I have been with Chase Saunders since October 2009.I was told that I don't have to worry they will take care of my debts and creditors.
RUBBISH SUCH A BIG LIE.
Thank God for some reasons my direct debit was not accepted by my bank and I have been paying by debit card,my last payment:4th April
Since October they sent me only 3 Payment Advice Letter through email confirming payments to my creditors.
What a lie?None of the payments have been made.
Since last October until this month I paid them £1694 and so far they managed to pay my CREDITORS just £259.11,a difference of £1434.89.
The latest email I received 2 days ago that they have made payments but again another LIE.
I have already written to BBC WATCHDOG,FSA,OFT AND CITIZEN ADVICE BUREAU.
just waiting for their response.
From this month I have started making my own payments can't rely on them as I have already missed 5 payments and my credit score been affected seriosly.
AGAIN FULLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.

| Well what to say stay away , welcome ,youcan car, all in bed together work was tough to go a car though youcar sales men was pushy over the PPI evrn though l told him l had income protection insurance made it clean loan would go though better with PPI so like a sucker was suck in stay away cost me more in the long run stay away from them!!!!!

My husband went on line to find something unrelated to "Teeth Whitening". An advertisement popped up with a story about a mother (teacher I think) who stayed at home... Then an advertisement came up saying for a few dollars for shipping, a person would be able to get a sample of a teeth whitening substance that would save a lot of money - instead of going to the dentist and spending thousands of dollars. What a great idea to send samples out!!! Well, we were just going through some of files for taxes when we noticed that he had been charged $146.52 for something - we don't know what because we never did receive anything from this company!! This has taught us a huge lesson - never fall for free things on the internet and NEVER give your credit card number out to companies that you don't know and trust!!! I just now realized that I received a samle called "Cleanwhites" and from reading some of the other claims that were similar to mine, I guess I will be going back to Jan. 09 to take a look at all of my visa/amex bills!! Hi, in march l put my echo petrol drill EDR2400 in for a repair and service before that it was working fine l had broken the start pull cord ,l thought when l seid please repair the pull cord and give it a service ment repair the cord change the filter,spark plug,. and return.
well nearly 2 months later l phoned up only to be told l needed a new piston and it would cost over £240 l seid could l have it back( because l would try to get it repaired some were else) it was return to me in bits l was charged £11 for then to look at it and l have been told that thay broke the piston rings,..
Lwas warned about using Devon Garden Machinary do not use for your repairs!!!!

Buyer beware – UK Money Solutions Ltd based in Swansea is a scam.
I was cold called on 14 April 2010 by and individual named Michael from the following number - 05601 *** *** representing a company called UK Money Solutions Ltd. Their company registration no is 07122429 and they list their registered office as 56 Wind Street, Swansea, SA1 1DF.
They called to offer me a debt management service. I have established that they do not have a CCL number nor do they have a CRM number.
The director/s of the above businesses are the same directors who ran a company called 7 Marketing. (Reg No. 06604360) and another company Consumer Advice UK which was a style of 7 Marketing and used to cold canvass clients for PPI claims.
I was a client of Consumer Advice UK and was scammed by this company who took payment upfront for a service that was never delivered.
The two main directors implicated in all of this are:
- Stephen Davies - AKA - Stephen Mark Davies - AKA - Steve Davies
Mark Hartson - AKA - Mark Peter Hartson.
I have also established that Stephen Davies has registered a domain name as w w w ukmoneysolutions . info and has used the following as the registered address:- The Exchange Buildings, Adelaide Street, Swansea, SA1 1SE. Interestingly, this is the same address that was used for all correspondence with Consumer Advice UK.
I have been in touch with the Office of Fair Trading and they have confirmed to me that UK Money Solutions Ltd does not hold a consumer credit licence and that an investigation is imminent into their business activities. The details of the investigation have also been handed onto the Trading Standards Authority in Swansea and the Management Monitoring & Compliance Unit with the Ministry of Justice.

i needed abit of extra cash so i thought non sexual escorting was the right way to go about it,however it is a total scam,the woman that i spoke to on the phone was sayin you need to pay £299 which i dont even know what for i think it was for my profile to get put on the website,she said dont worry you will make £600 on the 1st client anyway,i said i cannot pay that with being a single parent on benifits so she said i can knock it down to £200 for you,so i then thought well if i am going to get the £600 pounds then it will be worth it and so i then applied for a £200 wonga loan and then rang back and told olivia that i can transfer the money over which i did so and the money went in immediatly,then she said i am going to do your profile and i will be in touch its now the next day and havnt heard off her so i rang today about 11 o'clock and a different woman answered i said to her olivia told me she would give me a call bout all the details which she hasnt and then this woman said she isnt working today but she has left a note sayin a guy called steve will be in touch this afternoon to make the arrangements,however no1 has been in touch so i rang fantasy introductions back and it just rings and rings and rings! i cannot believe they can treat people this way they shouldn't be allowed to do this i got a loan out for them thinking is was all legite but actually its a scam!!! i am totally disgusted!! i was wondering can i get the £200 back | |||||||||

| I bought an engine from this company for £900. They subsequently took another £300 from my Visa without my knowledge or agreement. This was apparently as i hadn't returned my old engine (they didn't tell me this was necessary). I had the old engine sent back and they promised to return my £300. Numerous phone calls and emails later, still no refund. The engine they sold me turned out to be faulty- infact a complete dud. They flat out refused to give me a refund. So i'm now £1200 out of pocket with a still-broken car. I've gone through the small claims process but so far they've just ignored the judgements and i now have to pay the courts again for a bailiff to try and get me my money back.
I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this company- they can not be trusted. | |||||||||

