I like many others took up the 14 day free trial giving my card details for post and packing. I then discovered that despie cancelling any further supplies they have taken £57.20 from card. The card company treat you like an imbecile for orderering online I thought that was part of having a credit card.
It is time people were made aware of the way this company operates and a stop put to it.

In 2005 Apollo windows (registered company name Apollo Construction (Nottingham) Ltd) replaced a large bay window at our property. Their workmanship subsequently caused structural damage to the building.
We took them to the small claims court, and finally, in Oct 2009 had a judgement made in our favour. Throughout the process Apollo failed to comply with instructions and orders from the Court. The court order demanded that Apollo must pay us £5213.06.
We have received nothing and now discover that the registered company, Apollo Construction (Nottingham)Ltd have been 'struck off and dissolved' by companies house. They do however continue to trade under the name of Apollo windows, this time using a registered company name of 'The Window Depot'. They have the same directors and operate from the same address in Nottingahm.
We understand that the directors have committed an offense by not declaring us as interested parties in the dissolution. We cannot afford to apply for a court order to have the company restored, so we can enforce the claim and it is likely there would be no assets to enforce our claim against anyway.
I don't believe we will ever get our compensation from this bunch of cowboys. I want to make their antics as public as possible however. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

i saw the advert on internet of the i c s company and someone from international companion services contact me called danniella. i thought it would be a good company because i wanted to buy my husband a new car in november. the £200 i paid was the money to pay for my bills so i thought if i pay that, i would make alot more money. danniella said what i could do is pay 200 pounds and when i meet the client on fri, i could pay the other 195 on sat morning. she even gaved me her bank details so i went on tuesday 8 june 2010 and payed it in halifax bank elland and iv got the reciept. i bought myself all new clothes, had my hair done and i got ready for friday and nothing come of it, no phone calls from company or nothing. iv tried umpteen times to phone them but its an answeer machine. i have been stupid and is there anyway you can help please or is there other people out there been conned by this service. all i want is my money bank. please help. thankyou.

I now make this statment that over 33 franchisees have ceased trading, 28 are seriousley struggling, some have debt collecting agencies chasing them and others have had to declare themselves bankrupt, and most are left with additional debts of about £10000 for a van that John Seddon leased them at Mudie Bond, i have the evidence to back this up,...Mr Bicknell you have withheld certain facts about your business, facts that are very important when one is trying to make a dicision on the purchase of a franchise. if someone had said to me that there is a 70% chance that your business is going to fail then i would never of bought a franchise and that is fact !!.....your failure rate is 70%....so mr Bicknell no more hiding behind made up names, if you want people to beleave what you are saying then comment on the above and only the above and put your name to it!!

I have been dealing with church wood since january 2010.Kennieth willians the supervisior ,promised i would have nothing to worry about they would deal with it.THe phone calls from crediters would stop.Nothing has stopped i paided 450pounds for nothing for all this paper work to to go to my crediters with agreed pay payment plan.Not one of my crediters know anything about an agreement.
And when you ring churchwood they just lie there way through the call,know one knows what going on.I think this company should be closed down .i am now dealing with the cccs and hopfully i will get some where.But one thing i have learnt ,i will never again go down this road again once my debt is paid.i am going to owe nothing to know one.

He also told me that he use to do this for another Smart Repair Company and that the guys there were all very successful and made alot of money and that i should not worry about it, he said that i would very successful and that i would also make alot of money to, i felt that because Mudie Bond (mercedes benz) was prepared to put there name to a product like smartabc, then smartabc must be telling the truth. But now i know nearly everything smartabc said was lies. John Seddon with all the years experience that he claimed to have had, never at any time mentioned that some people failed or what percentage of failure existed, but he was quite happy to say that everyone was very successful, he lied to me, and conned me into buying a Mercedes Vito 109, if he had been truthful, then i would never have entered into any such van purchase, i want all my money back that i have paid todate................

