| i bought and paid for an apartment and furniturepack in Silver Mountain Bansko Bulgaria which was supposed to be ready for the 2008 ski season but then they dropped of the face of the earth and thier offices were emptied therefore no one to contact) needless to say it not ready and i have been told by MRI Construction 25/7/10 (i checked the phone numbers and e-mail address i was given and suprise suprise none of them worked) it never will be as they are going to fold the company yet they offered me a credit note for the value of the
apartment. the offer came to 71500 euros which included another 8000 i was to pay them.(no allowance for the furniture pack i had paid and they offered to supply me with afurnite pack for the new property which i might buy ,at a cost) this credit would be good against any property i wished to purchase of Mri in about 8 countreies including Bulgaria. As you can see having fleeced me they are still trying to fleece me even more. i would be interested in a class action and would be willing to help in anyway

i bought a pair of purple limited edition straightners last october, they were fine until about 2 months ago when they for some reason kept turning themselves off whilst using them, and they now wont turn on at all,so ithink there must be an electrical fault, i tryed to log back into the website but it said (im not registered to this website) when i did a registration form the day i bought the straighters so i emailed the website i got them which is the one i gave u. they replyd back to me as soon as they got it but they said i needed a transaction ID to proove i bought them off that website, i gave them every bit of information i would but the transaction ID as i threw the box and the recipe away as they worked fine when i first bought them, but there will be proof of purchase on a bankstatement, i tryed everythin i could to get them repaird from them but i stopped gettin emails off them and i still keep sendin emails askin them to reply to me but i have not heard anythin from them for a while now.. i didnt really think it was hard work for them to lookback at the sales etc etc to find me
what can i do?

I wanted a free sample and was just to pay the shipping. I ordered it on the 25 of may and then was charged June 8 for $99.90 on the product. Now I am trying to get a refund to my credit card and will send back the unused product but do not know the address and when I called they will not give it to me. I guess when you get the free (so they say) you are signed up to get it every month. and this did not say any of that on there web sight when you order it. Be careful when you get free product. Please help ing getting my money back.

we still have no tub from the TPG they have cancelled delivery on us three times finally trade price group tell us via zoe crossley that we can no longer get our tub in through the site access. even though they surveyed it twice and took our money. johnathan husselbee is just as bad with his promises and lures to keep you hooked while they keep all your money and still keep trading. they have offered to crane in the tub lol. even though they now refuse to pay the crane upfront which is standard practice. so no company will crane it in , company policy which is a not there policy for a tub.NO thats all MONEY up front followed by no hot tub and a night mare of calls and letters finally ending in court which is where we are now going. i hope to see these in court and finally in prison so tpg and husslebee can stop living the good life on all our monies. trade price group have no intention of ever suppling tubs. never buy ONE form the TRADE PRICE GROUP, HUSSLEBEE or there reps like matthew moorhead

I did own a P1 subaru impreza estate(VERY RARE CAR), in mint condition. yet the crank had snapped and was told by an independant engineer that it would work out at around £3500 for a new engine.... reconditioned engines offered me a good price to fully remanufacture the engine in oct 2009. I finally had my car picked up today after months of arguing with them. the company that I used to collect the car is a execellent company called scoobyteknix.com based in lancashire. they have reported that my car is now of scrap value as recon engines have stripped anything of value and told me the parts have been stolen???( I do not beleive this at all)
I now need to spend over £6000 to repair my car to its previous standard. they have taken the following: Full P1 front end,P1 Wheels, P1 ECU, mirrors, stereo,they have changed my gearbox for standard one... yet they say the parts were stolen while my car was in there compound..
I would like to build a case against them, and would appreciate any info that people may have

I signed up for a free kit and was just to pay the shipping. with in 10 days I was charged $87.47 on my credit card and then was charged again 29 day later for the same amount $87.47 and on there web sight it did not say any thing about being a member and was to call to get off this. When I called they were not nice and would not give me a refund even if I sent the unused product back. I guess you better be careful as to what you would like to try on a free product because they will keep carging you credit card once the get it. | |||||||||

| I purchased the Infinite Wealth System after 3 weeks researching Gary Meadows.I couldnt find anything bad so decied to take the plunge.I can now say that this system is a load of rubbish and claims of $27000 per week are absolutely false.I posted a question on the members forum about sales and suspiciouly the forum went down and wasnt replaced.I was told it was due to a technical problem but if these guys are IT experts then it should have been back up in no time.I did everything i was asked to do including buying targeted leads but all to no avail.This system is a complete rip off and i warn other people not to part with money.The price has now dropped bown by 50% which i suspet is due to no sales.I have tried ot contaact Gary Meadows by email and phone but no reply,hence my reason for posting on here.

