it seem to be fine, so they told me i have 2 pay £69.99 so they could give my info 2 loan company .. so i did.
i was not happy abt the comapay they give me so i asked my money bk they say ok ... wait 4 14 days to get ur money bk ,.. i did then i try 2 call them asking my money bk no one is picking up the phone and most the time the phone is busy

| A second shipment of Premium White teeth whitener was shipped 12/25/09. I called and canceled this automatic shipment and was given cancellation confirmation #980385, then instructed to send the product back. I did so by US Post, signature confirmation #2305-1590-0000-8547-6371, dated 1/11/2010. It is now April 22, 2010 and I have not received a refund of $86.93. The telephone number I was given (877-594-7850) has the perpetual message: "We are closed at the current time. Our business hours are from 5am to 8pm Mountain Time." It doesn't matter when I call, I get the same message.
What a rip off. I want my money back!

Ordered merchandise. Received confirmation that items would be sent. Kept waiting and waiting. Called numerous times but mailbox full. Sent numerous emails which said they would respond in 1 day. Never did. Soo stupid not to have checked for reviews of this company. Amazed that they are still able to do business as this is a scam. There is no other word for it.The owners should be jailed. I am confident that they will someday have their day in a higher court. How shameful.

On 26/02/10 I ordered a FREE sample of Cleanwhites teeth whitener via the internet and it clearly stated that the only charge incurred would be the post & packaging of €4.
Soon afterwards I received the product. The enclosed Despatch note stated that it was shipped on 1st of March from an address in the United Kingdom. Today I received a Visa Card bill and it states that a charge of €101.47 has been taken from my account!.

i purchased 2 bracelets from the above company over the internet,i was not happy with the products[they where claiming the bracelets were silver turned out to be silver plated] i contacted the web site for a refund they took three weeks to give me the address for the return.when they finally received the returns they promised to refund me within 3-5 business days ,when i didn't receive the money i contacted them again to see what the problem was ,they claim they are having problems with their refund system .i feel they are really messing me about, and are going to make it very hard for me to get my money back.

Hi There,
My name is Krisztian Krajcz from Basingstoke.
I am writing to you after I tried to get in touch with the right people many times and
Nothing happened. I started my studies for Class 2. driving license in 08/2009.
I was searching on the internet to find the best driving course company who can provide me the fastest course near where I live. Your company advertised itself as one pf the best leading company LGV training company who helps me to became an LGV driver (within 4/6 weeks near me in one of the 40 training centre that you have in the UK.
Everything was nice and shiney before I made the payment of 1100 pounds. I went to the doctor he was helpful and we filled out all the documents that I need for the provisional license. I did my studies for Hazar Perception test till I was waiting for my provisional from DVLA and I received that one as well. The problems are started in that time.
I called your center saing I am ready for my test and like to book for the Hazard Percerption Part. I was told to wait a week. Needless to say nothing happened not after one but in three weeks time neither. I contacted you again but the answer was the same I need to wait for one week. I didn’t know in that time I can book on the website of ttp://www.dsa.gov.uk website which is takes about five minutes to do but I was till trusting you to do something that I have paid for. After one week I called the booking department and when they said I need to wait again I became very very disappointed.
How comes I paid a service and I get nothing for that?
I started my course in august and the earlies date that you gave me was 6th of October after twenty phonecalls and a waste of money and time? Do you think is fair?
After I passed my hazard perception test and it turned out the booking takes about max 10 minutes for both of my exam I asked your booking department why did it take so long if my friend could book for his test so quickly and started to worry about my next step exam the practical Part of my driving. That was in the end of October 2009.
I gave many calls to your booking department and nothing happened except they said
You just need to wait for a week…so Im asking then how comes if your company could gave me a call in the very beginning nearly every days and asking for the payment and when its should be your turn I get promises but nothing else.
I have been waiting since the October of 2009 giving manz calls and getting only one more week promises but nothing else I think it’s ridicolous. Two weeks before I have got a phonecall from you from the booking apartment where they said they found an appointment for me for Practical Driving Test. The lady I was spoken she wanted to send me to nottinghamshire saying that’s the nearest centre to me where I could finally finish my studies. When I was asking her to repeat my address she said I am living in Nothinghamshire….IN NOTHINGHAMSHIRE.
i decided not to carry on with you and I do not need your service anymore so I just want to claim my money back as soon as possible.

