I was contacted by LEC it appears in the same way as all others here. 21 days free advertising they would phone me back.I phoned them back three times each time I was told the advertising team are busy buit they would get someone to phone me back. The call never arrived.As I was concerned I went to the bank and they put a stop on my card. I then had letters going back and forth until they sent a court demand as a result I paid up (what a plonker).As with others I was led through an on line form and when I asked questions was told not to worry it was just for the 21 days free trail they would contact me to see if I should want to continue with my advert.I would be ready and very willing to work together with anyone wanting to put in a claim against this company.Please contact me 01726 815337 Steve all the best | |||||||||

I bought part from them through 24/7 parts. Paid them money 45 pound . They sent faulty part, I called them and asked for replacement ,they never sent replacement. when i called again after couple of days to ask for refund the person over the phone was quite abusive, threating behavior and shoting.
just waste of time, non sense and toatl fraud.
Keep in mind they use different name to do this dodgy business

i spoke to a lady called kim who had assured their was a booking fee paid by "george" who would pay me to take me to dinner -- this was a non sexual date. I had to pay the registration fee of £225 before they released the info to me. I paid it into a Halifax account S L Howell account number 00371244 sort code 11-13-17, surely the bulding societies can also do something as they are also using the account fraudulently. Well "george" never rang me once I had paid the money. I tried to ring office , it went to a answer machine which is a box number, I also tried the 0831 no which just rang and went dead. This is a complete scam, they are getting people to pay for registration but there are no jobs. There is no office we can visit and no address. THIS IS FRAUD. Also I am sure the TAXMAN doesnt know about this. All transactions are cash. Their other site is adultjobsuk.com its the same people. They have to be caught and stopped now. I have also reported them to GUMTREE ----- NOW . I am also goingt o send email to Donal McIntyre to investigate. | |||||||||

Applied for a loan through comparison website, had a call told loan had been approved and documentation would be with me with 2 days & funds 7-10 days. All I had to do was pay the £59 administration fee. Few days later had letter from Ralph Marlon Ltd (they had been instructed by Wentworth) asking me to fill in an application form & they would pass my details to possible lenders. In other words no loan had been approved & I had paid wentworth for nothing. Depsite numerous calls have been unable to contact Wentworth. | |||||||||

| Similar story to some of the other claims. Was rang by Capital returns ltd and promised that they could get my credit cards wiped for a fee of £995. I reluctantly paid this and followed instructions as requested but have not heard anything from them or the partner company who said they were dealing with the claim, CLS, since. I have tried contacting both companies but with no success. Am struggling financially to keep up with credit card repayments now because of this and want my money back and this company punished! Anybody know how to get compensation, please, please contact me!

| i have domestic emergency cover with barclays,claimed on 8/7/2010 and have been left without essential services since that date.following numerous calls about what is covered the policy document clearly states and i quote"plumbing problems due to leaking pipes" no mention of lead ,copper or any other make ,but does specify plastic,had an engineer who left my property with a floorboard up as you open the front door and no essential service eg water,o0r hot water which rendered the combi boiler u/s therefore again another qualifying point in the what is covered printed policy document which is avaliable online through google,4 days later after 2 of the hottest days in 70 years im left with no water,a ruined kitchen,no toilet,after 25 years of paying for this service.

I dont understand how they have managed a Consumer Credit Licence and to set up again at the same office, it shows that this country has too many loopholes for such scams to exist and sett up again in different names. Mr Irfan Nasrullah, Mr Zeeshan Nasrullah and Mr Noman Nasrullah should be made accountable for customer complaints and false promises. I find it interesting how they create a company name that sounds trustable with no link to it being run by pakistani scammers

