| Ordered a garden hoe and a rake as a xmas gift. They sent the wrong rake. Eventually got through to their call centre and arranged to return it. NEVER received the replacement or any money back. Have emailed them numerous times and tried phoning - to no avail. Have even threatened court proceedings but nothing seems to work. Had to go and buy a rake so am now out of pocket. Also says free shipping on orders over £25 but I was charged p&p.

| never be lonely escort agency signed me up for £150 on the understanding there was work the following thirsday.i had a name and place to meet her.Surprise surprise an hour before i was meeting her i got a tt from them saying she had cancelled and thatthey would phone me to let me know why.i never heard back and they dont answer the phone now.Its a scam and i shouldnt have been so gulible.but hopefully this will save others.im not letting it go as im going to pose as someoneelse and find out more.

Placed order of stock items(02/05/10), paid, requested 24hours delivery, as present for someone. One DVD arrived, nothing else, was sent email saying items was not in stock I have sent 9 emails asking for a refund with no reply or refund. Phone number on site is only a fax! I made a purchase from the Datakits.co.uk website on Monday 12th April 2010 and never received my order. I allowed the 15 days that was stated for postal deliveries and then naturally contacted them when I hadn't heard anything. The only means of contact with this company is via e-mail or a voice recorded telephone service, they state that they will answer your query within 48 hours. I have sent numerous e-mails and several letters as well as leaving countless voice messages and never received any reply from this company. It is the 17th May now and I still have received nothing. I am absolutely disgusted that nobody has had the common courtesy of contacting me regarding my dilemma.

I have ordered free trial product from that company. Next month thay surprised me with 5 times charging my bank account.I only received email that they sent me products, because of my Order ID 52804345,which they repeated 5 times.
I never ordered or received any of that products. When I tried to contact customer support by email. I just received back my email, because of non existing email adress.Also I did not received any trial or other products. So they just stole 600$ from my account.
I hope you can do something about that.

| They contacted me and offered me a free advert, I was told I would have to pay £4 for the advert to be drawn up, they said I could cancel within 28 days and they would contact me to see if I wanted to continue. The advert is not visible anywhere on the web, it took a good four hours of searching to try and find it, and then they took £468.82 out of my account after 21 days. The £4 fee is obviously just so they have your bank details and can
then take the money from your account.
I wrote to them to cancel, but they claimed not to have received it and state that their terms and conditions mean they are within their rights to take a years worth of advertising. I wouldn't mind so much but the advert is hidden anyway. I want my money back, stear well clear of this bunch of crooks.

| This company is not to be trusted, whoever they are, Trade Price Group, UK Hot Tubs for sale or Spa Serve. We were guaranteed a hot tub with a built in TV within 6 weeks. Rang last week for a delivery date and told delivery now 12 weeks. We have asked for a full refund so that we can buy elsewhere but have been refused. We have paid £8500 IN CHEQUE as they would not take a credit card (Sounds funny now when you tell people!!)Since paying out this money we have founds lots of complaints. When I paid the money I searched google for complaints on UKHOTTUBSFORSALE but didn't find anything. I didn't realise they trade under the name The Trade Price Group and this is where I have found lots of complaints. Cannot get anyone other than the girl that answered the phone to talk to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS PS. After also seeing someone on You Tube and the complaints he has with his hot tub which he eventually got, and is not happy with I don't want one either! I will not take the risk of receiving faulty electrical items which may cause harm to my children.

I ordered a free trial of cleansing pills and chu yung tea, thinking i only had to pay for postage and packaging. WRONG! Hidden in their terms and conditions you will be charged £50 plus for each item, if you do not cancel and return within 14 days. I only found this out when I noticed the debits from my account. I have cancelled the total cleanse and had confirmation back from them to say its cancelled, however I have tried several times to cancel the green tea from cho yung, only to have the conversation terminated or no confirmation of cancelation emails sent. I have found a lot of intersting stuff about this company on moneysaving expert forum. I have contacted my credit card company and regestered a dispute with them about this company. They were already aware of their dealings, they are also involved in other health sites i.e. teeth whitening, weight loss etc..THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

