I made the mistake of investing some compensation from a car accident into a smart abc franchise in may 2009, thinking that it would be a good way to provide a better life for my family, how wrong could i have been!! from the start you're just fed lies and false claims to try and get you to part with your money and sign into the contract. nick bicknell makes claims about working for defra, having an exclusive contract for the spectrometer, having had the paint scheme exclusively designed for smart abc and how it is years ahead of anyone else, typical earnings of over £90000pa, as much work as you can handle, affiliated with the british franchise association, full professional back-up and support, no failures. If the business is so good mr bicknell, why do you need to lie to get people to buy into it. i am now looking to take legal action against nick, ivan and john seddon from mudie bond because they all played a part in this fraudulent rip off. i would advise anyone looking at this company as a way forward to stay well clear, you'd be better off buying 20000 lottery tickets

| the van was part of the smart abc franchise deal, at no point was i given the option of supplying my own van. mudie bond's slick little salesman john seddon assured me that if the franchise failed that my van would simply be sold on and i would have no financial penalties, he stated how good the earning potential was with smart abc and that no franchisee's had failed. how could the dealership not know about the failed franchisee's and reclaimed vans?. now i have mercedes benz financial services chasing me for payment. are mercedes vans so bad that they have to lie to try and get you to buy one? and other people have stated that mr seddon was also the salesman that supplied nick's franchisee's with vans in another more well known smart repair franchise, although i am still looking into this. mr seddon, just give me my money back!!!!!!

We were all introduced to the Smart ABC Franchise and product during their open days where we were all sucked and drawn into the Smart ABC system and its amazing colour quick pro technique, state of the art system with fantastic colour match qualities second to none on the market specifically for Smart ABC personnel / Franchisees!, The spectrometer which is part of the colour match system was made out that it was specific to Smart ABC! “Which came at a price” And that individual franchisees could carry out customer jobs in 1 hr with body shop qualities! at Half or less than half the body shop price! (Mission Impossible!!!)
I don’t know if any one has looked into the actual pricing of the spectrometer! I have been made aware by a smart ABC technician that he has located a Body shop Smart repair organisation who deal with the public and private sector of the smart repair market! That actually sell the spectrometer, the identical model and system! Only difference is! it does not bare the Crystal clear smart Label!!!!!!and comes at a price of £250.00 it even comes with the same carry case and calibration equipment! Obviously we all are aware that we didn’t pay that price and that we don’t actually have a actual price of the smart ABC spectrometer provided from smart ! But I am sure that every one was informed by the directors and management team at smart that it was or would cost each individual between £4,000 and £6,000 for there product!!!! Ripped of again!!
How many more individuals are going to be put into a Financial Difficult and Embarrassing Predicament being sucked into failed organisation! especially when that they inform every one that they are joining a family who will provide individual help and assistance 24/7 with any issues whether problematic or financial they would help and contact individuals on a day to day basis! This lasted 2 months with a call once a week to none at all!! I have worked night and day seven days a week to advertise and carry out open days to sell my product! And I have had no help from anyone at smart ABC! I have various smart repair companies in my area up to 12 and I have informed Smart and they do not want to know and are not interested in any problems that i have and it is my fault that I have no business !! all I here from smart is spend spend spend how can you spend when you are financially broke due to there so called business ethics. And they are asking for an extra £100.00 on top of there £345.00 management fee!!! Managing What precisely !!!!
The other factor is: mis sold contractual issues with Mercedes Benz (Mudi bond) totally ripped off!
I have nothing what shows or informs me what Mudi bond have provided with the van !! Nothing with Smart ABC Or Mudi Bond specifies individual itemized billing for ant part of the van Equipment Training nothing is documented !!!

signed up for trial period, informed my doctor about this and she advised me not to take due to medical problems.I called the company within the trial period and sent an email asking them not to send any more product and to cancel my subscription. I didn't getany more of the supplement and thought they had canceled. after gettng my checking account statement, I found that the company had infact taken out 3 more payments. dated 5-17-2010, 6-21-2010 and 7-12-2010 thes amount wre $87.47 each totaling $262.41.I called again and they hung up on me 2-15-2010 ,called bck a second time today and they said they could not give me my money, so I said send the 3 months worth of product, they hung up on me again...Please help, I work hard for my money and followed their requets to cancel, they saidthey would send me a cancellation noitice in email , but never got it.