My story is the same as many others I have seen on this site. I was intrigued by a story about a woman who couldn't afford the price of teeth whitening at the dentist so, she sent off for trial offers from two websites. These websites were www.staywhiteforever.com and www.myeverwhitekit.com, I am on disability so this sounded like a good deal for me. I was going to attend my daughter's in a couple of weeks.
I received a whitening system called Vivid White Smile. When they deducted $88.17 from my account I figured I would use the kit and just accept that I had been scammed. But now they have taken another $88.17 from my account, not even a month later. The first was on 6/19/10 and another on 7/10/10. I just found out about the second deduction, so as soon as the bank opens on Monday I will be canceling my account and applying for a new debit card. I am so angry!! The way they baited you with the woman's story made it seem legitimate, now I am even hesitant to use this site. Please stop these people!!

booked a holiday to turkey with ola holidays... charged it to credit card... thinking i had more credit than i actually did! ola sent me an email saying there was a problem with the card & to send an email to them, before confirmation email, so i sent them an email straight away, to say cancel the order... i thought it was all done with... then on the ist of july, i got another email with all details of hotel, transfers etc, adding up to £566, but no flights... they took the money from the credit card after i said to cancel it. can they do this... i am apalled by this... i have since looked at reviews of this company & everyone said ''DO NOT BOOK WITH OLA HOLIDAYS''.... there were complaints of people paying for transfers & when they got to airports abroad they werent allowed to use the vouchers for transfers provided by ola, if customers had a complaint, they were being dealt with rudely... asked to complain by email...& post etc..this was supposed to be a surprise holiday for my husbands 50th birthday... i'm so upset... i dare not phone them. | |||||||||

i made a phone call they offered me £10,000 after apparently doing a credit check they then guarenteed that it would be in my bank within 2 days after paying a brokers fee which i stupidly trusted and paid, two weeks later still no sign of money or any phone calls contacted them on several occasions all phone calls had different excuses, they then eventually sent me a form to sign which gave them permission to view my credit file, i had to fax this to them which i have now done twice and still no reply phoned them a couple of times to get my brokers fee which they said i cannot get back and to fax credit form again which after doing twice didnt see any point woman on the phone very snotty and not willing to help, have now been advised by another company to write to them requesting my money back and send recorded delivery to be sure they have recieved it. this also happened to my friend who contacted them, she did not know it was the same company i had used but told them what happened to me, the woman on the phone sounded shocked and said they werent allowed to do this but when my friend found out it was the same company i had used she told the woman when she phoned back to get the brokers fee it was her company, she then ended the call by putting the phone down on my friend, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE A SCAM AND VERY GOOD AT SOUNDING PROFESSIONAL UNTIL THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEN THEY CHANGE!!

I feel like almost copying and pasting every statement. The very same is happening every day it would seem!! They should be behind bars for receiving monies by deceit. I am thinking I am gonna go to the National Press but would like it very much if you guys, also stung by these con people, would be there in force with me. I can not promise we will get our money back but we would feel better knowing they can not do it to other people and that they are behind bars. Please, please contact me. They have to be stopped!! I have some very important details and I was thinking of a certain paper that has a very good investigation team. I think they would love our stories and perhaps would help us in the investigations and to kind of put it out there. I never really looked into it before I knew it was definitely a con, as none of you obviously did!! I only found this site when it was too late!! I did however ask directly how I would know whether the appointment would show and pay, AKA Brooke was sooooo nice and reassuring, she must have fell off her seat after with laughter at how accepting I was!! Well DARLING, which she had a habit of calling me, I hope she has a long time to think about all the people she duped whilst spending a bit of time in the slammer!! Also she answered the phone when I called to say the bloke had not phoned, but she changed her name then, but hey I knew it was her, it was when she said Bye DARLING, I kinda knew then. Home Depot sole me a power washer which has never worked properly.
I called the Huskey/Home Depot Customer Service number 1-888-550-1606