I fell for the old pay us and we'll get you paid scam as well and like many others I borrowed the money.
I spoke to so many different women who all had the same thing to say regarding an appointment being in the pipeline and me being classed as an urgent worker.
I can't believe I fell for this.

| It all started in February when i got call from anyoption executive. He explained to about there web site anyoption whee i can invest and can earn up to 370% in profit. He explained me the product in such way without giving full information. He told me even if i lost an option my money will be refunded to me so in a way its TOTALLY RISK FREE. i agreed to it and he made online transaction on my card through phone it self For US$ 250.
After few days when i stopped trading i again get call form anyoption's executive giving me same Bonus of total Risk Free option that is my money will be save even if i lose the option. I again deposited US$ 450 in to it and when i tried to withdraw the money after losing it i was shpwn the message that i haveto complete Cycle of 15 times more what i invested to withdraw the amount.
I again deposited US$ 150 to complete the cycle but i lsot all of it.
MY COMPLAIN AGAINST ANYOPTION is that there executive lure customers by giving them bonuses which they cant refuse and fall in there trap.
in my case realty is ones i lost all the money only than they gave me the bonus.
Firstly at starting,
Second time in end of MArch and
Thisrd time in April
and each time i lost all the money.
My complaint is there executive who call customers to deposit money should give all the information to customers before asking for deposit. i.e about min. investment to claim the bonus is US$ 100. or Customer cant not withdraw the bonus amount before completing transaction cycle of 15 times the bonus amount.
If they had told me about this point i would have never deposited the money into there system but in they didn't inform me about this in any of there telephonic call or in any way.
There for I CLAIM THAT MY MONEY OF US$ 1400 TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO ME AS THEY HAVE NOT DISCLOSED FULL INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF THERE CALL.
They claim that they have all the records of there telephonic converstion i registered my complain on there website about this i got call from certain Mr. Dane. well he also told me after dragging this matter for close to 15 days that they cant do any thing about this.

I have applied for a loan which is just amounting to 1,000 pds to yes loans. I received a txt msg from them saying that my loan was approved and to call them ASAP which i did. After telling me that they will send me all the necessary docs for my loan and after charging me 69 pds which was deducted from my account at that very moment, they have transferred me to the Money Worries and I was convinced as well for I was really in desperate situation that time to settle all my financial obligations and told me that I won't be able to get my loan from the Yes Loans if I will not make an arrangement with them first. And so I did, and they have taken 250 pds from my account again as my first payment. After I have mailed back the forms they have sent me, I have decided not to pursue with that agreement and sent them my letter requesting for a refund. Money Worries had replied and told me that they will be returning my money in due course but no response from Yes Loans. I have emailed Money Worries which they always answered with an scripted or pre-recorded reply saying the same things. I have called them but always telling to wait until the 28 working days is finished or might be longer for they have to prioritize those who have applied for a refund before me and telling me that there is no advise yet when they will return my money. Sent them letters to both of them following up on my refund but no reply. Even if I told them that my baby is already drinking water for I have no money to buy him a milk. Still no consideration at all. Yes Loans got no reply to any of my requests and takes a longer period of time and loads of money for the phone bills when trying to call them. I really don't know now what to do and where to seek help from. If any of you out there could help me please try to get in touch with me for I really need that money for that was supposed to be allocated to pay for my dues which I was not able to pay.

| I contacted Partneryou.com back in October 09 via a web site. I was called back the next day by a seemingly nice and helpful woman called Kirsty. She spent quite a while on the phone to me talking me through the process of becoming a 'companion'. She was very convincing throughout the whole conversation. I told her I would think about it and she promised to call me the next day. She did this but due to personal cercumstances , I told her I could not accept any bookings for at least 4 weeks. She asked me to send a photo of myself regardless, then we agreed a date when she would ring me back. On the agreed date Kirsty called back (making the whole experience very effecient) claiming to have a gentleman who had picked me as his first choice and wanted a Friday date which hopefully could lead to a Saturday date too. I would be earning £600 for each evening. Then the bombshell........I would have to fork out £385.25 for my profile pic to go onto the website.....before my date. I asked if it was not possible to pay this after and was basically told I couldn't. Kirsty claimed that she wouldn't get paid her comission until I had been on my second date, so it was 'in HER interest' to find me the dates and you had to speculate to accumulate! Sounded fair enough, I thought. What a mug.....I paid cash into their account under the name of Anvil Media I think. I was then called back to say my date had been passed my details and would be calling me to arrange. I kept my phone with me the whole day and it never rang once. 2 hours before my 'so called' date I received an email from Partneryou stating that their client had tried to call me on several occasions that day and as he had been unable to contact me then he wanted to cancel and go with his second choice girl in stead. I tried to contact Kirsty, who was always busy but was told by some girl in the 'Booking Office' that they would try to get me a date for the next day.........that was 5 months ago and I have heard nothing since.

this company has taken 139.99 usd out of my account for membership fee's that i know nothing about........i have researched this company and found they have pulled the same scam on hundreds of people..(moneysavingexpert.com alone have seven pages of complaints)i have emailed asking for proof of this but as yet have only got back an auto responce to say they have received my email...i have no idea how this company got my details and i certainly have no goods or invoices or corespondance from this company of any kind...i am outraged and want to get my money back...paul tye