Two winters ago, we purchased 3 SAFE T LIGHTS an emergency and night light combination as they seemed a good idea but they have proved to be a TOTAL WASTE OF £60.00. They have all FAILED.
Advertised as a power failure and night light, the torch is simply not upto the task and FAILS after 18 MONTHS. The LEDs are simply not powerful enough, the light output is poor and they do not last the life span stated on the leaflet with the product. They are UNRELIABLE.
On reflection the product actually looks as if it has been concocted by a Boy Scout - the torch is unwieldy and the dated design looks unattractive in the house.
Firstly due to the failures, contact was made with the new distributer who said that there was only a 12 month guarantee but I could buy 2 new units at a 10% discount. NOT A CHANCE.
Next using feminine guile, a Google search revealed a (short term) Which report which praised the SAFE T LIGHT as an innovative solution but found the product expensive and torch beam not strong. In other words, overpriced and poor performer.
Lastly I sought other consumer reviews and found this on the Lakeland website;

I was given one of these for Xmas 06. It worked well as a night light and an occasional torch till October when I tried to use it as a torch. Totally dead. I guess the rechargeable battery no longer holds a charge.
Power failure?

I have had one of these 'night lights' for years now and it has been excellent. It gives a glow and just lights my kitchen and the downstairs hallway enough to see by without putting the light on. But, during the last power-cut the LED torch that was bright in the dark room before the power-cut just failed. If it doesn't have batteries, which it doesn't, how do I make it work again? It really was such a standby if the lights all went out, which they do quite often here!

I have two of these and one works perfectly and is a real boon to me, lighting a staircase at night, so is a really good safety device The other one lights up but there is a constant and annoying flickering. I don`t like electrical items that are not 100% perfect when new.
Lakeland have now discontinued this item. Good job
What I want to know is just how universal this problem is. I spotted one Safe-T-Light in its distinctive yellow and black plastic pack in a mobility shop and someone said that they had seen them in Hursts Hardware on the Isle of Wight. Everywhere else has stopped selling the gadget. The Safe-T-Light is a flawed concept – it does not meet it base objective; the design is flawed with sub standard components that are unreliable and have a short life and is a gross mis-representation of its claims. Low level lighting products are more likely to cause falls especially to the elderly and disabled so if we are not going to get our money back, lets AVOID this Safe-T-Light emergency Torch altogether.
The only trace for these SAFE-T-LIGHTS is a mail drop address in Portsmouth but due to some help from Homechek here is where to return faulty units.

| This company convinced me that this was the ideal home based business and the initial start up fee was $499. Then they came back and told me the way to make this business work was to advertise and convinced me that they had several campaigns that could bring me leads. So I paid an additional $3000 for 1500 call blast and 1500 email blasts. They told me to be patient and that the campaign lasts 8 months. So after 8 months I called and said I never received any leads, what was the deal. If they weren't going to provide me leads then I wanted all my money back. They said they couldn't give me my money back because I agreed on tape not to receive a refund. I agrued that they said that if I didn't make my money back within 12 months, I would get my money back. Then they just hung up on me. I want my money back as they did no hold up to their end of the deal.

| The company asked me to send an fee of £250 plus £27 cost, by Western Union to David William Beecham in Spain on Tuesday 03/08/2010 which I did stupidly. They said They made a booking AND I would recieve a call from the client whose name was David as well. My Pre dinner date was for 8pm at Covent Garden and a car would be sent to take me to meet David the client. However at 6.30pm I took a call and they said his daughter went into labour and could not keep the diner Date and I would get another booking asap needless to say I wont after reading the reports on this site.
The agent I spoke to was Erica and was given the number incase of any problems. Which is the same number as advertise on their site. They also have 2 photos and my mobile number x 2 plus my full name and full postal address which was given for transport.
I want this money back what's my next step do I report it to the police

Placed order on 15th June and received email from someone called Chris saying order received. Further email on 17th said it had been dispatched. 23rd June sent message saying no goods arrived. 24th email came back saying allow 8 working days. 1st July sent email saying still not received the aftershave. 2nd July came back saying he'd chased Royal Mail and they'd asked us to give it 15 days. 3rd July I sent an email asking him to reimburse me and cancel the order as I had ordered initially to be there as a Father's Day present and obviously that had been and gone and I had had to buy another bottle from elsewhere. 5th July received email saying 'As requested, we will now issue a refund in accordance with our terms'. 29th July sent email saying no monies paid into my account as yet. Received reply on 30th: 'We aim to process refunds within 48 hours, however, this can take up to 30 days in line with the Distance Selling Regulations' (i.e. wait 30 days). Sent final email this evening (4th August) asking him to make payment immediately as the 30 days is up. Have also sent him follow up email telling him I have registered a complaint with you.

