| Was offered a no fee upfront loan by another titled company BUT its all returns to POSTNET LTD! They took a fee and have not in any way tried to get me a loan. Without permission they take your money and then have no way of contacting them. They aim at people who really need a loan and are just making a situation worse. A total rip off!!!

| basically i needed a loan to pay a debt off.contacted this website who claim had no upfront fees. so i applied n they said they would get back to me. i went down to my bank to check my account and said 47:50 had been taken out from cornwall collections meanin i had to cancel my current account card. also i had a bank charge of 63 pound comin out today which i am now going to have to pay double to..i have to pay the people that gave me the 1st loan of which i have no problem with. and also re-credit the 47:50 that cornwall collections had taken out.

I registed with adorabelles and got a phone call to say that they had someone for me to accompany on a date, they said I would have to pay £251 first before they could release my details to the client so I transferred money into a western union account under the recievers name of Stuart Ian Johnson they confirmed they had the money and assured me I would be hearing from the gentleman shortly a few hours later they called to say that he had cancelled due to work issues I then called them back and they assured me I would be able get other dates to refund my registration fee up until this day I'm still waiting I've tried contacting them and they keep saying someone will be in touch with me shortly they never do of course get back in touch this is a sham and I hope no one else falls for it I'm going to keep trying to get my money back I dont know how some people sleep at night scamming innocent people out of money they cant afford to lose | |||||||||

I agreed to accept a trial offer of the Colon Cleanse & pay $3.87 in postage.
I get my Credit Card statement & find a debit of $4.36 on 6/8/10 then a further $100.50 on 19/08/10.
I received NO product in the mail, then reading fine print find that if you don't tell them to cancel they will charge full amount in 10days. NOT in 10 working days, but 10 days.
I tried to phone them, but the phone numbers are disconnected. There is NO email contact address and I don't want $100 or more coming out of my account every 30 days.
I want it stopped & my money back.

Same vendor debited Visa card for AU$99.85 on 12 August 2010. This debit was never authorised.

| my sky hd box has gone down ,so i got out the book to see if i could fix i myself no joy , so phoned tec suport told me how to reset by taking power plug out and holding buttons down which i did , still no joy so sorry we will have to arrange an eng to come ok no probs , ok should be friday am thought fine that will do , he went off to check then said sorry it will be monday , i said that was unacceptable i have a 3 year old son and anybody who has kids will know if they dont get to see there programs can be a pain in the butt , so he said thats the best we can do , i said fine i want to cancell my service then was told he would transfer me to anothe department ok , spoke to a young lady and was told you can not cancell u have not been with us over 12 months i said i no but you not supply ing me with the agread package i pay for and to wait 3 day was no good , she then transferd me to someone else and the time was over 45 mins by now she book me in to have the box looked at then passe me to customer services to make a complaint , another 10 mins spoke to some guy and he said they would reinburst my lost 3 day service , thats no good what about my time spent lost sorting this out , put on hold spoke to a team leader another 5 mins came back sorry we are within our conditions and that all u will get back , i said no good i want a better compensation he went off again another 7 mins , came back no we are with in our rights that all you can have still no good what about the hour i spent on hold , sorry thats our pollacy , ok i think for the time spent and the loss of veiwing and what they have offered is not acceptable / my name is craig thorne

I requested a PCV course with this company who claimed to be able to provide one regardless of location. In my case, I was promised Peterborough. Instead, I was booked onto a HGV course(!) I was promised things would be put right and that I would receive what I had paid for. This didn't happen despite many phone calls and letters - all of which went unanswered. I am still waiting for my £1,140 to be refunded and I have now employed a Solicitor who is handling the case. This is costing me more money I simply don't have.
Whatever the website may look like, it's what's behind it that matters and in this case, I would not recommend 1st Class Trucking (or British School of Trucking) to anyone. I have been treated appallingly and I am disgusted at how they regard their clients.
I contacted this company and parted with my money in good faith. I feel let down, deceived and swindled.

