i found this on the internet and filled in the boxes and sent tne form on the net of witch i had a letter through the post saying that the loan was pre approved and sent £99.99 admin cost. then a call from another company offering a smaller amount of witch was not requested amount so i said no and called the above and they said they would refund my mones payed out then 6 months later still waiting so i called again and they told my to write and it would be refunded on receipt of the letter that was sent on 08/06/10 still no refund and to call them you go into a automated wait then it cuts off | |||||||||

| I was asked to pay the brokers fee of £49.50 and was promised that the £1000 loan I had requested would be within my account five days later. I duly paid their fee and sure enough, I received the application form the following day. I returned it, signed and dated and a few days later rang them. Their phone line had been disconnected and all their websites removed, saying "under construction".
I guess that I along with lots of others have been ripped off. They are thieving scumbags with not an ounce of conscience whatsoever.

| We found an advert on Fish4jobs and as it was on this website we thought it was genuine..My partner and I rang the social escourting agency who claimed that they did social escourting for wealthy people, eg accompanying them shopping and to restaurants and so on. But no sexual business. As it was on the genuine website of fish4jobs we immediately thought it would be a genuine job application.
We very much fell for this as they claimed that the minimum wage was £1000 a week, attending 2-6 clients, they said that there was a registration fee of £350 each to pay to send out our profile to the nearest 2000 clients in the area. We paid over the phone by direct debit.
After paying this fee, they said we needed to send a fax saying that we agrred to them taking the £350 out of our accounts with our signature, this is when alarm bells rang to us as when we asked why they needed it they said it was incase the banks got on their backs, after talking amongst the two of us and the bank, we decided to ask for a refund they said that this was not possible due to the cost of setting up our profile and sending it out was more than £800 per person meaning that as we only paid £350pp it was a loss to them, they advised us to send the fax and try atleast one client job as then atleast if we didn't like it we would have claimed our £350 back.
We decided that just one of us would send off the fax and see what happened, after doing so they gave us a log in for the internet website which gave a brief page about myself, basic tick boxes as to whether we had piercings and gender etc.
When we applied for the job they claimed that there was only two jobs left in the southern area which me and my partner took, I have since then phoned and with-held my number and asked for as job in the the southern area and they explained that there was two available if i was interested, i then hung up the phone as i needed no more information!
We have also rung a genuine escorting agency found in the same area as GSE claims to be located and they explained that they have never heard of them and that if we paid them money that they are a scam as genuine agencies don't need a registration fee due to making their money through a percentage of what the employees earn.
We are still receiving calls for the other fax to be sent (about 4 calls a day) they sound very desperate! My partner is still awaiting work but the answer he gets when ringing and asking is that there are clients interested but they need to find out dates and times!
We have currently read up about lots of scamming agencies and think that something needs to be done about it as we are a young and very hardworking couple, i am a community carer for the elderly and disabled and work 55 hours a week to earn enough money to live, the £700 that GSE have robbed us of was a lot to us and we are struggling without it and i know that there a lot of other people out there in the same position.

I signed up for a free offer to try the whitening system, they have said i could cancel if i didnt want to be charged the full amount but didnt send any invoice, i have no contact information, i.e email address or phone number. i have searched the internet for hours with no luck finding any websites with details of this company. when ever i have found a number its false and in America or Canada, i am in the U.K. They have already taken 3 lots of nearly £60 from my account! I want a phone number so i can speak to these people or a email address? Please can someone help me!?!
i believe they were called everwhite or everbrite when they were advertising at first, the producti recieved came in a box called Vividwhite

I have phoned this company 6 times now since mid, June 2010 about the pop up TV and every time I phone there have an excuse why they have not delivered, phoned again and how Simon is on holiday till the 16th August, and then he will sort it out, watch this space and see what is his next excuse why the TV is not getting delivered.
If any one who reads this I wound strongly advise you not to buy from this company.
Been 2 years now since I ordered this hot tub.

Hi like all the other stories phone yes loans was passed to money worries, they sent paper qwork I did not sign or agree to money being taken and was assured my Shaun the agent that NO money would be taken and they now have taken the money.
£165 which will new cause me debts as i called them for a refund to be treated like a animal and bullied to the point of tears. I have writen to them for a refund like they eventuall y said. I have called my bank who are going to dispute the payment with Visa as i did not agree to the plan or payment.
Please!!!! can you help me.

I ordered a calculator from these people and after telling me the order was lost in the post twice, they sent me a 'presentation link' 3 months later (which I had not ordered). After numerous phone calls, promises etc they have now told me they didn't receive the package I returned on July 7th.
Stupidly I should have sent it back 'registered mail'as they had claimed the Royal Mail had failed to deliver twice previously.

| I looked online and come across No worries loans, I went onto there website and put my details in. Stupid i no, The contacted me within minutes too arrange a admin fee too get me a loan. I stupidly gave them my details and they took £79.95 out off my bank and they said within 24 hours somebody would contact me, i waited 3 days and eventually rang them. They said they would put me through too customer services and i was waiting 45 minutes on the phone. I looked online and found out that they are a scam. They have cost me £150 and they NEED too be stopped!