This auction gave false online information for the car and after the sale I was told that according to their Terms and Conditions neither the auction or the seller are responsible for the description of the cars they selling. This is unbelievable for 21th century Britain. More details: On 5th May 2010 I bought an Audi A6 from Copart UK (Who sell damaged cars) on their Sandtoft auction.I paid £7717.25. It was clearly advertised as Category D and also stated as Category D on the Reciept. When I tried to register the car DVLA told me that I needed a VIC check for this car so obviously the car is Category C and was advertised incorrectly on the auction website. Insurance companies categorising damaged cars in 4 categories - A, B, C & D. Category A - for scrap only, Category B - for spare parts, Category C - damage repairable in need of Vehicle Identity Check before Registration document can be obtained and log book states that car was substantially damaged and repaired and Category D – Damaged and repairable. After nearly 2 weeks and several calls and e -mails on Friday 28th May Mr Dean Parkinson, manager, phoned me and offered me “financial incentive” to keep the car as a Category C. He didn t mention any figure but I refused anyway as I don t want a Category C car. He told to me not to do anything with the car and give him a week and contact him then if we hadn t heard anything. On Tuesday 8th June Copart e mailed me and told me that In view of Terms of sale the sale is final and the matter closed. The say I have to check the car information myself, but in order to do that I need the car registration, which is hidden in the web page. Why did he offer me a "financial incentive" to keep the car and when I refused told me to do nothing with the car until the matter was solved? On 6th of july I sold the car unrepaired with the right category C in Chester branch of Copart for £5875.56. So my lost is £1841.69. I then I got a call this morning saying that the booking cancel cause of the clients mother taking ill and no cancellation fee in place in case it puts others out of pocket. Then I call them back later friday really pissed and demanding my money back because they did not live up to their end of the bargain. Then their story changes to they have lived up to their end of the bargain wish is to market me on their website only. That what i paid £345 for, so why was there a difference in fees for international clients than those in England when isn't the internet access global. Then I also had deposit the money under a different company name Advertising Angel Ltd at Barclays bank. Account : 43834395 Sort code: 20- 85- 73
I need to talk to Barclays about how a scam company can be operating using a business bank account there and what checks do they do to prevent frauding companies from operating within their bank. Bringing shame or a bad name to their bank
There was clearly no meeting of the mind on this,so the contract should have become void- then their terms and conditions is ambiguous and when they explain it in the sells pitch is very different then after they make the sale For they are no longer an agency but only a hosting website for your profile once they have collected your money and then their job is down.
I have entered into this under-false pretense.
I never signed or received any contract i just went with her explanation of the everything it was a verbal agreement which difference from their term and condition which they are trying to in-force as their contract. Because my understanding of a legal contract is there should be A) offer - b) agreement/consideration then c ) acceptance so clearly there is no agreement on what was being offer- or no meeting of the minds.
You click the term and conditions only when you requested more details or info from them but their trying to hold it against like you have already accepted / bond into a contract with them -what a bunch of criminal.
Please learn from my mistake do not give them any of your money.

| This company ripped me off US$ 814.12 for a free trial product costing Euros 6.00. I don't understand how in the world could they do such thing when it was clear that what I purchased in their system was only 6Euros. I want my money reimbursed. Please let me know how can I directly file a claim or complaint against the company for this illegal activity they practice to steal money from the people who purchase products over the internet.

| i applied for a £1000 loan last year phoned up the credit people , told them a few details and they said my loan was accepted so i paid the £49.50 admin fee. and it would be in my bank in 5 days. i asked if it was definitly going to be in there and they said yes defintly. so five days go by check my bank account and suprise suprise its not in there. so i phoned them back and they sent me another loan broker who could help me. which was cash finance direct. to cut a long story short they couldnot help me and neither could the other 5 companies they sent me through the post. i asked for a refund as its clear im not going to get a loan even though they said i would. they said that i am not intitled for a refund as i gave the wrong details when i applied for the loan , which i didnt. they were so rude on the phone and their customer service skills are rubbish. then the idiots asked me to send a copy of my credit files so they could help me get a loan sent them and still have not got a refund 11 months down the line. i sent loads of letter made numerous phone calls and still no refund. these people are con artists and from what i hear they tell people the same thing and no one gets a loan. do not trust theses idiots they will not give u a loan and they can not be trusted. i live in hope we will get our refund as i have reported them to trading standards , any one in the same situation i advise you do the same, these people need to be stopped and they need to be named and shamed.