Basically i was trying to get a loan from the loan centre, they said that they would not charge a brokerage fee because they was not a broaker. They said they would charge a fee though and they would take it out of the loan they provided me. i just started my job and my dad put £50 into my account so i could get to work for the week, then i went to the bank to withdraw my money because my missus snapped my card up and i waited in the pouring rain for an hour to find out that a cornwall collections had taken money out of my account instead of putting money into it. now ive tried getting in contact with them and the loan centre via phone and e-mail requsting that under the financial service distance marketing regulator 2004, i reqire a refund and cancellation of my subscription if you fail to do so then legal action will be forced and thier has been no correspondence. I know that its not alot of money but its the principal of the matter and its wasting my time and MONEY chasing them down. | |||||||||

| My biggest problem with this is i've never even handed over my details nor have i ever even heard of this company but anyway, 1 day i get paid and i go to the cash machine and my money is like, down £47.50 and i didnt have a clue where it's come from but i tell you i was xtremely annoyed when i found out, i've opened up Fraud investigation with my bank but i had to get intouch with these idiots The Loan Centre to confrim with them that iit was not me which i have done and now am just bugging the hell out of them because they are taking the mick, if anybody has any advice on the easiest and quickest way or sorting this then please contact me send an email or something let me know, it would be really helpfull, Thanks

| On May 15th 2010 I bought a Hyundai Tuscan engine and turbo charger from Motion Power Ltd at a total cost of £1395, incl delivery and VAT.
On receipt the engine was not what I ordered. I phoned them immediately and they said they would collect this and refund my money.
No refund was forthcoming despite numerous phone calls.
They then offered me another engine and reluctantly I agreed to this. They gave assurances that this engine was 100% correct.
This second engine was delivered early June but on delivery I discovered that it had been in a fire and was totally useless.
Again I called them and they again collected the engine promising a full refund.
I contacted Trading Standards on July 1st and they advised me to write a letter giving Motion Power 14 days to reply or refund my money.
Needless to say neither happened.
I then contacted a solicitor on July 12th who wrote to Motion Power threatening court proceedings if no refund had been received within 7 days.
Again we had no response and no refund.
During all this time my car has been off the road as I cannot afford to have it repaired until I receive my refund and I have had to hire cars which has cost me £1500 to date, hence my claim for £2895.
Please help!!

Guy called Taff gave me lots of talking about how quick they can do it there will be 4 job offers on the table when you finnish training!i have pass everything first time so not my foult of delay its almost septeber and i still cant get them to oragnise my cpc demonstration test and fast truck course! have been caling them and asking for last three weeks! last couple weeks customer service never answer! | purchased a caravan that had loads of faults, dealer did not want to know and finance co did not want to know, in depair we turned to this co for help, after months of trying to get through to them and bank account £600 lighter they have now told us that they can not help and have promised to refund £300 back the other money is unrefundable as that is what it cost to audit the account, that is the account that they audited in the first place and told us that the the agreement was unenforceable.

I booked a Grey H2 Hummer in May for my wedding which was in July. (2 months in advance) Several times I called to confirm and paid a £50 deposit and the rest £700 payable to the driver on the day. I sent the details for pick up and drop off with the post codes and confirmed the details several times. They then called me the day before the wedding, which was a friday and said "sorry, we need another £300 because we thought it was Bedford but it is Bradford" when we clearly sent them the information via e-mail and confirmed and reconfirmed. They called at such a time as well that it was impossible for me to look elsewhere. I told my wife to call them and speak to them. She called them and spoke to Jay who was rude, unapologetic. Whilst on the phone she was going to her grandma's house pleading with him and asking how they could do this the day before the wedding. Having arrived at her grandma's she found an ambulance, her great gran died. Whilst on the phone with the limo guy Jay she was talking to the abulance driver. She told him that this was happening and she did not need to worry about this. He said there's nothing I can do. pay up or get lost. RUDE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. My wife asked them if that is what they do. Called people the day before the wedding and threaten to not turn up unless we pay more.
THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING AT ABOUT 100PH.

WRONG LIMO - SENT A CADDILAC ESCALDE.
If they were genuinely apologetic I could maybe understand but they did that on purpose. They are Liars and Cheats, do not risk hiring with AM2PM LIMOS.

i was looking for a loan, i came across the loan centre i applied for a loan and it kept taking me to different loan companies and i was getting fed up with it so i sent the loan centre a message to cancel my accound and they have still taken the money out of my bank account and i am not happy because i don't really get a big wage and that was a big chunk of my wage and i am left with no money for the rest of this month.

Hi there have paid 249 pounds to Ford escorts for the registration, and never received any work. They were calling me every day saying they have a lot of work avalable, there was a client, a swedsh lady waitng for me as soon as I pay to regster. When pad the monew, haven't heard from the clent and when I called in they sad that the booking was cancelled, haven't received one phone call since then and t's been almost 2 months now. So how came I had a clent before paid straght away and now after 2 months nothing has happened.
Now I have spoken to 1st Choce for you, that was recommended to me by a frend, he says he paid 365 pounds to regster and he got work in first week.So i'll see how that goes and will keep you all posted, as well they said that they might be able to get my money back from Ford escorts if they track them, so f anyone knows ther address or knows how to trace them please let me know, when I asked for the address they would not gve it to me. | |||||||||
