When you are using your debit card and your pin number if youre account does not have founds at the time you put your pin number the transaction must be decline an don't let you go over youre limit becuse thats why you are using a debit card thats the propuse of the pin number so they can debit from your account right away and in case you don't have the faunds you don't get overdraw, this bank all it cares its about the $35.00 fee for overdrawn even if you put your pin they aprove the transaction just to charge you the fees.

was charged 48.92 not authorized on my credit card

I ordered a free trial of the acai berry and life cleanse online, and without any information to tell me that I would be billed, yesterday (the 3rd of november 09) $131.88 (AUD) was taken out of my account. I am not very happy. This was what was seen on my online statement:

Please give me my money back, I am an honest person, and I was actually hoping these products would change my life, instead it has caused me more bad than good.

Hoping this will help, because I don't have much money as it is, and i'm left with nothing in my account right now because of this.

I do not recall this company, Patriotic Readers Choice, ever calling me; however, they have been withdrawing monies from my account since April 30, 2009; sometimes twice a month.  They have taken over $200, which in some cases has caused me overpayment charges plus what they have taken from me.  I have NEVER received any magazines from this company.  I only receive magazines from one company which is out of New York.  I have tried to email them with the one given over the BBB but was not successful.  I would like my money returned; however, I just want them to stop making these withdrawals.  I am on a fixed income, social security, and I am tired of people preying on others, whether or not they can afford it.  This is thievery, unlawful and should be stopped. 

followed a link from internet article which talked about earning money by placing links to adverts on the internet and in particular google. I agreed to pay €2.02 and start doing this at home to earn some extra money. I now have received my credit card bill to show a fee of €2.02 from accessmember (8663893868) and also an additional charge of € 54.67   from Ezykit (8664371621) which I did not authorise and has been taken from account regardless.

i ordered both the acai berry and the life cleasnse tablets from help your health and paid the package and posting as they said was required! however another compant named global wellbeing have debited my account a further sum of £148.56 without any kind of notice or authorisation from myself the account holder and i was not made aware that any further monies would be charged to my account!  I think the fraudulant companies and there scams are disgusting! i am a single mother and the monies that have debited my account was the last of the money in my account to feed my children til next week i am very angry that this has happened!  please anyone do not allow this to happen to you!

I sent for a free sample of acai berry, which cost me only postage, but now i have received these charges on my debit card, which has my account overdrawn which will incur further cost.  I don't know what these charges are for, whether they are sending a supply of acai berry or not, which i have not requested or received.  the charges on my account were as follows:

ATV WAS DIAGNOSED AT TWO REPAIR SHOPS AND BOTH DETERMINED IT WAS the CAMSHAFT THAT NEEDED REPLACING AND THE CARBURETOR NEEDED REBUILT.
Ebay Item number: 200390388700 but it came with a worn out camshaft bad carburetor and burnt out headlights. ( $1123.80 in damage)
On the Ebay ad it said " Mechanically sound " I also asked Scott the service manager and Allen the sales person before I bought and asked if machine has any problems. They both said " no it runs fine and their shop checks everything out before they sell atvs "

I received atv and it did not work from the minute I received it off the shipping pallet. There is not 1 mile more on the odometer than as shown on the ebay listing from seller Don Wood because I could not use it.

There was 3 problems one it would not idle and would stall and two it had no speed over 18 mph and no take off power ( would not spin the tires on gravel even) I contacted seller and he said take it to a shop. The shop fix problem one and it was the carburetor. The next was a bad camshaft The last is burnt out headlights
The second problem ( undetermined yet ) the seller said " You bought as is but we can give you a extra $100 dollars to end this" . I said no as I do not know if it will cost more than $100 to fix. He stated "thats all we are going to pay and thats it."

My local repair shop here then traced the second problem. It was a camshaft that was very badly worn out . My local repair shop said " there was extensive long term wear on the camshaft and that there was now way any dealer would not have known it had problems as it was backfiring thought the carburetor and the the lifters were making a bad engine sound because the camshaft was worn out" . My repair center said it is obvious they new it was a bad atv and just unloaded it on you.
I told Don Wood I do not expect a 6 month warranty but do expect it to run fine as he stated on the ebay listing and his word.
When I first bought the atv I paid by Visa and sent them my ID ( drivers license and social insurance number ) and they registered it in my name. Then Don Wood phoned and said " we can not ship it to you being paid by Visa we have to have a certified check so you can not dispute the Visa charge because then they would be out the money " I thought this was odd but I just agreed and then I got them to let me pay by paypal and they credited my visa back and I paid by paypal .
Now I know why they did not want to let me pay by Visa because it would have been easy for me to dispute the charge and Don Wood knew the atv was damage so they wanted to make sure I could not go back on them.

I think its a shame a Dealer would scam people like this because they have a repair shop with train mechanics they obviously knew there was something wrong with this atv. I talked to another person who bought a atv from them on ebay and he caught them in a lie by checking his atv warranty repair history and Don Wood put some parts on it trying to fix the problem but they sold it broke to another ebay buyer.

I have all emails as most of the conversation was through email. What I am claiming is for is the amount it will cost so the atv will run $1123.80

Having sent for a trial sample by paying packaging only my account was then debited with £159.98 for which I am told I will now have to pay.