| The Trade Price Group Sale rep Matthew, comes into your home, sell you a hot tub, make false promises and TAKE YOUR MONEY! for a hot tub which he KNOWS you are never going to recieve!
This company and others which it also trade under, spa serve, uk hottubsforsale, tubsales, hottubsupermarket tradepricehottubs, etc etc are ripping people off all over the country. THEY DO NOT DELIVER!!!! Anyone who has ordered a hot tub within the last 7 days cancel now and cancel your cheque if its not too late. Be very aware of any company which Simon Foster and stuart cox and their partners have an involvement in. ( including maiden names of their wives.
These people must be stopped from ripping off innocent people, Yes even disabled people!

I was on a student visa and every penny was dear to me. In the month of April my friend went to Harrow shopping centre to buy a camera and she forced me to buy one. So both of us bought T300 Sony digital camera shelling out £250 each. It was a wonderful camera and I used in on some occassions. But when the actual time I wanted to present it to my daughter in India the screen changed to red in colour.the photos would change to red colour. I was very depressed and sad. I went to Sony Showroom and they said that the warranty period is over and gave me the number or an authorised service dealer in Preston . I went and met him he said he will send the camera and ask for the estimation, he kept the camera for a month and then got it back then he said it would cost me £50 only to check it I agreed then the camera did not come for almost 5 months. I was continuously calling this authorised dealer and at last I got my dear camera. It was good at the beginning when i saw the previous shots I identified some Indian men working. After two weeks due to an emergency I had to go to my country and this time i gave the camera to my daughter and again it is the same thing. Now the camera is lying in my desk. Everytime I look at it I feel so sad and depressed eventhough I have a laptop which is sony made. Its a shame. | |||||||||

We were ripped off by THE TRADE PRICE GROUP, owned by SIMON FOSTER and his partner STUART COX, who also own the other websites UKHOTTUBSFORSALE.CO.UK which Stuart owns, & UKHOTTUBSFORSALE.COM which Simon owned on whois look up you can see this... & HOTTUBSUPERKARKET, TRADE-PRICE-HOT-TUBS, (katie millward owns, she is Simons wife and this is her maiden name), TUBSALES.CO.UK is reg to PAUL WATKEY and Patrick Murray owns another one.... THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY... they sell you amazing deal, take your money, and you sign the order, with t&c on the back, Clause 4.2 states time is not of the essence,,, then you sign Custom Made Declaration, reiterates you understand you just signed a open ended contract for non delivery,,, and when you realise it never gets shipped and you cancel the order, you get 2/3 back of what you gave them 6 months ago or longer,, for the privilege......... they are crooks, I know others in same position as me. I will NOT BE accepting 2/3 of my money back,, this is unlawful and my lawyer will be winning in court, as no one yet has lost.

As a previous employee of Capital Returns, who also bears a grievence against them for non-payment of monies owing, I am taking proceedings aginst them down the route of an employment tribunal. this is due to be heard 28/05/2010 in Stoke on Trent.

I also have the persistant exposure to any other charges from this swipebids.com that they choose to impose and the inability to cancel my credit card (RBC Visa) because they inform me that even with account closed by me they will continue to pay any request from this company and i will be held liable to pay them Upon learning this i have researched the website swipebids.com and has found multiple links from it to the Alberta Canada based company "Just Think Media" - Jesse Willms . I have seen material showing countless investigations and possible lawsuits of this Just Think Media operation thats is reportedly yo be behind 30 or more online scam sites

Like most people, I only wanted to try the free trial. However, after ordering the pills March 6, 2010, and receiving them March 8, 2010, I realized I no longer even wanted to try, and therefore have not even opened the bottle. However I am still being charged for these, the last statement I have received was March 23, 2010 for 101,00euros yet I am sure I have been charged after that.
I would like to be refunded for any charges after receiving the March 8th bottle (the only one I have received). I will even return that bottle, unopened. If I will not be refunded, PLEASE cancel this order immediately and stop charging my account as soon as possible.
