expert logistics sent two men to install my new washing machine ,they came in was fiddling for a while like they don't know what to do but am not an expert but i have had washing machines fitted before usually not a long process .they fitted it in and left ,i decide to test my new washer put the clothes in and went up to my bedroom to relax after like 40 minutes i came down stairs i scream my head off the kitchen hall way my storage was flooded seriously ,i quickly told my son to bring the video recorder and we started recording it ,i called expert they are trying to say is not there fault ,we took the washer out and realised that the men accidentally turned on the hot water tap as we dont use it its always being switched off for years they turned it on as they were fiddling to fit the machine and left it on .i send them the full recording of the flooding only to get a reply from them stating they cant compensate me for all my kitchen ,floor ,hall way carpets nd my personal items that was damaged in the flood ..the recording shows fully the water gushing out of the pipe they left on .i am now looking to sue expert logistics for my damages .it took me 3 hours plus to clean all the water which has left me with a very bad back since then..this is not fair i want help to sue them .which company can help me to claim back my money pls on a no win no fee basis only .

we had an estimate to move to Spain from a removal company but when they were supposed to pick it up Simpsons turned up and said they were taking over. When they took our belongings away to their depot and when we arrived in Spain they phoned to say they wanted £1500 extra as there was alot more items than the other company said. After a lot of arguing they said if we didn't pay any more then we would only get the amount of our goods that we paid for so in the end we had to pay the extra to get our belongings back. But after their driver dropped our things off at our house in Spain from that day onwards we noticed things were missing over the next year. My father who lives in Swanscombe recived from a girl who works in a factory next door found our family photos which dumped in the rubbish outside Simpsons. This company is obviously got this scam going and will need to be reported so any one else who has experienced this please post your experience on here

I have not received a loan and they have taken 61 pounds out of my account, this was for my rent now I am struggling to to replace this. i had no warning they would be taking my money. I have emailed them several times and they now keep saying they are looking for a loan for me, they wont address the fact that i am skint and now struggling. can anyone advise on this please?

I entered into a debt management plan with these in August 2009, the first 2 months i paid £170 by debit card, this was for them to speak and deal with my creditors and to negotiate reduced payments. so then a standing order was set up for 27th of month. I received a payment advice letter like 2 weeks after i made the payment to them, and throughout my time with Chase, i have had many of my creditors calling me for non payment, or no communication from Chase at all!!! as one of the others said, 2 creditors stated they had not received any, but i still received the payment advice letter? i understand they have changed their name as well now, did they go bankrupt? i have heard from an ex employee of chase, that they stopped paying creditors for about 6 months!!! i have now cancelled my plan and contacted another company. I have also emailed the Financial Ombudsman regarding this company, I want my money back.

I have not made a claim, but want to name and shame this company. They fitted a new bathroom for me, which seemed fine at the time, apart from a blocked sink, which they kept promising to come and fix, but kept putting me off because of pressure of work.(August 2009) However in January 2010, my sewage drains overflowed into my back garden, with sewage everywhere. It turned out they had not disconnected the now redundant waste pipes from my old shower and bath, and all my cavity wall insulation leaked into the pipes and into my sewage system. After numerous phone calls to them, and 3 visits by them, they then claimed it was not their fault, which it was!!! and stopped returning my phone calls. In the end, a friend came and rodded my drains, and disconnected my sink, and unblocked it. The sink drain was full of grout and plaster from the work they had done. This company should be named and shamed.

I have been looking to join an escort agency for the last few months and after searching in the google engine i found www.fantasyintroductions.com, the business looked legit so i typed in a few details on the website. A couple of days later i recieved a phone call from a woman named Denise who wanted further details about me and also asked me to email some photos of myself so that they could upload them onto my profile on the website. Having done this i recieved another phone call from the same woman again asking for more details and to tell me about the business..she also told me that they dont start my profile until i have 2 guarenteed appointments and that she would contact me again once the appointments were sorted. I expected this to take maybe a week or so but i got another phone call just over an hour later saying that she had two appointments for me which were for 2 days later and for the following week..she then told me that to complete my registration i would have to pay an upfront fee of either £400 or £600 the £600 fee was supposedly the better option which enabled me to visit clients abroad. I chose the £400 fee and said i would pay it into there account later that day. Between the phone call and my time of going to the bank i recieved 2 or 3 more 'desperate' phone calls asking whether the money had been paid in, i did start to have my doubts but call me naive i still thought the company sounded legit so paid the amount. After doing this i called the company on a number that was given to me to confirm that the money had been paid in, when i rang i was put through to another woman and when i asked for Denise they said that she was away from her desk but they would get her to contact me when she was back. After a period of time i still hadnt heard anything so called them again 2 or 3 timesonly to get the same response that she was away from her desk and that she would contact me. A couple of days passed including the day of one of my appointments and i still hadnt heard anything. So i again called them but this time all i got was the phone ringing off the hook or a dial tone. I feel cheated

I paid 295 pounds start up fee to exclusive companions to become a male escort. The lady who dealt with me was called Lorraine. It seems this name was used with others who have been ripped off. I paid the money in to a barclays account and was told I would have a booking that night. I got a call an hour before the booking saying the client had to cancel. I was told not to worry as there would be plenty of other bookings for me. I kept ringing the company to no avail as no further contact with myself was made. I eventually got hold of someone and they gave me an internet password which showed my profile that potential clients could view. This gave me a glimer of hope however it was not long lived as I received no bookings and found it impossible to get through to the company again as the number just continupusly rang out! I am extremely upset and out of pocket and now the number is not recognised so I doubt I will ever see my money again! I hope this company is exposed and very much doubt I will see my hard earned cash again!!!