They spend the first 2 minutes telling you that you can go on the web site, which, if I had wanted to, I could have already done. What a waste of time. They tell you to push #1 for a "representative"..what follows is the usual farce that "all representatives are busy", "stay on the line" "try our web site, just repepating and repeating.
I doubt they even have a phone representative. It's a farce.
I went on their web site, which is also a farce. It has "live chat" however the "live chat" was not available. I left a message.
They say you might get a response in about four days ( if you are lucky).
The power washer has never worked properly and loses pressure. It is a model 1750. I bought it some time ago. I finally got really fed up with it and tried to get info today, with the above result.
This is typical of Home Depot. I previously bought a chain saw there and they wouldnt do anything about the defect. I had to go directly to the manufacturer, after Home Depot made a farce of taking the chain saw then returning it saying "they can't repair it". Later, dealing directly with the manufacturer got me a new unit. Home Depot does nothing for its customers.
Getting back to the Huskey power washed. I paid about $350. for it and it never worked properly. I want a refund. It is Made in Italy per the label. It should have stayed in Italy. It works like the Italian Navy of WW II!!!

| Thanks everyone who has posted their stories on this site. It has helped me greatly, and luckily thanks to you all, I did not lose a large amount of money to ADORABELLES!!! A woman from ADORABELLES called me this morning saying there has been a booking for next week and sounded really convinving. I then told her that I had to do some checks before going ahead. I asked her for the company's registered address and number (which should be avail on Companies House) and she wouldn't tell me, saying that I had to be registered first and for 'CODE OF PRACTICE' reasons. I told here there is no such a thing, as the information should be avail to the public anyway if it was a legit company. I then kept questioning about the legitimacy of ADORABELLES, and asked for her name, she then freaked out and put the phone down! I'm now just wondering how many others are being conned by this crooks!!

Got an online quote 2 days ago from reconditioned-engines for £1495 to fully recondition an engine in my Vauxhall Vectra 2006 CDTI.It was driving but had bad oil leak and thought quote was reasonable and more reasonable than arranging fixing locally.Spoke to Gary who said they charge £200 to collect the car and collection was arranged for the next day.I have the tow vehicles reg no.Today hubby got a call asking for a further £500!Hubby refused saying they priced to do a full engine recondition and weren't getting anything more than the £1495 and £200 agreed.Then followed lots of abusive calls.I decided to call to calm the waters as I wanted the car back and was prepared to pay the collection cost plus reasonable amount for 'diagnosis'and was put through to Paul Thatcher.He,from the start,was extremely threatening,abusive.The usual,"I have been in prison and will slice your husband up!Use a shotgun on him!Cripple him for fxxxxing life blah blah blah.When I reminded him that he was acting very childish and very brave for a company that surround themselves with high fencing,he threatening to "blow my fxxxxing arms off!rape me and my daughter etc etc etc!!! He has said the bill is now £800 and growing every day and I will not get my car back.My daughter then called and was told the bill is now £977 and growing £10 a day and on 13 August the car will be scrapped.Trading Standards have been informed and have agreed to investigate.The police are paying me a vist and I do not intend to let this matter drop.Contact me on eil22hp64@aol.com and lets see what we can do to stop this happening to even more people.Oh and Mr brave Paul Thatcher was now in Marbella and I couldn't possibly have been speaking to him on the phone!Ha is the another attempt to let me think gangland???Oh and he also said his member of staff has recently been released from a murder sentence.How totally pathetic.Should prove interesting as my call and my daughters call are fully recorded!Who will be sorry now? | For the last 11 months I have been trying to get back the credits I was promised. But instead all I get are responses like "We've checked with our billing department and they say that the proper credits were given and your account with us is closed", or "We apologize for any problems and I'll look to resolve this matter soon. Please do not hesitate to email me." I have asked for phone numbers, supervisors, dates the alleged credits were given; but nothing but the same lies. I sent back the products they asked for with the proof of mailing--to China, however the only credits I received were for the online subscriptions they offered.
Below are the orginal payments which I've been asking for over the last 11 months. Mind you, I'm assuming that these are partner companies.

| Looking for a lacoste t-shirt online when this company came up as a link so i went on to it. I knew the goods were coming from abroad and was prepared to wait for the t-shirt. £30 seemed very reasonable. It was the incorrect size when it arrived and it was fake and from Thailand. The postage was £17 for the supplier which made me realise it was fake before i even opened it. Will think twice about ordering goods online from now on. Ripped off. Graham Morbin.
