchise company with the same sales patter knowing that franchisees had failed.

On the mentioned date I ordered some food using Just Eat (www.justeat.co.uk) (Order Number:3569515) . For those who don’t know, Just Eat is an online service which takeaways sign up to in an effort to get more custom. The customer can order food through Just Eat who will then contact the takeaway and have your food sent to you. I typed my postcode in and the site then showed me all the local takeaways that use the Just Eat service. I placed an order online and the order took more than an hour to be dispatched (I was quoted 45 minutes). The food wasn’t delivered to my door, I had to go on a short walk to the city centre (passing several takeaways) to go and collect my cold food. I do realise this isn’t the fault of Just Eat. I informed them about what happened and received a phone call saying the takeaway was very uncooperative and they had asked the takeaway manager to ring me. He didn’t so I went back to Just Eat to inform them of it. They didn’t really seem to care, blamed the takeaway and refused any further action. I asked if they would remove the takeaway which they refused to do and they still list the takeaway as able to deliver to my area. Personally I think Just Eat should take some form of action against the takeaway or refund me! | |||||||||

| I have also been stupid and bought 3 x pairs of GHDs in the hope of selling them on eBay.
I didnt realise until it was too late that these were fake so they have been returned, to date I have received no refund. The emails are not being read or replied to either.
I do have some UK addresses to return these straighteners but these were sent to me in Dec 09 so am not sure if this can be done again.
I even sent them a paypal request for my refund, but that was ignored too!
Has anyone had any success in getting their money back?

This incident took place yesterday (Wednesday the 19/05/2010)
I had purchased tickets of from Qatar Airways for flight to Mumbai for my wife and child to travel on emergency for medical treatment of my child as advised by HMC. I had fixed a doctors appointment in Mumbai for 20/05/2010 and my child. I dropped my wife and child at the Airport and they cleared the immigration at 9pm as I received a message from the Matrash. My wife went at the boarding Gate (Gate No 14) at around 9.13pm, the staff at the counter tells her that the Flight has already departed, please note this point the flight time is 9.35pm, my wife calls me at 9.20pm and let me to speak to someone who is on the counter, he is not ready to tell his name and speaks in a bad way, I try to convince him that there is still time for departure, he is not ready to listen to anything and asks my wife and child to go back home, the same person at 9.30 asks for boarding of my wife and child and writes a remark on the boarding pass now show on gate and writes the time 9.29pm, my wife tells him if I was late you did not announce my name or my daughters name, he rudely replies Qatar Airways does not have that policy of announcing name, you can go home now, please see the behavior of a counter staff, any way my wife and child had to come back to arrivals, where the immigration stamp had been cancelled, and had to wait for an hour for the off loaded baggage. (NOW I WOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING KNOWN BY SOURCES, WHY DID THIS HAPPEN, TWO QATARWAYS STAFF FORM LOST AND FOUND DEPARTMENT, WERE BOARDED AND GIVEN THE PREFERENCE TO TRAVEL, AND YOUR FULL PAID PASSENGER WAS LEFT BEHIND. I would request you to take a swift action on this matter, I have purchased new tickets for today where I had to pay nearly double the amount I paid yesterday becos the same class was not available.
I have the boarding passes but I think there is no attachment option. Below please find the reference of the travelling passengers.

i am at my wits end, i applied for a loan on line and next thing i know i got a call from wentworth direct saying my application for a personal loan of 8000 had been accepted and they just needed the fee of 59.99 for getting me the loan,then the money would be in my account within 5-10 days, and they needed my card details ,so stupidly i gave them it...
on 18/5 they took the money out of my account and i hadn't authorised it cos i said i was going to think about it.
anyway when i decided i didnt want 2 go ahead with the loan that doesn't exist by the way, i tried contacting them on 4 different numbers i have,only to be told everytime i am 26th in queue, this keeps at that number for over an hour and half....im at my wits end, i cannot make contact and i want my money back, cos its been 4 weeks now and no-one as been in contact with me about any loans.....
this is a scam please dont have anything to do with this company .

The person I talked to, Kenny Hoffman, got me to believe they could reduce the interest on my credit card and lower the payments and have the card paid off in two years, etc. This woman, Monica was supposed to phone on the 8th for setting up a day to talk to the card company but didn't. Megan Allen is verification rep. The $690 is a "one time credit card fee" and there has been nothing done. The purchase credit rate or the credit card charge fees or whatever went from 18.5% then to 19.95% for the last 2 bills. Since nothing has been done and I never heard from them I want my money back and want interest if possible. I can't afford to throw my money away, I have got bills to pay and can barely make ends meet. HELP!

Ordered 2 products, only 1 arrived, and in the wrong flavour!
Still awaiting 2nd product - Ordered it 9 Days ago, and its 6 days overdue now.
The invoice has a hand scrawled note that its "On Back Order"
Meanwhile the website says they have 6 of the product in stock, plus clearly state on their webpage that if a product if out of stock they will notify us by email immediately...well none of that was done!!