Swinton Insurance sent my renewal through for my van insurance which was £100 more expensive than the year before even though no circumstances had changed and no claims were made. I sought insurance from another insurer with a great saving of £200 !
Suddenly I receive documents from from swinton saying "thanks for renewing with us"
I didn't ask them to renew? so I dug out the original letter they sent with the quote and it clearly states : "Act now, Your cover will expire on your renewal date, so don't delay"
There is no mention of automatic renewal anywhere so I think we should agree that if they say my cover will expire if I do not take action that they have no right to renew my cover automatically!
I called swinton and they demanded proof of my current insurer and asked if I wished to cancel my policy.
I stated "I haven't taken a policy with you so if you cancel a policy you have taken out without my permission that is up to you"
They spouted out about that if I didn't notify them then by law they could not leave me without insurance by law and that this was sated in the quote.
THIS IS NOT STATED IN THE QUOTE(obviously I have this in writing) the only thing that is stated is "Act now, Your cover will expire on your renewal date, so don't delay".
They sent me a letter saying I owed £81.94 for a months insurance and cancellation. I , rightly or wrongly ignored this letter firmly believing I am in the right.
Today I have received a letter from a debt collectors saying they request £106.94. the debt has been passed onto them and they will be passing on the file to the solicitors with instructions to issue court proceedings if not paid within 10 days.
What I want to do is NOTHING. I feel that going court may provide some humiliation for Swinton who I hope you agree, are very much in the wrong! (and that as far as I can see, is in writing) Should I continue down this route? Maybe I should issue a counter claim for stress,harassment and the possibility of ruining my credit rating. Is this the way to go or am I completely in the wrong?
I haven't sent them details of my current insurer and start date but have all the paperwork to support that I was fully covered.
Sometimes I think I have a cast iron case but I no little about the law and would dearly appreciate any comments anyone has to offer.

| Lesley Yacomine is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Like her previous company, Lightwater Cleaning, there seem to be similar complaints about her affiliations with Selclene. She is agressive and I have even had to report this as harrassment to the police. I will advise anyone to think twice before dealing with this company, as they will go out of their way to claim money that does not belong to them. The legths this women goes through to get her claws on money from a contractual agreement which I terminated 2 years ago stunned me. If you want to save yourself from a huge headache DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM and avoid giving them any contact details whatsoever.

| Dazzling Brite has taken three unauthorised amounts from my debit card. I returned the product stating that I wanted to cancel the memebership, but the debits continued. I have rung the company but the lines are continually engaged. I have contacted Trading Standards at my local Council for advice. They stated that they will liaise with their Cheshire office, as Dazzling Brite has their 'premises' in this area. They are going to set up a surveillance on this so called premise, to ascertain what is actually trading from here. My bank has been very helpful and has advised me to contact their card services dept to request a 'stop' on any more payments, but this does not solve the issue of a refund of what has been paid, unauthorised, to date. Could you please advise?

| My sister 'won' a 'competition' for a day at Sapphire Studios in London plus one guest (me) to have a professional make over (hair and make up), free drinks, and a professional photoshoot. I didn't know before we went she was made to pay a deposit of almost £100.00 - she had called the studios several times before we went leaving messages saying she wanted to cancel the day and have a refund and could someone call her back, but no one ever bothered getting back to her. So she went through with it so as not to waste the deposit money they had already taken on her card.....
On arrival we were asked to give a list of names and numbers for friends we thought would enjoy the experience and they would be entered into a draw to 'win' the same 'prize'. However the studios have hassled ALL of my friends since, calling my Mum THREE times this afternoon alone despite her saying NO to them on the first call, and they have called another of my friends SIX TIMES TODAY!!! I've sent two emails complaining asking them to stop which have been ignored...
ALSO the only free drink I was given was a small cup of water (on the phone they offered my friend free champagne!!) and I am trained in make up - my make up artist was so bad she left black eye shadow all down my nose and I had to point it out at the end and ask her to remove it... she was moody and didn't listen to what I asked for and afterwards I ended up spending 40 mins in a toilet trying to rectify the mess she'd made of my face!! Between her and my hair dresser I was done in half an hour - whereas they spent and hour and a half on my sister!!? We were rushed through the actual photoshoot (it was 45 minutes out of the stated 4 hour experience!) and we were not offered to pick the sets as stated in the details my sister was given. Then we were taken into a room to view the 80 pictures taken and we were pressured for ages into spending £150 EACH along with the ridiculous deposit on top to have a few pictures on a disc!!!
I am so angry!!!
