The lady i spoke to was called carol and the client i am supposed to be meetin monday now is called Kelly. i was told she is 31 and is going to pay £499 for my company for the evening. Monday is tomorrow so i will update as to what happens but it doesnt look good, does it? Well Monday came, and sure enough the meeting was cancelled due to the client having family trouble. It is now friday the 16th of july and no more news. BE WARNED!!!

This is just to state how Mudie-Bond and Smartabc have misrepresented the facts at the time of selling the Smartabc Franchises , both parties stated that there had only been 2 failures. The salesman for Mudie - Bond said that the Smartabc Franchise was a sound investment and that any body getting involved with them was going to make a good return on their investment, also at no time where other options mentioned about alternative van leases or purchase, this was a complete package, Franchise including Mercedes Van. At this time there were 15 failed Franchises with more struggling, I just want to point out to anyone considering investing in this Business , Do not, stay well clear, your chances of making the sort of money they quote is impossible, I do not know of one Franchisee that is making what you would call a " Good living " some are ticking over, most are like the now failed 33+ failed Franchisees and the 25+ struggling, Stay away, Smartabc will let you down.

Please. I implore all people out there who are looking for this kind of work to stay WELL away from companies who ask for upfront fees. None of them are genuine, even if you can't find anything online that says they are scammers, if they ask for any kind of money from you upfront, it's a trick, it's also illegal so no legit agency would operate like that anyway. And at the end of the day, you're trying to make money, not give it away. I did search for Sapphire European on this website and there's nothing on them, well let me be the first to name and shame these fraudsters before others make the same mistake i have. Stay away from them, and any other comapny who ask for "fees" beforehand. Stop and think, you don't know them, not met them apart from a fancy website you've no idea if they're genuine or not. Don't let them fool you, these people are good with their words, they'll dangle the bogus carrot of excellent earnings in your face and snatch it away the second you've given them your money. It's not hard to find a proper agency, any place that doesn't charge you money is genuine, it's all a question of whether they appeal to you or not. The real deal is never as glamourous as the scam sites make out.

I made the mistake of investing some compensation from a car accident into a smart abc franchise in may 2009, thinking that it would be a good way to provide a better life for my family, how wrong could i have been!! from the start you're just fed lies and false claims to try and get you to part with your money and sign into the contract. nick bicknell makes claims about working for defra, having an exclusive contract for the spectrometer, having had the paint scheme exclusively designed for smart abc and how it is years ahead of anyone else, typical earnings of over £90000pa, as much work as you can handle, affiliated with the british franchise association, full professional back-up and support, no failures. If the business is so good mr bicknell, why do you need to lie to get people to buy into it. i am now looking to take legal action against nick, ivan and john seddon from mudie bond because they all played a part in this fraudulent rip off. i would advise anyone looking at this company as a way forward to stay well clear, you'd be better off buying 20000 lottery tickets

the van was part of the smart abc franchise deal, at no point was i given the option of supplying my own van. mudie bond's slick little salesman john seddon assured me that if the franchise failed that my van would simply be sold on and i would have no financial penalties, he stated how good the earning potential was with smart abc and that no franchisee's had failed. how could the dealership not know about the failed franchisee's and reclaimed vans?. now i have mercedes benz financial services chasing me for payment. are mercedes vans so bad that they have to lie to try and get you to buy one? and other people have stated that mr seddon was also the salesman that supplied nick's franchisee's with vans in another more well known smart repair franchise, although i am still looking into this. mr seddon, just give me my money back!!!!!!

I have contacted the buyer over paypal and they refuse to refund me. I have not opened the remaining items and am asking for a full returns refund. We were all introduced to the Smart ABC Franchise and product during their open days where we were all sucked and drawn into the Smart ABC system and its amazing colour quick pro technique, state of the art system with fantastic colour match qualities second to none on the market specifically for Smart ABC personnel / Franchisees!, The spectrometer which is part of the colour match system was made out that it was specific to Smart ABC! “Which came at a price” And that individual franchisees could carry out customer jobs in 1 hr with body shop qualities! at Half or less than half the body shop price! (Mission Impossible!!!) I don’t know if any one has looked into the actual pricing of the spectrometer! I have been made aware by a smart ABC technician that he has located a Body shop Smart repair organisation who deal with the public and private sector of the smart repair market! That actually sell the spectrometer, the identical model and system! Only difference is! it does not bare the Crystal clear smart Label!!!!!!and comes at a price of £250.00 it even comes with the same carry case and calibration equipment! Obviously we all are aware that we didn’t pay that price and that we don’t actually have a actual price of the smart ABC spectrometer provided from smart ! But I am sure that every one was informed by the directors and management team at smart that it was or would cost each individual between £4,000 and £6,000 for there product!!!! Ripped of again!! How many more individuals are going to be put into a Financial Difficult and Embarrassing Predicament being sucked into failed organisation! especially when that they inform every one that they are joining a family who will provide individual help and assistance 24/7 with any issues whether problematic or financial they would help and contact individuals on a day to day basis! She gave me a website to go to but it was no longer availble for use. I called back several time and they are still charging my account and I haven't recieved any product. applied for application on the 6/7/2010 and was promised a job within 6 days i rang the company on the 13/7/2010 and they said that they had received payment of 55 pound via postal order. and would be sending me an ID card to start a job. wen i rang them today i was confronted by hostility and attitude towards myself after all they have my money now so why do they need to be nice to me. they said if you have a problem with your mail then to contact royal mail. and now they womt answer the phone to either : 01902 786 007 : 07908 196 384 : 075304901144 wonder why that is!!!!