I am happy to accept the Booking that has been assigned to me, but the contents of your email give me a little cause for concern.
I am unable to re-access the details I provided on Registration with your Agency, but feel absolutely certain that if Age was asked for, I gave an honest answer. My D.O.B. is 24/8/37. Although I am an extremely fit and able bodied person, my concern is whether the Client - who you state is in her late 20s - is aware of my Age. I would not like any embarrassment to be experienced from either side of the contractural arrangement. Hello Diane.........I must confess that I'm beginning to become a little edgy and concerned......am I the victim of a scam ?? I find myself asking myself. I have parted with £150, and to this point, no concrete evidence that I am going to get ANYTHING for my money.......I guess, with my first appointment scheduled for tomorrow evening, I expected to have heard the final arrangements and requirements by now, just in the event for example, I was required to be dressed in Tux ? maybe time needed to be 100% ready and prepared for any eventuality.

Following a website advertisement for Fat burn supplements. I decided to try a free sample of the product. I was only interested as I only had to pay for the shipping of the "Muscle Max XL " supplement pills a total of $3.87. There was no trial period that I had to sign up to, so I genuinely believed it was a good product and they were obviously a large company confident there product worked and they had repeat customers as a result of their free sample. I know companies offer free samples of their products to maximise their potential sales, so it did not appear unusual. I have never been scammed before so had no reason to disbelieve what I was agreeing too. Subsequently, I received an email on 02/07/2010 stating the order had been confirmed and that I did not have to reply to that email. The free sample didn't arrive and I thought no more of it until my wife realised that the Lean Body Burn company had taken a total of two transactions the 1st being for £2.58 ($3.87), which I did authorise. This also incurred an overseas charge of £1.25 which was not mentioned on their advert. The 2nd transaction which was a fraudulent transaction was on the 13th of May 2010 for £60.39 ($87.47) and another £1.25 overseas charge. I had not authorised this transaction, had not ordered anything and did not receive any goods. The persons involved in this unlawful scam need to be caught and I wish the appropriate law enforcement agency the best in bringing them to justice. I recently enrolled at an online university called RISE University. They are apparantly in UK and in USA. I paid 99 pound for enrollment and I had to pay another 2oo pounds for my materials (which is an online classroom). The website looks great and the materials are very professional. After I finished studying, I wrote the online test. When I got the results, the computer had changed some of my answers to different ones and marked them wrong. When I phoned them about it they said that the software sometimes does that and that they will correct it manually. This is however done on purpose, because on the website you can choose to redo the test for 480 pounds. I think they change your marks so you can get lower marks and pay to take the test again. They kept telling me they will fix it in 2 hours or tomorrow. This was about a month ago. It is a month later and I haven't received anything. I have phoned them every single day just to get the phone put down when they here is it me calling. They told me that the university has existed for 10 years, but nowhere can I find anything about them on the internet. They also claim to be accredited by the International Accreditation Organization, but this is also not true. They also have an online chat. As soon as they see it is me chatting, they log off. The names of the two people who lied to me and stole my money is Chris Anderson from America and Ben Taylor from the UK. The website is www.riseuniversity.com. 1-877-849-RISE (7473) 0800-635-RISE (7473) These are the two numbers given on the website. I have also emailed them probably about 20 times and had no reply. I was looking on google to book my theory test and the first one that came up was THEORYTEST.NET so i click on it and gave them all my detail thinking it was the right site to be booking it on they took a payment of £51 of me!! i was talking to friends about how much it had cost me and they said it should not of been that much it should of been £31 so i cheaked on DIRECTGOV and it was ment to be £31 so i emailed the company and i have not heard anything back from them im so mad that they are allowed to do this to people i wont be able to get that money back its shameful something needs to be done about this company
