I have joined Promails approx 4 months ago. Since then I`ve been reading all emails sent to. I have reached minimum payout in October 2009 but when I request payout it gives me "You did not receive the minimum amount required for payout". I carried on with the PRT site. Now I have reached $25000.00 and the same response comes up when I request payment. I have been in contact with Promails & received an email that I must wait 30 days for payment. I`ve waited since October & we are now in December 2009.I need help please.

I ordered 1 Months worth of Acaiburn Weight Loss Tablets (which they said it lasts a month)and it cost me £9.56 and if I wanted to cancel any subscriptions to cancel within 15 days......which I did. I recently checked my account and they have taken £55.47 out.... for what?????
I have been on the internet to try and find a phone number or address and - surprise surprise they is no trace of these anymore.
I have done what they said and cancelled it but they still took my money so I would like a refund or some info of how i can get this money back?

I ordered Smart Smoker on November 17th 2009. It has taken over three weeks to get to me. The first few times I called they told me that I should get it any day. I ask them if there where going to be any extra charges and all they told me was they would extend my trial period. Which was by a couple of days; for a product that I haven't even recieved yet. Before my added trail time, I finally made up my mind that I should go ahead and cancel the order. Previous to attempting to cancel my order they told me that there wasn't anything they could do until I got my kit. The next person I talk to, Christopher, told me that the kit did not have to be post marked or back at the company; all I had to do was to call in and they would cancel my order. Well, I did call back and when I did the woman told me that there wasn't anything that she could do. My second trial time came on December the 7th and I have been trying for days now to just get in touch with someone, because an extra $99.99 has been charged to my account.
If there is anybody that can do anything about this, please let me know. I just want my money back and I would like to help others avoid this particular company of crooks. I would love to see this company go down. | |||||||||

| My debit card was charged for that due amount by a company in which I never received any items for. I've made a request for the company to stop billing my debit card via email but nothing seems to happen. Honestly this is causing me a lot of problem since I'm just an international student and I rather not have any such scams on my account sheet.

i did not authorize this purchase. I did not even know it happen until $86.93 came out of my account. Right now another $86.93 is pending on my account but i'm making sure it is not going anywhere.

I ordered a free premium white stick. I was to pay shipping only .That was 2 weeks ago. Today when I checked my visa I was billed $97.21.I did not buy anything nor did I give authorization for my visa tobe billed for anything. I am being charged a total $173.86 for two cases ($86.93 each) of dental equipment/toothpaste from the Sup*Smile Bright company that I have not even ordered.
3-4 months ago I had ordered a free trial of Dazzle white but declined any additional offer that makes me liable to pay anything beyond the $1.99 that they charged for shipping the trial product.
Today I noticed that my account has been charged on two occasions dated 12/07 & 12/11 with amounts of 86.93 each totaling $173.86.
I want to know why am I being charged for something I have not even ordered and have no intention of ordering.

| I ordered the AcaiBerry Slim Trial pills. I recieved the pills about a week later. I am in college and try very hard to budget so i check my online accounts every other day. I noticed a charge of $86.93!!!!! I just deposited $100 dollars and did not spend ANY OF IT!!!!!!!!! I needed this money to go back home when the dorms close. I know now to be careful. I was too trusting, only because I heard about AcaiBerry and thought it would be legit. I really needed that money. I hope everyone else will be cautious.

| I ordered 1 FREE 60 tablet bottle of AcaiBurn Supplement and paid the shipping and handling charges using my Visa card. I received the product ,but did not open it. On December 11, 2009 I checked my Bank account and discovered that it had been debited for $86.93. I tried to contact the company that debited the account using a phone numbner supplied by my bank, but Google could not find such a 877 number. I have not been able to find an address for them. Also I tried to call the phone number ,but there was no answer. Now it appears that I have bneen scamed out of $86.93 and maybee addditional funds because of additional debits of the account. Someone needs to put these low lifes out of business and force them to refgund my money. I am willing to return their product in return for a refund of my funds.

Tried out the sample offer for "ultifreshwell" and thought I avoided any hidden conditions.
Also received a follow up call from company wherein I stated that I wasn't interested in anything other than the sample. Three weeks later I have a charge appearing from "SUP*SMILEBRIGHT" for $86.93 on my card which I have disputed and expect to be credited. Watch out for this rip off site!!!

After seeing a free trail for teeth whitening i had a go and they wanted £7 odd for shipping and handling - which i fort ok, it said it would delivered on the 26th NOV and it still hasnt come - now they have took £55.12 out of my bank when i never allowed them to do so, my bn wont stop them now andthey charged me anther £55 :( i have no xmas money now! | |||||||||

I ordered 15 day free trial acaiberry detox on 25.10.2009 which arrived on 3.11.2009 and invoiced on 11.11.2009 @ £74.02. This was not a 15 day trial and a further lot arrived 2 weeks later invoiced once again @ £73.83 from a different company. There appears to be at least 6 different companies operating under the same banner. The write up also states fully guaranteed but the company will not refund the money even though the goods are useless. They will not accept a return as they are only taking orders and will not give an address. I was given an e-mail no. Reply states must talk to their service department on 08082389891. They put the phone down on me twice. Do not want to know. I have had £147.85 taken out of my account for useless goods not requested which the company will not accept back for a credit even though advert states different.
I have written to various so called company directors at 6 different companies all under the banner of trading planet but completly ignored
IT IS A BIG SCAM