| We live in furnished accomodation from Chase Evans and just moved in before Christmas 2009. Little repairs have been done after a lot of chasing, calling and emailing the Maintenance department. Unfortunatley the real maintenance issue was still to come. We reported a water leak in the bedroom 31st January 2010. Being hopeful matters would be resolved quickly as a contractor came straight the next day we had to undergo a nightmare of 5 months chasing Chase Evans, Buidling Management (Broadlands) and subcontractors (Skyline). Calls were never returned, no urgency put on our case to resolve the situation quickly, we were lucky having response to emails.
It took 5 plummers 5 months to miss the source of the water leak, disturbing all immediate and not immediate neighbours and still not be able to find it. Our ceiling in bedroom and following bathroom disappeared slowly but surely. Finally our upstairs neighbour found the leak himself by simply putting paper towles on the bthroom floor and following the water trace. We never received a reduction in rate as the conditions were still habitable. Nobody considered how difficult it is to sleep in a bedroom with dripping, smelling ceiling, going to the toilet with umbrella not to have it dripping on you, hving to call after people all day while having a full time job, having strangers walking through your flat all the time, leaving dirt, using your TV and fridge, I could go on and on.
We could have got over all this if not a further water leak had appeared last week Thursday (29/07/2010). We reported again immediately to Chase Evans Maintenance department but since then no action has been taken, calls are not returned, everybody is in meetings or otherwise not available.
In summary the service, communication and capabilities of Chase Evans maintenance are disgusting. I don't understand how a company can survive like this and are surprised not more complaints are posted on this site. I know my neighbours, also tenants of Chase Evans are very unhappy with their service after it took them 2 years to fix a drainage problem. Useless, that's all I have to say about the lot.

I was looking for a payday loan via the internet when I was redirected to loan centre.net. I signed up and today I had £47.50 debited from my account. I was absoltely outraged at this because in no way shape or form was I ade aware of this so called membership fee as the lady on the phone called it. I was given an email address which i wrote to and only got given the same reply, that it's a membership fee as stated when you sign up for the service. I am however absolutey sure that this information was not given to me upon signing up as otherwise I would not have done so and there wouldn't be so many others in the same predicamnet as me. | Ordered products from their site, and subsequently found that they very rarely deliver the goods, however they still take money. I have contacted them numerous times, but no reply. Their contact details, ie tel no. are invalid and their company address is the same as another company. Lots of other people have had same issue with them. I beleive that the owner of this 'company' has a history of sham companies. I am not sure if this is correct but I believe that his name is Michael Long, and used to own a company called Sports and Supplements, and Company House list this company as dissolved. Ordered freetrial of Vivid White Smile Teeth Whitening System on 22/07/10. Only costs p&p. I am cautious and always check what "hidden extras" there may be. I noticed none. I am on a very low income and today found that a payment to the phone company had bounced . Why? Because these people have debited £57.56. I have had no confirmation of despatch from them. I have spent hours trawling the web trying to find contact info for them. My bank had the USA/Canada tele no, the quoted UK no is dead after 6 minutes of ringing with no answer 44161768100/1. The only email address found is a "no reply" auto generated one. Being in poor health I could really do with out this, especially as the trial product was used only once as it burnt my mouth and blistered my lips! Talk about rub the salt in!! Don't know what to do next!! Update - Having spent the whole day trying to find accurate contact info for these people I have been informed by my bank that they can prevent further payments 30 days from now. But if any are requested between now and then, they will be paid. I don't know where to turn now? I just haven't got the money for one payment, never mind more! Like a few others I have read about, I fell for the men4ladies scam!! Promises of work that never materialised after paying £249 "registration fee" for my "profile" to be set up and accessible on the web. My suspicions were aroused when I asked if the photos had been recieved and told yes, when I hadn't sent them!! By then it's too late!! Preying on people genuinely looking for an income seems to be the way of the world!! Steer clear of Men4ladies!!

i found my car wouldn't start 40 days in to the cover so i put it in to the main dealer for repair. they advised me it was the wiring loom that connects the key fob receiver to the in car computer, and that it had failed due to normal ware and tear.
warranty wise refused the claim saying the vehicle has been on risk for 41 days and the condition would have been developing prior to the policy inspection. (they eventually sent an inspector around, after messing the garage around with timings)
I have no idea what this means, other than they are not going to pay.
as i under stood it they had claimed to cover ware and tear on all the not normally serviced parts.
can anyone help?