Stop taking money out of my account for the alci berry that i didnt even recieve ,i have contacted my bank and closed my account .I have also contactes the fraud squad and they are looking into it.You should be ashamed of yourselves .What you do in life you get back,whether you believe in karma or god ,and it will come back 10 times as bad, i have paid $500,and recieved nothing ,

I recieved a bottle of Acai pills after I paid for the free traial sample, I was not aware that they could send you more and credit your card or send your details to another company so that they can make withdrawls from your card without your knowledge. I have tryed to ring, e-mail but can not find any links to the company. The company that sent me the product was Trading Planet Ltd, in the United Kingdom, but the billing company or the company that took the money from my card was Dermasolutuions from the USA. If anyone has a number or e-mail address of these companies I would appriciate it. Thought I was the only one but there are lots of us out there so we need to get together and stop these thieves. 

About 2 months ago, i purchased a bottle of Acai Berry Free Sample online. In its adverstisement, it said that i could get a free sample which was one bottle of Acai and only have to pay for the delivery fees which was around $AU 10.00. I did not get any notice saying that the company "global wellbeing +3618088234" would be able to take away my money after a certain time.

I was really suprised about this and now want to claim my money which was withdrew by this company

I called Netspan today and informed them that I still have not received the literature that I ordered and was told that on the day that I ordered it, that it would take 7 business days. Well here it is 10 business days later and I called them to inform them that I still have not received the literature. I was told that the literature will be sent out today and it would take 7 business days till I receive it. I told them to forget about it and I want a refund on my credit card. The lady told me that she cannot do that because it is on transit in their shipping department. I told here that put a hold on the shipping and refund my money. She said that she cannot do that. I told herthat I will inform the BBB here in Missouri to let them know about the scam that they have going with their advertisement in our local paper and that what they are doing is illegal trying to get money accross state lines and not delivering said product until a phone call is made.

Unknowingly fell victim to DazzleWhite ad on internet....called and ordered...got the "sample" for amount of shipping.  Realized this was NOT as it seemed (dah on my part!).  Called company for instructions to ship back.  Did EXACTLY as instructed...did NOT even open the small envelope that arrived.  Put Cancellation number on outside and also Order number (all given to me by their representative) and US POSTALed it back to them on October 12th (return day had to be October 19th...which gave approximately 8 days to travel through the mail).  Checked my bank account on line on Thursday, October 29th, and there was a debit of $87.62 from Ultifreshwell.  I called the number listed my on line back acccount..."I'm sorry, your call cannot go through" is all I heard everytime I called it.  I called my bank and the teller told me to "Bing.com" with Ultifreshwell in the search area.  I was able to attain a phone number to reach a customer service rep and explained...she checked "the account" and saw where I had called and CANCELLED the order and was given the numbers for outside of package.  She told me she'd have to turn it over to "corporate" (of which no telephone number was available when I asked).  She also said "someone from corporate will call you in 24-48 hours and let you know the status" (that window of time expired at 4:15 Saturday, October 31st....and, yes, you guessed RIGHT...NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE.  I promptly called at 8:00 Monday morning (November 2nd) and after HOLDING FOR 20 MINUTES, got to talk to yet ANOTHER representative that couldn't understand why I had the charge on my debit card....he told me I should give until Wednesday or Thursday for "corporate" to reimburse my account because there seemed to be a "glich" in the system.  I DO BELIEVE I'M GETTING THE RUN AROUND...NOT TOO CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE HAVING....I HAVE DONE ALL I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO AND THE $87.62 WAS STILL TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR KNOWLEDGE.  I'M LOOKING FOR REIMBURSEMENT ASAP AND A WARNING TO ALL WHO MIGHT BE GULLIBLE AS I TO NOT...REPEAT...NOT FALL FOR THIS LINE OF "JUST PAY THE SHIPPING OF $1.95 (OR WHATEVER IT IS)....DOESN'T HAPPEN...

We were suppose to receive $25 monthly vouchers for gas when we purchcased $100 of gas monthly until we received $300 worth of vouchers.  We received the first 3 months then they just stopped coming even though we faithfully complied with all the requirements in order to receive the vouchers. We feel we were ripped off and mislead by this company.

Not only have many customers been scammed by these very sneaky nasty immoral band of thieves but those of us who pay paid by VISA will keep getting stung over and over as canceling your card will not stop the payments going through. What makes matters even worse is that we the customer have given them the right to pass on our details to "other" vendors doing the same trials and will be charging us the same again. SO THE ADVICE GIVEN FROM MBNA VISA IS THAT YOU WILL NOW HAVE TO WATCH FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR VISA, ANY ONES YOU DO NOT RECOGNISE, CONTACT THAT SELLER IMMEDIATLY, CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND IF IN 30 DAYS FROM CANCELATION YOU DO NOT GET YOUR GOODS THEN CONTACT VISA AND THEY MAY BE ABLE TO HELP.

I order a free sample of vitality clean and arci berry stuff around the 18th of August and paid £0.88 for postage per product. The advert stated that all you had to pay for was posatge.

After two weeks neither product had arrived so I telephoned the company and they said to allow up to 20 workings days, I then told them not to bother as I felt at that point it was a scam a few days later the vitality clean arrived but the arci berry stuff has never turned up.There was no paper work with the vitality clean just a delivery note.

On the 30th September my account was debited £77.19 by CTT +442033938389 and £77.19 by Goodlife, both are affiliates of Vitality clean.My bank cancelled my debit card and are investigate the company but have advised that it is unlikely that I will get my money back.

Vitality clean state that within their terms and conditions it clearly states that the free sample is a free trail and that if you do not return the product within 14 days you will be charged a monthly subscription and they will share you card details. I am currently a member of a gym in Canda!

I have contacted the company several times to request a refund but at present they are refusing as I have supposedly agreed to their terms and conditions. By paying postage you are apparently agreeing to the terms and conditions which are printed at the top of the web page in very small black text on a dark green background that you cannot see!

Do not sign up to any free trial with this company or it's affliates, this is a scam.
