I wanted to sell my books and came across this site (onlinebookbuyers.com) that bought books for $4.99. I sold them 11 of my book, which were in perfect condition. I had realized after about a couple weeks that I did not receive a check. I replied back to the email they had sent me regarding my order and got a failed delivery message.

Being a student, I felt very betrayed since I was trying to make some extra money. After some research, I realized that this was not a reliable site.

i orded a paif or boots for myself it said they cost £52.00 then they charged me £64.00 i resived my boots but ordered a pair for my daughter and they were £46.00 and a got charged £56.00 and havent recived them boots. i have sent the company 6 messagers asking for a refund but they dont reply, i wouldnt or orded any more boots but i didnt know they over charged me untill i recived my statment. please help, thank you

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from Uggsale.cc on 17th September 2009.

I was sent an e-mail stating that the amount charged would be £58.08 but they have actually taken £71.37 from the bank account and as yet i am still to receive my order although after reading all of the comments i think im either unlikely to receive them or they will be fake.

Im obviously quite angry and upset about this and i have sent numerous e-mails to the company via their support website asking for a full refund. I have had a reply from the company on one occasion in which they advised me that the boots had been shipped and had given me a tracking number but there is no information for the tracking number they supplied and it would appear that the boots are being despatched from China. The reply from the company was also in broken english and didnt make very much sence!

I am looking for a full refund but dont really know where to go from here? I would be grateful for anybody's advice!

Asked to sign up for trial, company took postage but i nevver recieved the goods. Company then took a payment for £74.00on 24 August  2009 and another of £76.86 on 2 October 2009. 

Ordered 2 pairs from this company.  They did not arrive and I got my credit card statement saying that they had charged me £139.00 rather than the £112.00 stated on the site.  I e mailed them and got a reply in pigeon English which raised my suspicions and then started to search for reviews and found this.  The tracking number given is not recognised and I have not seen any boots.  I am hopefully going to claim a refund via my credit card insurance.  I paid using pay pal.

I asked by internet for free samples of  Acai Berry Detox on 27/08/2009, and I received the produc on september 11th

When I do the payment  by internet the add say that I have 30 days to try the product and i can cancel it if i want. but on 03/10/2009 the company charge on my bank account 119.20 usa dollars. I don´t want more the product, I want my money back

I have the same problem with LIFE CLEANSE

I signed up for a free trial of this product and then cancelled. I have had £50.02 taken from my account and I have on the 3rd of oct had another £31.53 taken out from welbhealth which i don't even understand. All of this was without my authorization. I cannot afford this and has put me off using the internet to purchase anything.

I took a free trial of products, from Viv3 Labs and supplied my debit card payment for postage. The web link stated that as these were a trial all that would have to be paid for would be postage. There was nothing that stated I was subscribing to a product for a monthly fee. I have no emails to which to respond etc. I do not wish to receive any further supplies of this product, and in fact would like my money returning to me that has already been debited, this is obviously a scam, and a very clever one.

I placed an order for a free trail of life cleanse which i did received and pay for then back on 19 Aug 2009. I went onto my bank statement today and found that global wellbeing 3618088234 (focuscleanse) has taken $138.88 out of bank without telling me. I tried to ring the number but it didnt work... I want my money back!

I ordered some Ugg Boots off [www.uggboots.cc] (link: http://www.uggboots.cc) over a month ago, i ordered them through paypal hoping that it would be reliable. I recieved one email telling me my order number. I have put my order number in to see the tracking whereabouts but it still says 'your order is still being processed' After a month!! I have sent them so many emails and had no reply to none of them. They say they have an online service, but i have checked this site numerous amount of times and this online service has been on once since ive been checking. Then when i tried to speak to them, they said 'HI' and after i questioned them, they went offline. I'm disgusted with this service, and i advise to anyone don't use it, you will not get your product, and then when you try to contact them all they have is an email address that they dont even reply to! They also state on their website that they have a phone number to ring, and i am yet to find it! Dont use this website!

HI GUYS, THIS IS ANOTHER CLAIM IN TOTAL I HAVE 6 CLAIMS.

It said free trial... I double checked to see if I was agreeing to anything that seemed like a scam...because  in life there is always  a catch but I read nothing like that...  I never thought anyting with oprah or dr oz would be a scam.... I cant believe this.... I also cant believe I am just realizing now... I have been traveling around with my company for the past 3.5 months so never noticed anything until I decided to do some online banking today.... I believe in karma.... I hope for my money back... i doubt that will happen but all I want really is for the withdrawls to stop so I can move forward from this...

I have ordered the free trial accai berry, since then I havent ordered anything, but getting charged every month of NZD9.83, I think I have been getting ripped off, and what are those charges for, I think I should get a refund and would like a stop payment and don't want to know this company anymore. they are ripping people off and amking money.

I agreed to the one month trial of these products, totalling $5.97 (U.S.) each, however, my credit card was billed on September 26, 2009 for $133.79, on September 30, 2009 for $16.80, and twice on October 2, 2009 for $133.38 each transaction, totalling $417.35.  None of these charges to my credit card were authorized by me.

I paid for postage for a free trial 2 months ago and on the 1st October my credit card has been charged four times @ US$119.02 from this company. I have never ordered or received any further product. This is a total rip off. I have cancelled that credit card so they can't charge anything else to it.

money taken from my credit card without authorisation or goods after responding to free pills and only having to pay post and packing.

Credit card has been stopped and fraud proceedings instigated.

I bought the acai berry pills about 2 months ago for my sister. When she tried them she said they made her extremely sick. For such a cheap price we thought we might aswel just throw them away and forget about them. Next thing I know, they bloody Charge me 2 months later for some phone call that I never made, worth $119.02 USD. Then the offshore service margins charge me $3.51 for this false phone call, leaving me with just 12 dollars in the bank! I Want My Money Back!