I am writing with great concern that my son and daughter in law have had to face shocking news the hotel you kindly booked them into repeatedly selling the hotel americas as fantastic was unfortunately not available due to you overbooking the rooms, how on earth can you do this to families who have saved all year for their holiday. it is nothing but disgusting to abuse peoples good nature whom put trust in your knowledge, skills and honesty. they did not get to bed until 02:30 due to your mis-management, what should have been an easy flight ho;iday destination turned out to be hell with over 40 couples all wanting a room to be informed none were available, it is so dishonest of your company. i am writing on their behalf as they have phoned me distrested state, they are going to reception americas, to report then to follow up complaint. your advisor D Barr really sold the holiday she is good, as stated, on your site as well, ' it is the best hotel with good reviews on trip advisor, you will wake up to the most spectatular view?, what an earth are you playing at all of these poor people having to start their holiday with so much disapointment not getting what you are led to believe you are, how unfair, i am unable to find the words to convey your dishonesty are their no geniune people around, does greed overcome simple respect for others! The site seemed genuine, claiming that they were able to provide regular work with no upront fees. I simply had to provide the briefest of details; hair colour, eye colour, build etc and they would be in touch. A few days later I received a text message and 2 emails detailing my first guaranteed booking - here's what they said; 19/07/10 Ref. QDESKJB Good Morning, Thank you for recently submitting your application to Dianes Dating as a professional Male Escort. We have gone through your application and have found that we will be able to match you immediately with a number of our clients and feel we would be able to supply you with a decent level of work, i.e. between 6 and 8 bookings per month. Hi, I had a missed call from a private number on 23rd July, then on 24th July, i answered the call to Private Number, she said her name was Amber from 24/7 Cashline and my loan had been approved. I had been applying for various loans, but dont remember contacting these people. She confirmed £1500 over 18months at £99 per month. She then transferred me to a man of Indian Nationality, who advised me i needed to pay £99 through momeygram at post office, and i would need to keep the receipt, as the person who would come to my door with the £1500 would need to see the receipt and picture id. I would then complete a d/d form for monthly payments starting in september. I was not sure about this, so said i would call them back, so i used the number she gave me 0203 3182698, the telephone was quite faint and alot of fuzziness, but it was the same people, she then said she needed to transfer me through to the same man. He ensured me this was not a scam, that they had various offices in different county's where he sends the sales people from. I agreed to pay £99 through Money gram to a New Delhi destination, plus i paid £4.99 fee. he phoned me afetr i had done this as promised for the reference number on the receipt, he said it has to definately be correct or i wouldnt receive my money. he then stated that the man would be at my doorstep at 12.30pm, 1 hour after paying the £99, so i sat at home, then at 12.28pm he rang me to say my home postcode was not valid, i explained it was a new build and that it is correct, it was like he didnt believe me. he then said he cant do anything about it as they stop working at 1pm on saturdays!!! and he would call me monday to get someone to my work with the money?? and he would call me between 9.30 and 10am, I wasnt expecting a call, however at 9.35am, i received a call on my mobile from the same man asking for my work address, i tried reading out my full address but all he wanted was number and postcode, so i have a feeling this address wont be valid either!! he said the sales person would be at my workplace at 11am, so we will see if he turns up, i think i have been ripped off and it is a scam, is it really that easy to get £1500 at your door?? well another guy has called me saying he will be at my workplace at 11am and asked if i had his £151 fee? i explained i had transferred £99, he said he wanted his fee, i knew i had been ripped off, and i want to warn people not to fall for it like i did, i am so fed up now, that i believed this guy, its disgusting that people are allowed to do this sort of thing!!!

I recently enrolled at an online university called RISE University. They are apparantly in UK and in USA. I paid 99 pound for enrollment and I had to pay another 2oo pounds for my materials (which is an online classroom). The website looks great and the materials are very professional. After I finished studying, I wrote the online test. When I got the results, the computer had changed some of my answers to different ones and marked them wrong. When I phoned them about it they said that the software sometimes does that and that they will correct it manually. This is however done on purpose, because on the website you can choose to redo the test for 480 pounds. I think they change your marks so you can get lower marks and pay to take the test again. They kept telling me they will fix it in 2 hours or tomorrow. This was about a month ago. They also told me to pay another 99 pounds to get my graduation pack including my certificate and my transcripts. I paid and they said I will receive in in 7 days. It is a month later and I haven't received anything. I have phoned them every single day just to get the phone put down when they here is it me calling. They told me that the university has existed for 10 years, but nowhere can I find anything about them on the internet. They also claim to be accredited by the International Accreditation Organization, but this is also not true. They also have an online chat. As soon as they see it is me chatting, they log off. The names of the two people who lied to me and stole my money is Chris Anderson from America and Ben Taylor from the UK. They have lied to me and took money from me for no reason and wasted my time I could have used to study something legit. Please someone help me.