Hi I have been trying to claim back any optionl service cover on any of my hire purchase agreements on the basis it was mis-sold to me.I have been a customer of Brighthouse for a number of years and have had no problems with them until I took my laptop in for repair.Since then I have received really bad service from them.I have since found out that the products come with at least 1yrs manufacturers guarantee.I feel that I was put under pressure to take out the osc and dlc even though I did not fully understand what they were,however the store manager and regional manager think differently.How would they know they weren't present at the times I signed agreements.I have received a letter of final response from head office stating that they are not going to refund me.Can you help me and give me any advice?Thankyou

| The amount was deducted from my account,after I had applied for the trial offer of 60 capsules for a sum of less than 2$. The company is american but the product was sent from the UK to my address in Greece.I paid with Visa and have had to cancel my card as aresult of this fraud. On my Visa notification the following phone number is printed
+448708200, which I called to no avail! The same number for the aberrycs.com scam. Please adise as to how I can get my money back.

I found about the apartment from this website: www.bulgarianrealestate.net which is also owned by www.royalpalacebg.com
I was shown 3D photos of the place and it looked nice.
Little did I know that these two companies are a scam and they do not own the properties advertised. When I paid first installment, I decided to check on the development's progress. However, when i went, there was no development and the documents I was shown were fake.
It is all one big scam and a fraud as the web page is run from Dubai.
I am still going back and forward with my attorney trying to recoup my losses.

i joined confidential contacts.com on 17th december 2009,they guaranteed me a booking or £600,all i had to do was pay £300 which i did ,once the money was transfered the booking was cancelled,i have called them every other day until recently i found out the web site is no longer there.
each time i contacted them,the told me they had a booking this has never happened,i joined a week before christmas hoping i would get some bookings,this left me having a very bad christmas and upset by the whole sequenceof events

Total Refund called me at the beginning of 2009 claiming they could cancel my credit card. After a long discussion I paid the amount they required. They told me that they would assess my case and if they were able to go ahead I would hear from them within 6-8 weeks. If at the end of that time however they decided they could not help I was told I could have a refund. I waited and waited and heard nothing. I decided to call and find out what was happening and was told that it was going through and would take a bit longer. I have been told this ever since and now almost a year later they have still not managed to get any further and have refused to refund me.

| Having joined this site to see if there was any potential suiters on there I created my profile and put up a photograph.
The next day I had 32 messages which I could only access by upgrading my membership to Premium membership by paying one of three different membership packages.
Once I had paid for just one month at a cost of £21.99 I opened my mail with high hopes only to find most of the messages with Hotlist adds which means the men had added me to thier Hotlist(favorites)without actually messaging me.
Out of the 32 only 9 had messaged me and most were the same guys that had been on the site 2 years ago when I was a mamber for a month.
The same thing happened two years ago these guys message you you reply and then you never hear from them again.
I beleive they are used as bait to get you to join and pay the membership fees.
Since that initial 32 men I have had nothing which leads me to believe its a con and that once you have paid your money there is no men to contact you.

| I can confirm that this company is a hard-sell, cold-call, bunch of con artists that try every trick in the book to convince you that you owe them money, will threatern to take you to court & will make false claims (yet very convincing ones) all to convince small companies (I'm just a single mum selfemployed with no other employies............they knew I only earned £6k p/a net as they slashed the original price to get me to agree to advertise)......actually, I was agreeing the price as they had nothing (no artwork from me) to produce a final produact to agree on - yet they are adding interest, the price has nearly doubled in just over a month - they never produced a fault free proof and when I finally found out it was a monochrome ad, I with drew my interest in proceeding but they are asking for the full amount plus interest & charges becuase I original agreed a price when cold-called.
Don't be fooled if anyone tries this - With printers, the product must be agreed on & in writing attached to the proof / product being agreed on.
Thankfully I have an excellect home insurance company with full legal cover........unfortunately, the hardline scare emails & letters & threat of going to court is tough getting through until this is sorted.
I found this site after reams of Sols own promotional web links in the search engine, so may be thats why there aren't more comments against this company??
In short - They are a professional extorsion company trading as publishers and have enough staff & stationary to keep at it & wear you down into giving up & paying up - with Fear & fast pressure used as their main tool.
I can prove all of this so these are not false comments.
If ever there was a company Watchdog should expose it's this one and I have all the info they need to do so.

| I've just found out that my bank account has been charged two amounts, one for a company called ADVCOLCS.COM for an amount of AUS$88.91 and another for a company called JOLIESETANCS.COM for an amount of AUS$4.39... the thing is I signed up for a FREE TRIAL of Acia Berry with the understanding I only had to pay for the shipping fee to Australia of no more than AUS$10. I have not received anything at all from either company and have now contacted my bank to take further action (hopefully something will come of this). I know AUS$95 is not heaps of money but in this current climate, its a bit and it was taken out of my account fraudulently. Can anyone help please? I'm anxious to get these monies back to me asap. On Thursday 1st April 2010 I made an online application for a loan of £6000. I was then shortly contacted on the telephone by yes loans. I went through all the detail and usual checks, gave them my bank account and debit card details. I was told that i had been accepted for a loan and they would pass me on to another "department." After speaking to 3 different people i eventually got to the broker and was quoted a ridiculous figure which i instantly declined and ended the converstaion. It was not mentioned to me that there would be a £69.50 fee taken from my account at all. I have only discovered that this was the case when looking through my previous bank statements. Needless to say i am livid. yes loans are theives and cheats and are only out there to take money from those who have honestly earned theirs.
