i have an iphone which was locked,i found a web site called iphoneunlockuk.com which claims to unlock any iphone on any network,%100 garantee or your money back. needless to say it didnt work! I sent them several emails before they got back to me,and they told me to try certain things,which i did and it still didnt work.i have emailed them several more times and they just totaly ignore them,i have had no reply,i have told them i either want my money back or a solution to unlocking the phone. The site has no address for you to write to them and the phone numbers they provide never get answered.do not use this website,they are quick to take your money,but help and support are non excistant!!! | |||||||||

My partner and I joined " Never be Lonely" and were told straight away there was a joint escort job for us " Wine tasting " with George and carol.
We were asked to pay the registration fee which we could not afford so were told that we could just pay the insurance fee of £150 . 00 each. This had to be paid into an account at the bank as they did not accept cards. Account holder ... Mr A Sutcliffe!
We rang on the morning of the work to be told that everththing was ok and going ahead.
We arrived at 6.45 for the wine tasting that was to last 2 hours with the possibility of an extra 2 hours havinga meal with the clients.
On arriving we were told by reception that no such George and Carol were booked in nor were we.
I rang Never be Lonely only to be told to go and find a pub and have a drink and she would ring me back...... that was the last we heard !!!!!
we have now contacted consumer direct who are going to investigate. We are also contacting the police and will fight to the end for our money back.

| I have booked a flight ticket (Moscow Bucharest) on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 11:58:05 BST and because of technical problems, after 3 hours and a half I received an email from eDreams-Ms Monika Tothova on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 3:24:20 PM saying that I have not been charged for the booking and that I could book a new flight ticket since there is not charge for my previous reservation. I booked a new ticket with another airline company and today, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 7: 22 am I have received two tickets- the second flight plus the first one as well. Yet I have been told that the initial transaction has not been charged. Therefore, I demand a full refund from eDreams because, since Ms Monika Tothova mentioned the technical issues and that no reservation has been taken into account, I booked another ticket from a distinct airline company. If it is necessary, I have as proof the emails that I received from Ms Monika Tothova, mentioning the fact that there were no charges for my reservation. | |||||||||

| I wanted to earn some extra cash and contacted this company via an ad in the Daily Sport. They asked for £350 as a management fee. They then contacted me to advise there was a production for me with 2 ladies but I had to pay £1200 as a retainer which was refundable on the day of shooting plus a fee of £5,600 fot participating. Since then I have been told the shoot has been postponed on several occassions so they offered me other work for a further £600 which I declined, this is obviously a scam and I am not very happy.

I ordered a fishing seat, advertised in a major fishing paper over several months, as an Aluminium chair with arms. along with a pair of boots, these arrived , but on getting them home, I found the chair to be 97% steel, meaning it was heavy, (I am 62, and have heart disease, and diabetes, so weight was a factor on choice.
I called the company up, and at first the "Manager" Carl said it was Aluminium ? then after going off, came back and said sorry, it was a mistake!!!. I asked them to collect it as it was not as I wanted or discribed, and was told that I would have to post it back, and then they would re imburse me . I said that was not satisfactory, and asked for a senior person to call me and gave my work tel number as they would not call my mobile, I had no phone call.

I foolishly was taken in when cold called by Kerobo claims , and was told that they could clear my Barclaycard debt within 3 months (I wish i listened to my inner self ) if it is too good to be true it probably is .
I paid their fees , and that was 5 months ago , I wish I had seen this site before I sold my sole to Kerobo , I shall be looking into reporting them to the Ministry of Justice if after ONE call from Kerobo where I was told that within 3 weeks I should have my claim resolved

| Lion Resorts is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The staff were rude, patronising, unhelpful and completely ruined our holiday, which was our wedding and honeymoon. The Capital Coast Hotel and Spa itself was lovely, nice clean rooms with good facilities, although not the facilities Lion Resorts had promised us when we booked. We decided to get married in Cyprus and arranged for us and our 25 guests to stay in the hotel. From the moment we arrived, Lion Resorts treated us appallingly, refusing to help us with anything from carrying our luggage up flights of stairs (as there was no lift to the floor we were staying on and my finance has a bad back), to not giving us a list of the room numbers our guests would be staying in. We were there for a week before our guests were due to arrive, but unfortunately, due to the volcanic ash cloud, they never made it. We decided to move the wedding to later in the year and asked Lion Resorts if they could either move the booking for us or give us a full or partial refund, which we would use to rebook. They wouldn’t do either. One of our guests did make it to Cyprus and we asked if he could be put in the best of the rooms we had booked, but they would only give us the key to the small apartment he was booked into. So Lion Resorts refused to let us have the keys, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for all of the rooms ourselves and they also refused to refund us for the rooms they wouldn’t let us use. This seemed very unfair, and when we asked to speak to a Director they again refused, saying the Directors didn’t want to speak to us and had nothing more to say. Lion Resorts caused me so much pain and grief, far more than the ash cloud, at a time when a little bit of sympathy would have gone a long way.