I have a problem with AMI as well. I bought (paid £1000.00) some medicine(nasal spray) from AMI for premature ejacuation, which didn't work. I had side effect since I have started using their medicine(nasal spray). So I have asked them to cancel the treatement because of the side effects. Intially they refused to stop the treatment, they told me that they will give me alternative medicine.But I refused to try anthing else. So after serveral discussuion with refund manager( Mark james), they have agreed to give me refund of £840.00 and we have agreed that back in January 2010. At that time the manager(Mark James) told me that I will receive a cheque withing 21 days, which i haven't. Then I call them,wanted to speak to "Mark James" and I told them that I haven't receive my cheque yet.They told me that Mark James left the company and also told me that I will recieve my cheque by February 2010 latest. I have waited unitil February, still I haven't receive the cheque. So I call them again in March 2010, asked them why have I not receive my cheque? They (Noel from refund team) told me that due to restructuring of the company. it's delayed the refund and he also told me that if I don't receive the cheque within 21 days and to call him back. Now I am trying to call them but their phones not working.
So what do I do now??? I have been awaiting for refund for 4 months now.
How can I get hold of them? Do you know if the Harley Street clinic is open. Can someone help? Can someone give me their contact No?

| i recently applied for a £2000 loan online and i recieved a call from Wentworth Direct Finance who said they would offer me the loan.Throughout the call they explained there would be a £60 brokers fee and could i pay over the phone using my card which i did.I then recieved a letter in the post from Wentworth explaining that my application for the loan had been successfully processed through their system and that i would be contacted by their loan agents shortly in the post.i then recieved a letter from Ralph Marlon Ltd(personal loans)with an additional information form and instructed to complete this form and return it to the Leeds office which i did.I then recieved a text from Ralph Marlon stating they recieved my information and it was being passed on to their loan lenders and i would hear from them within 7 days.after not hearing anything for over 7 days i looked them up on the internet and came across this site when i realised it was a scam.after numerous phone calls to random different numbers i was always 27 in the queue and it cost me a fortune,the people who took the calls were very unprofessional and rude which also led me to believe that this was a scam and i wasn't getting my loan or my brokers fee back ..

| I recently moved out from the family home for the first time and found a place of my own on the 7th February 2010. I have been jobsearching for a few months now after losing my previous job because of an injury. My friend hepled me with the deposit for my new flat and he said I could pay it back once I found a job. I was reading through the job secion of my local newspaper in Nuneaton when I saw a small advertisement for Men4Ladies. I then googled Men4Ladies and gave my details by filling in a form on their website, about a week later they gave me a call. I spoke to a woman called Anita who is supposed to be my team leader or something similar. We discussed my details, she explained what the job would involve and what Men4Ladies would do for me. She explained that they would set up an online profile for me and she also guaranteed me at least two bookings a week, with each being at least 3 hours in length, I would be paid £100.00 per hour so I should be earning at least £600 a week which was very appealing. She then explained that I would recieve work immediately after I paid £249.00 to register with the company. I explained to her that I did not have that much money and she said she would keep the Nuneaton job open just for me until the follwing Friday which was a week away. A week later she called and asked me if I had the money and I said yes, I'd borrowed it of the same friend that lent me the money for my deposit. I register over the phone and she gave me the bank account details with which i was to pay the money into at my local Barclays bank. She also asked if I could send a photo off so they could set up my online profile. I paid the money into the Barclays bank the same day (18/03/2010) and sent them a photo of me by e-mail. I rang up and informed them of my payment and they said they would ring back once the payment had been recieved. A few days later I recieved a call saying the the payment was succesful and that my online profile was set up. They gave me a username and a password for this profile which I logged onto on the website to check it worked. I haven't recieved any work at all from Men4Ladies. I've rang to see why multiple times, each with the same response, they tell me that they will get my leader, 'Anita', to give me a call when she's back in the office as she isn't at the office. They also ask me if I'm available at the weekend which builds my hopes up only to realise on the Monday they've lied again. I haven't recieved any calls and since I paid the £249.00 registration fee they haven't made any effort to call me. So after paying £249.00 I haven't recieved to jobs a week which they guaranteed me, I haven't even recieved one job in a month. All I've recieved is a username and a password which gives me access to a photo and a small parargaph of fake informataion about myself on the internet, which i can't even do anything with. | as a mother of 2 and money being tight i thought i would work as an escort for a few months to gain a bit extra cash so i can get my driving licence and afford to take my kids out to places like twycross zoo. after searching google for hours i found confidential conatcts where i could earn £600 for going to dinner and drinks with someone who is too busy to find that special someone and was reall impressed with their website so i entered my details and recieved a call back from a lovley woman call lisa (thinking about it now that might not of been her name) she told me tht i would have to pay a registration fee of eaither £400 all in or £600 if i wished to spread the cost.
as i am not working and a full time student i asked for a social loan af £400 to pay this registration fee. when the money came through i phoned lisa and she had "arranged" for me to meet someone that night if i paid my fee before noon so after leaving college and walking my 2 kids across town i got to the bank and transfered the money from my account to theirs.
this done i recieve a phone all saying the man i was meeting was in a meeting that was running late and he would have to cancel then the next night he was rushed to hospital. like a fool i believed them and thought for hours i hope this man is ok.
so i phoned them again and again and again to see what was happening with profile. alarm bells should of started ringing when i tried to log on to see my profile but they never as i thought they had made a mistake.

| I joined this agency in the hope of getting companion work but no work was given or offered when you call the agency the same lady anmswers under different names and when you do talk to someone they have every excuse under the sun as to why the is no work.
Having looked into it it is an elaborate scam and I have been to the police who are taking it very seriously indeed.