| On a series of flights from Manchester UK/Amsterdam NL/Detroit USA/ Las Vegas USA my baggage was lost. Delta insist that you physically send them the claim forms and accompanying documents.
This I did on 6th April 2010. Delta (very conveniently) say they never received them. I emailed scanned copies of the documents, and after several weeks of acknowledging receipt of my e-mail, I was told they cannot accept emailed claims. Eventually I sent a third set of copies by DHL Courier, which they cannot deny receiving.
They are now only starting the processing of my claim, 10 weeks after the incident and say it will take 10 - 12 weeks to process, by which time my bag will have been missing for 22 weeks!!
I need the baggage and its contents replacing and cannot aford to wait another 3 months | |||||||||

Basically to make a long story short. I ordered a free teeth whitening kits and only paid for the shipping and handling. The product did not work and actually damaged my gums severely. a Month later I notice the same company had charged me just over $61 pounds for nothing, recieved no product. that was the last of my money for food for the month of june. I have three kids to feed and now no money to do it. I am disgusted in myself for actually trusting human kind. I will never do that again. Can anyone help me? I don't know what to do to stop this happening to me again or to anyone else. In their adverts on Face book they are targeting woman with their add. Vulnerable woman and it needs to stop. | As is with a lot of people on here, I seem to have been ripped off\scammed by this company. I ordered a free trial, which was paid for and the product received (although this only gave me the smallest tube in history). I then discovered payments of around £80 per month, for the last 2 months being taken out of my account!! Apparently I have signed up to their monthly subscription!! I was not aware of any of this when I ordered the product and certainly they did not state when I received a telephone call from them - asking for money as apparently my debit card couldnt be used. I never thought anything of it as the free trial fee wasn't that much to worry about. It was only when I noticed nearly £80 per month coming out of my account that I was alarmed. I have tried to reply to their email confirmation but this cannot be done - it will not accept my email!! I cannot get hold of them by phone as after reading comments on here, I refuse to call the USA and waste even more money!
My bank cannot even stop the monies coming out of my account as it is a card payment and not a direct debit!!
So I am in a position where I cannot do anything now and am absolutely fuming that companies can get away with broad-daylight-fraud - which is exactly what it is. How much money are they actually making on people by doing this. They should be shut down and banged in jail for their actions.
I would like a refund of the monies that they have paid - it is ridiculous having to pay £180 for the tiniest tube of toothpaste - I could have full laser treatment for that and it would work better! This is a complete scan and rip off. I have been charged over £80 in my account for being overdrawn because of them, so in essence I have been charged over £200 overall.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THE AGREEMENT CANCELLING. IT IS A SHAME WHEN SOMEBODY HAS TO CLOSE A WHOLE BANK ACCOUNT DOWN BECAUSE OF THESE IDIOTS.

As suggested, now we have Smart ABC's attention (not an easy thing to do when you are a struggling franchisee), we should have a meeting. After all, one of Smart's broken promises in our contracts was to have an anual network meeting with all franchisees invited. I really can't say I'm suprised they never had one, the last thing Smart wants is all those people they deceived coming together under one roof. Then they wouldn't be able to tell you that you are the only one failing, and everyone else is doing brilliantly. Smart should invite all current Franchisee's along as well as the ex-franchisee's. To kick-off, I'd like to see the following items on the Agenda:
1 - Smart MD's son-in-law and ex-Technical Director and now Franchisee (albeit with a much bigger area than other franchisee's are allocated)to demonstrate to us all a repair in under one hour, the repair being carried out under normal circumstances - i.e. drive to customer and perform repair out of a van on their driveway. The repair should be similar to either of the two pictured on the standard ABC leaflet which has the bold red stamp stating "Back to perfection in less than an hour" on top of them. We'll only start timing from when he arrives at the customer's premises.
2 - Smart to present to us just 10 franchisees (they have 90) who have been trading for over a year and have achieved the advertised typical earnings of £90,000.
3 - Smart to explain their continuing adverts such as "All our Franchisees earn between £1000 and £2000 during their first week and are reporting consistent continual growth - FACT!". How can this possibly be "Fact" when over 30 have had to cease trading and many more are struggling?
4 - Smart to explain why they indicated they were BFA members when they were not. Also please explain why you are still not full or even affiliate BFA members. Also please explain the VBRA debacle where you had franchisee's handing out unauthorised leaflets.

When I went to call and cancel my order the number ws disconnected, I tried to look them up online and couldnt find them again. All I got was an e-mail saying my order number and "do not reply". Then i got the package and looked up online the address. That's how i found this site and realized it was a scam. Theyve taken $87 out of my account and ive since had to cancel my card, hope this doesnt happen to anyone else!

I requested a sample for 99 cents, and obviously was enrolled in a program. I received 2 packages at the cost of $69.21, and called them to request an address to send them back. The person I talked to was foreign and I could hardly understand her. She wouldn't give me an address to return the product. Basically said, you got it, deal with it. I was not happy. Told her to cancel and further shipments, and she gave me a cancellation number. No refund.
